Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Great home and location, we had a lovely long weekend there. The house has everything you need and more, and is beautifully kept and all instructions super clear and easy. Julian couldn’t have been more accommodating - would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

Great house in a fantastic location just yards from the beach. Plenty of space for all the adults, two children and two dogs. Rosie thought of everything including a nice box of goodies like bread, pastries, biscuits and milk on arrival. House was well stocked with toys and games and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Friends are already taking about returning.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

We were down for the Brighton Marathon and it was the perfect location for us. Only a couple minutes walk to the pier and restaurants we visited. The apartment itself looks exactly like the photos. Beds were very comfy, bathroom was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Dmitrijs was quick to respond on the app when we said we’d checked in, the instructions given were very clear and he also messaged after wishing us safe travels. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Brighton!

Lovely apartment a stone’s throw from the sea. Squeaky clean, super accommodation, delightful courtyard and pretty much every amenity considered to ensure a great stay. A home from home, but with seagulls and beach. Caroline is a fantastic host. Would thoroughly recommend.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Fantastic host very responsive. Helpful with local knowledge. Lovely flat. Yes it can be a bit noisy but if you are in Brighton enjoying yourself then you expect to hear people, just part of the experience. Normally quiet by midnight or so. The access to all amenities more than outweighs any disturbance. Flat lovely and clean and spacious. We will definitely be back . Thanks Silvija x

We had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything negative at all. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a car park located on the street which is was very reasonable. Lots of restraunts and shops close by and a short walk from the sea. We will definitely return, thank you.

This is a great apartment for a long weekend away in Brighton/Hove. It is spacious and located close to the beach. There are many excellent places to eat in the vicinity. Catherine was incredibly responsive and helpful too - highly recommended!

Charlie was a very good host responded to my messages quickly! The place we stayed was amazing and very well looked after! Would definitely recommend!

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Stayed while recovering from a surgical operation, so wasn't quite out-and-about but more than lovely for resting for a week. Particularly handy to have separate rooms and hand rails in the bath/shower. It's an older house, you'll get noise from neighbours, but it's solid, well-maintained, very well-located, and absolutely worth it over the hotels that come at the same or higher cost.

A perfect place to stay. The apartment was pristine, beautifully decorated and in a lovely location. Sarah’s communication was above and beyond what you’d expect - proactively wishing us a nice stay, leaving little extras (wine, brioche, toiletries) and offering an early check in ❤️ - thanks Sarah. Hove seems just that little bit nicer as a place to stay than central Brighton, lots of lovely coffee shops, Independent stores, pubs & restaurants literally around the corner… & the sea at the end of the street! We recommend Capsule Records (a very classy independent vinyl store), Archipelagos Greek restaurant for food, the Wick & Le Pub for a drink - all on the doorstep, or The Pond (bao buns) & The White Rabbit for a pint in Brighton itself. In terms of attractions the i360 is well worth it as the sun sets, & The Lanes for a swim / sauna / coffee. Brighton & Hove have such a friendly independent vibe and there is so much to see that we are going to have to return to Sarah’s place!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie
