Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Öncelikle Dragana mükemmel bir insan, konaklama boyunca bir eksiğimiz var mı diye hep iletişimde kaldı. Mekan çok güzeldi ve insanlar harikaydi. Doğa severseniz eğer mükemmel tercih diyebilirim. Evin altında çok tatlı bir kafe var orda bir şeyler yiyip içmek çok keyifliydi. Markete çok yakın aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz.

One of the best Airbnb in which I lived! Everything was very clean, owners of this apartment really taking care about you in each detail: start from bathroom with many hygiene items and finish with kitchen items. Thank you very much, Marko!

Highly recommend this Airbnb!!! Nenad and Angelina were great hosts and their place was spotless and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. Perfect location - short walk (10-15 mins) into Kotor. Peaceful location - lovely to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town at night. Waterfront apartment with stunning views of the mountains and the bay. Discovering Montenegro has been eye opening for us - we will definitely be back to Kotor and to explore the rest of the country. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

Приятное жилье с красивым видом. Совсем недалеко от старого города, минут 10-15 пешком вдоль залива. Вдали от шума. По пути есть магазины и пекарня. Само жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственная особенность, которая может не понравится — жилье находится на горе и нужно подниматься. Все остальное просто отлично и соответствует. Также хозяин предложил заселение раньше, в удобное мне время.

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Serdecznie polecam! Świetna lokalizacja, super kontakt z Gospodarzem. Piękne kameralne plaże przy apartamencie do tego market zaraz obok. Pobyt był bardzo udany.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

Meri was amazing! She tracked our flight and was there to greet us with a friendly face when we arrived. Meri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her accommodations. Meri offered great recommendations and was a genuinely lovely host.

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Teljesen megfelelt minden elvárásunknak. Nem találhattak volna jobb szállást 14 főre! Nagyszerű felosztás, ami biztosítja a magánszférát is. Mindennel felszerelt konyha, minimum 1 légkondícionáló minden szinten. A terasz árnyékos, így minden napszakban használható!

This was one of my favorite accommodations I have stayed at. The owners literally thought of everything! They were fantastic communicators and provided us with recommendations and clear directions. The house is beautiful, and we enjoyed the access to parking and the water front patio. We will definitely stay here again!

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. Thanks Ado...

Staying at Bay Zoran and Mrs. Tatjana’s home was an amazing and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. They are such **genuine and kind people**, and meeting them was truly a highlight of our trip. We even had the chance to chat upon arrival, and we wished we’d had more time to get to know them better. Their kindness reflects the **warm hospitality of Montenegrin and Balkan culture**, which we deeply felt throughout our stay. Despite a small 15-minute delay during check-in, they more than made up for it by allowing us to check out whenever we wanted—a gesture we truly appreciated. Mrs. Tatjana’s grace and elegance are reflected in her spotless, well-organized home—the **cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in**. We loved the feather-down duvets and the delicious homemade cake she left for us, as well as the hazelnuts from Mr. Zoran. The house and its surroundings were so beatiful. Thank you for everything.

השהייה בדירה של פיטר היתה מאוד מוצלחת. שהינו 4 נפשות היא היתה מרווחת ונעימה. הנוף הנשקף מהמרפסת של מפרץ קוטור מהממם. יכולנו להחנות את המכונית מול הדירה. נהננו לטייל לאורך הטיילת מתחת לדירה ולא פעם הלכנו ברגל לעיר העתיקה של קוטור. המיקום היה מרכזי ונוח לטיול "כוכב". ישנן מסעדות רבות בסביבה וגם סופר קטן מתחת לדירה עצמה. פיטר היה בעל דירה תגובתי מאוד סיפק לנו מידע כבר מההתקשרות הראשונה באינטרנט ואח"כ שלח מיקום מדוייק של הדירה וגם מידע ומיקום של מסעדות מומלצות על ידו שנמצאות בקרבת מקום. הדירה היתה נקיה מאוד, מאובזרת באופן מלא מה שאיפשר לנו להכין בעצמנו ארוחות, לצפות בטלויזיה ולשמוע מוסיקה. לסיכום נהננו מאוד והינו שמחים לשוב ולהתארח אצל פיטר בדוברוטה שליד קוטור.

It was the one of best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. It has a very beautiful view. The house is spotless. It was super clean and kitchen staff was full and all clean. You cannot find any bad comments about this place, Zero to 10 , 10 ! You need to walk city center a bit but it’s not far away. Even though we have a car, we decided to walk . We even wanna come back again only for this place

this house has the best possible location to visit Kotor. it's very clean. easy to check in and check out. I would love to stay here again if I o came back to Kotor.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Our stay near the old town of Kotor was nothing short of perfect! The location was ideal, just a short and pleasant walk to the heart of the historic old town, allowing us to explore its charm and beauty at our own pace. The accommodation was beautiful, offering stunning views of the bay and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the beauty and history of Kotor—highly recommended!
