Fin lejlighed og smuk udsigt!! Der ligger en Beach Bar i stueetagen, så musik og summen kan høres fra balkon og om aftenen. Men det var hyggeligt.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Kotor Bay is the place to stay if you don't lik to stay at Busy Old Town. The rising sun and the beauty is fascinating. I used the terrace for Morning Yoga with rising sun on one side coming over across the bay and then the mountains on other side. Teh house has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Any small thing the owner is more than willing to provide. Property is 20 mins decent and easy walk to Old Town. Supermarket Aroma right at the corner of street. The street is one way, you got to find a parking on First come first serve basis. There is nothing reserved. Its free parking. But the owner is very kind and nice and he pulled his car to make room for ours when the entire slots were gone. Pluck Lemons from his trees and make fresh lemonade. Cats are everywhere so my daughter had lovely playful time making new friends. On the whole 5/5 .

Isabella is a great host! She is very nice person, responsive, giving local recommendations and advises. She even went above and beyond and picked us up from the bus station. Her place is in quiet neighbourhood, tidy, very comfy, with all that you need for short as well as for longer stay. Beautiful rocky beaches (public and wild) within walking distance (approximately 10-15 minutes walk). Little bit uphill to the grocery store, but manageable. I do recommend Isabella's place!

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller großer Terasse , Lounge Ecke und schöner Aussicht aufs Meer und die Burg. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Ubytovani je blízko moře a promenády. V blízkosti je spousta restaurací. 20min od ubytovani je zastávka vlaku, který jede z letiště Podgorica.

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

De accommodatie was verder van het centrum dan we hadden verwacht, ongeveer 35-45 minuten rijden. Ook de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 25-30 minuten afstand. Dit is goed om in gedachten te houden als je veel boodschappen wilt doen. Het handigst is om voor een aantal dagen boodschappen te doen en, als je richting het centrum gaat, een volle dag aan activiteiten te plannen. De afstand tot het centrum hadden we zelf ook beter moeten onderzoeken. Het privéstrand daarentegen is heerlijk rustig en perfect om in te zwemmen, wat het verblijf erg ontspannend maakte. Daarnaast hebben we erg genoten van de activiteiten die door Marko worden aangeboden, zoals het zwembad, de basketbal- en biljarttafel. Dit zorgde voor voldoende vermaak tijdens ons verblijf. De accommodatie zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden, met alle faciliteiten die naar behoren werkten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de douche was krachtig en warm, wat altijd fijn is. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad!

Bodin est très réactif et disponible. C’est vraiment appréciable !!! La proximité de la mer et l’équipement des espaces extérieurs sont de vrais atouts pour cette location.

Dijana& Mladen's place was in the perfect location, very close to Kotor and another beautiful little towns. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the best was to relax after dark in the terrace the views to the bay from the apartment were incredible. The instructions and responses from our host were always precise and with fast responses and most important very comfortable night sleeps.

Top Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis (Off-Season). Tolles Apartment. Top gepflegt mit allem was man braucht. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Unterkunft. 5min Fußweg zum Strand. Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Nach Bar sind es 15 Autominuten. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir empfehlen das anstandslos weiter!

Öncelikle evin içi ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Balkonda bir şeyler içmekten çok keyif aldık. Konum olarak özellikle arabanız varsa güzel bir yerde hem kotor old town’a hem de perast’a gitmek oldukça kolaydı. Irena’nın iletişimi çok iyi ve bu birçok şeyi çok kolaylaştırdı. Bir sorun olduğunda ya da bir şey soracağınız zaman hızlıca iletişim haline geçebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca gezilecek yerler için de ona danıştık ve bizim için çok faydalı oldu. Yemek konusunda seçici biriyseniz evde birçok mutfak malzemesi mevcut onları kullanabilirsiniz. Sadece eğer 4 kişi gidecekseniz ve hepiniz uzunsanız salondaki koltuklar uyumak için biraz küçük kalabilir. Genel olarak çok güzel bir deneyimdi.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Lepetani! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, man muss nur über die Straße laufen, dann ist man dort. Außerdem ist ein Strandbad nur ca 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Davor jederzeit kontaktieren und bekamen direkt eine Antwort. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We had a great time at this wonderful place. Perfect location right by the beach, well-equipped apartment with a nice backyard and large terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The host is polite and very quick to respond. All the best recommendations!

Haben uns bei Sabina wie zuhause gefühlt . Sie war immer für einen da und hat hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Wir waren in der Nebensaison was wir sehr als Vorteil gesehen haben, keine Partymeile mehr , sehr zum Vorteil für Leute die es etwas ruhiger mögen , die Strände sind schön leer . PS : Vielen Dank nochmal für das kleine Abschiedsgeschenk . Sehr zu empfehlen . Gruß Jens

Wir sind nach Montenegro gekommen und hier für 3 Wochen Home Office sogenannte Workaction zu machen. Und diese Unterkunft war unsere letzte Station. Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt, es ist super viel Platz, der Außenbereich ist fantastisch, der direkte Zugang zum Wasser unglaublich schön. Das Internet ist irgendwann ausgefallen und Anne hat direkt jemanden vorbei geschickt mit einer SIM-Karte so konnten wir problemlos weiter arbeiten. Es war einfach perfekt und der perfekte Abschluss für unsere Reise. Direkt gegenüber war ein kleiner Laden in dem es alles gab was man brauchte, so haben wir eine Woche lang diesen Ort nicht verlassen. Nur zu empfehlen!

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Wie auf den Fotos, keine bösen Überraschungen, der Strandabschnitt ist toll. Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. in Fußdistanz. Und für diesen belebten Ort doch recht ruhig (auch wenn die Jungs von der Strandbar gegenüber gerne um 6h morgens die Musik voll aufgedreht haben)
