Great place close to restaurants and VCU.

I had the most blissful stay at this Airbnb. It's in a charming, beautiful part of The Fan district, and in easy walking distance to many great places (as well as the university, if visiting for that reason). There's even a reserved parking spot behind the house. The space is even bigger than the photographs suggest, particularly the bedroom. Many thanks to this kind and helpful host!

I cannot say enough good things about Shaniesha’s place. It’s very clean, will all the amenities you need. She is very responsive and made sure I was well taken care of during my stay!

This was a great apartment to stay in! The location was excellent - nice street, lovely neighborhood to walk around, close to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops/bars/breweries/etc. Easy walks into scotts addition or carytown. I was a bit worried about the street parking but it was a breeze, I was able to get parking very close to the apartment multiple times. The apartment itself was big, comfortable, and had everything necessary. I especially loved the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Richmond.

Such great hosts! Their space is perfect for long stays, equipped with everything you could need. They are super responsive and were always so kind and helpful! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area.

The place was centrally located to main avenues and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was easy to access and get in. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The porch and patio seating areas were a bonus in nice weather.

Great spot if you're looking for super walkable with all the necessary amenities for light cooking and nice spaces for hanging out when staying in. Some notes for those lighter or more picky sleepers: mattresses are memory foam bricks (some folks love, some hate), the usual lights and sounds of staying in a city (provided blackout curtains and sound machine much appreciated!), and while upstairs neighbor is perfectly respectful on a noise level, still can hear all footsteps around most active times (M-F 6-7am and 9-10pm). But I realize that those are things that wouldn't bother people more used to city life! Overall, a great stay in a great location.

The house was as described. It was spotless clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for our needs. Mayra was an excellent host very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

The property was very nice, there was a issue with the air conditioning and Jewelan was responsive and resolved the issue with haste. Overall was a pleasant experience and I would go to their property.

I was having work done on my house and needed a place I could stay with my two dogs. Boy, did I luck out. Mary and Patty were flexible with my plans and their home made my two weeks out of my house very comfortable. The place is just as pictured, cozy yet comfortable. The back yard was great for my dogs. The home was well stocked from the kitchen to the amount of towels to the toilet paper. I highly recommend the Casita in the Park. And while I hope I never have to stay again, should I need to, I look forward to it!

James's home was beautiful, immaculate, smelled amazing, inviting, and just all around a great place to rest and relax. Additionally, James provided welcome snacks and coffee. If every we are in the Richmond area again we will definitely look to stay at this property or another property that James owns. Lastly, James was a great host and expeditious in responding to all of my questions and concerns.

House was clean and exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located right next to some of the best food and coffee in RVA, and super close to great attractions like the VMFA. Moreover, Christophe and Yukari are the kind of hosts you want to book with. They were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to make our visit stress free after an unexpected travel delay. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay here again.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Great place to stay that is accessible to the best downtown Richmond has to offer. Rooftop and projector screen were particularly nice.

Rachel's place was spacious, clean and very welcoming. The location worked well for me, as I was in town for a conference and many of the activities were downtown. Parking was just a block over and I felt pretty safe navigating the area as a single woman. Only downside...the noise! If you can withstand "city sounds": trucks, people laughing and talking, loud music (there is a club across the street), then you should be fine. But if not, just be prepared for it. Otherwise, everything was great. I highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful place to stay when you need a touch of home. Plenty of room to move around, cook relax, and hang outside too.

Quaint little spot. As described. Mei was quick to reply to a question I had shortly after booking, and laid out all the instructions clearly as our arrival date/time neared. Space and price fit exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Wish we had more time to hang out, so we could have tried the porch. Next time!
