Shkodra Lake : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

I celebrated my birthday here, and it was absolutely incredible! The place exceeded all my expectations—stunning, impeccably private, and even better than advertised. The hosts were exceptional, making the experience even more special. Truly a hidden gem

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

Веранда отлично подходит для больших компаний, кто любит проводить время на воздухе. Внутри достаточно скромно, но по делу: много спальных мест, оборудованная кухня, wi-fi, телевизор. Второе преимущество- это конечно близость к пляжу Ада-Баяна (5 минут ходьбы), что очень удобно тому кто приезжает сюда именно для его посещения. В целом нам все понравилось и смело можно рекомендовать. Спасибо большое хозяину. Нам все понравилось.

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

De accommodatie was verder van het centrum dan we hadden verwacht, ongeveer 35-45 minuten rijden. Ook de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 25-30 minuten afstand. Dit is goed om in gedachten te houden als je veel boodschappen wilt doen. Het handigst is om voor een aantal dagen boodschappen te doen en, als je richting het centrum gaat, een volle dag aan activiteiten te plannen. De afstand tot het centrum hadden we zelf ook beter moeten onderzoeken. Het privéstrand daarentegen is heerlijk rustig en perfect om in te zwemmen, wat het verblijf erg ontspannend maakte. Daarnaast hebben we erg genoten van de activiteiten die door Marko worden aangeboden, zoals het zwembad, de basketbal- en biljarttafel. Dit zorgde voor voldoende vermaak tijdens ons verblijf. De accommodatie zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden, met alle faciliteiten die naar behoren werkten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de douche was krachtig en warm, wat altijd fijn is. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad!

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

Beautiful villa in a very picturesque location; responsive and very helpful and friendly host; lots of help to organise airport transfers and beautiful boat trip; great restaurant recommendations; electrical storm effected electricity supply and this was sorted on the day with the minimum of fuss; any requests made (which were very few) were actioned within minutes; great communication whilst there-nothing too much trouble to ensure we had the best time I rarely leave reviews but credit where credits due-this villa is 'everything it says and more!' great value for the size of group we were and weather sensational

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were 7 ladies on a weekend break away. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful before our arrival as I had lots of questions. She helped us to arrange a cosmetologist come to the villa. Tanya cooked us an amazing breakfast every day and we booked her for a BBQ which was amazing. They also helped us organise food from a nearby kitchen. The villa was clean and beautifully kept. We all felt very safe also. It had everything we needed. There is not one thing that we can say we didn’t like. Every single part was enjoyable. We shall we returning for another visit and we highly recommend this villa and host and all their staff. Thank you so much

Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

Daria and Damir were absolutely amazing. Our drive up the mountain was much more challenging than expected due to it being night and rain (late flight). We had a lot of trouble because of this but our hosts made sure to help us anyway they could. Damir was even so kind to refuel our car! They were incredibly helpful and super sweet, absolutely lovely hosts! The accomodation is also just absolutely beautiful and a great cozy place to stay !

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

The host was very friendly! And responsive and is ready to help with whatever issues you have! The place is exactly like in the pictures. I would definitely recommend to stay here! The views are extremely beautiful! The villa is fitted with all the essentials. We bought groceries and came since there’s nothing except a hotel nearby so make sure to get the essentials and come. Very homely stay. We had an issue with the heating not being able to be turned off but once that was sorted everything was perfect! The outdoor hot tub is a great touch and would highly recommend to use it. All in all a beautiful stay!

Florjan really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of for the night on our last-minute adventure into the Albanian Alps. We arrived after dark and awoke to a stunning mountain view out of the beautiful A-frame house’s floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable, the location was beautiful, the hot tub was hot, the property was very well done in both architecture and interior design, and the host was friendly and accommodating. In short, we couldn’t ask for anything more!
