Great place to stay! Right off of a nice street with many restaurants and cafes. The host was amazing! Helped us find parking and navigate the city. And they were very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay again :)

Edmond’s apartment was a real gem! Brand new, very stylish, extremely clean, we found everything we needed for our stay. The bedding is absolutely comfortable (extra large bed with brand new ironed linen, what a delight!) and kids enjoyed a large and comfy sofa bed. The AC was very useful during these hot summer days. The place is in 5 min walk from the center if you wish to discover it. The extra advantage of Edmond’s apartment is that it’s just surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, coffee houses and bakeries (furre buke). Edmond was extremely proactive, very attentive and ready to help at any moment. Thank you so much for everything!

Die Wohnung ist komplett neu. Alles ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön und man kann die schönen Berge sehen. Es gibt eine prima Tiefgarage für das Auto und gleich nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker und mehrere Caffees. Es wahr toll und ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Teo was the perfect host. Flat is lovely and spacious, exactly as described, ideal. Teo was very helpful. Would highly recommend this stay in Shkodër.

Ein echter Wohlfühlort! Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt! Mitten im Herzen von Shkodra, sodass man das Stadtleben hautnah erlebt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und aufmerksam, es fehlt an nichts. Wer Shkodra authentisch erleben und gleichzeitig entspannen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Le logement est génial! C'est très grand pour 2 personnes, on se sent comme à la maison. Kristo est très gentil, il aide volontier si besoin et donne de très bon conseil. Le petit + : Otto le berger allemand est trop mignon! ❤️

Heribert’s apartment was lovely, very bright and spacious. It was very clean and comfortable and looked like the photos. The area was fab, very close to town but quiet at night. Shkoder is a great place and the photography museum is well worth a visit. Would recommend Puris and La Baraca bar and grill as affordable places with lovely food.

Ο Ilham είναι ο ιδανικός οικοδεσπότης ,πολύ ευγενικός ,φιλόξενος και διαθέσιμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστούμε Το διαμέρισμα ξεπέρασε της προσδοκίες μου ,ήταν πολύ καθαρό και αυτό που το ξεχωρίζει είναι η minimal διακόσμηση που είχε. Με ενθουσίασε η τοποθεσία επειδή είχες πρόσβαση σε όλη την πανέμορφη Shkodra Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !!

Le logement était bien rangé et propre. il est fidèle à la description. L'emplacement est proche des rivières pour se baigner et Theth est a 2H.

A lovely simple apartment in a quiet corner of Albania. The views over the lake and across to the mountains were stunning, I couldn’t think of a better place to have my morning coffee!

Vi havde et rigtigt dejligt ophold hos Barize. Hun er et hjertevarmt menneske og en dejlig vært. Udsigten fra terrassen var fortryllende. Dejlig morgenmad. Vi spiste skøn aftensmad på et par lokale restauranter, som vi gik til. (Sunset & Lembus) Vi badede ved ‘fuglekiggerhuset’ 2 min fra huset. De lokale er meget imødekommende. Husk at handle i den lille lokale butik, lige ved Barizes indkørsel. Tak for nogle gode dage.

The stay was beautiful the house is right at the lake in a very peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in nature this is perfect for that. The house had everything you would need kitchen is equipped with necessities. The hosts were very kind and friendly, always responsive and answering our questions and needs. Highly recommended.

Room with great river view. Definitely a 5star rating for host, very welcoming. We really liked their breakfast. We made a new cat friend as added bonus. Definitely recommended for a good summer stay.

The hosts are super welcoming, reachable and super nice. The house is very big and spatious, extra clean and well located at 2min from the Mesit Bridge and 10 min from the beautiful river and canyons. We were just missing some spices and ustensils to cook because we stayed a long time but otherwise the house was perfectly furnished, great shower and beds. The ratio price/quality is great, would recommend 100%

Wir haben uns sehr spontan für einen Aufenthalt entschieden und wurden von Arvila und ihrer Familie sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Nur zu empfehlen :)

We verbleven hier 5 nachten met ons gezin van 4. Het huis is heel groot en rustig gelegen, een groot pluspunt is dat je de auto op het domein kunt parkeren. Het is een kwartiertje wandelen naar het centrum van de stad, je kunt alles te voet doen. De slaapkamers hebben airco dus je kunt lekker fris slapen. De keuken is uitgerust maar niet heel uitgebreid. Dat is ook niet nodig, in de stad zijn zo veel fijne en betaalbare plekken om te eten. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen de heerlijkste zoete druiven. Aanrader!

Alex and Petar by far have been the kindest, most accommodating and gentle hosts I have ever met. Their house was exactly how a holiday home should be. I really would love to just take a month off and stay in that house and maybe work remotely. The theme, the decor, the cleanliness, everything was top notch. Highly highly recommend

Great local bars and restaurants, all easy walking distance. Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Lots to see in the area, will definitely be back as didn’t have enough time to explore fully. Meri very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely recommend.

L'appartamento di Iva e in posizione centralissima, aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, in cucina e in bagno c'è tutto l'occorrente, tutto pulito e ristrutturato... Vicino casa c'è tutto quello che serve... Sono stato bene

Fantastyczne miejsce!! Komfortowo, wręcz luksusowo, chyba nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Nie mamy żadnych negatywnych uwag. Byliśmy poza sezonem - mieliśmy wrażenie dużego spokoju i idealnej ciszy. Przyjemny, nowy (jeszcze nawet niedokończony) apartamentowiec, w spacerowej odległości od Centrum Ulcinja. Bardzo czysto i świeżo w mieszkaniu. Nowe, wysokiej jakości sprzęty, świetne wyposażenie. Nawet klimatyzatory działają cicho. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżko, przyjemna pościel. Podróżowaliśmy z 3-letnią córeczką, która była również zachwycona (rozkładany fotel do spania przy dużym łóżku, 2 niskie stoliki, krzesełko, plastikowe kubeczki). Możliwość skorzystania z miejsca w zamykanym garażu. Telewizor ze wszelkimi netflixami ;-). Od początku do końca świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, który dawał jasne instrukcje i przydatne podpowiedzi. Z przyjemnością przyjechalibyśmy ponownie, polecamy każdemu!!

Luka ist sehr freundlich, trotz eines Fehlers meinerseits hat er super reagiert und war sehr entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung mit dem Blick auf die Festung von Ulcinj ist traumhaft, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zentrum sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen!

We have nothing but praise for the host and the apartment! The location is fantastic – convenient and perfect for all needs. There’s parking in front and a supermarket right in the building, and plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and entertainment options nearby. Velika Plaza is also very close, as are the Ulcinj city center and the old town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment is extremely clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. But what really stood out was the host – incredibly kind, approachable, proactive and always ready to help. They provided us with so much useful information, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home! As someone who has been working in tourism for many years, I can confidently say that this host sets the standard for exceptional hospitality and is truly one of a kind. We were absolutely delighted, and we can’t wait to return!
