Ground floor with easy access. Small but good. Very warm and airconditioner if needed. No widow views as on carpark side. Heated bathroom floor, double glazed windows, fast internet, TV ok but not a smart TV. Traffic can be a problem but that seems to be everywhere. Queenstown has car parking issues but this unit was ok.

Great place for our short stay. Accomodations were clean and comfortable in a perfect location with everything you need a short walk away. Would happily stay here again.

Probably our favourite Airbnb ever. It ticks all the boxes. It has a perfect location: outside the town but walkable to town in about 25 minutes on the lakeside Queenstown Track, and it’s on the slope below the main road into town, so you don’t see or hear the traffic. It has a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains that you could look at for hours. It has comfortable beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with helpful labels on the cupboards and drawers so you’re not constantly trying to remember where things are. It’s easy to get in, with access by code so you don’t have to worry about keys or cards. It has convenient parking. It has good bikes that you can take out - we rode to the Kelvin Peninsula on the other side of the bay. There’s lots of room to spread out. The host’s representative replied right away when we had questions. It’s not cheap but it is so worth it.

We had the most incredible stay at Victoria’s space! The smell from the fresh florals was such a unique and wonderful touch. The space was designed so well and the views of the mountains and the lake are just breath taking. It’s across the street from the most incredible restaurant that Victoria suggested (The Sherwood) and we ended up going back 2 nights in a row to try everything on the menu. The proximity from town is great, you can walk if you are feeling like some exercise or it’s a quick 5 min drive/ uber. We also enjoyed an afternoon swimming off the dock in the refreshing waters of the lake. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

Loved the place. Very well located just outside of Queenstown. Nice brewery and cafe all within walking distance. Very comfortable place with everything you would want in amenities. And Jodie and Renee were great host that communicated very well with me. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Ash’s place is amazing! The location was absolutely perfect—stunning lake views right from the property and just a short walk to a fantastic brewery with great pizza. It was the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were responsive and helpful, making check-in seamless. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic stay in Queenstown with great food and drinks nearby, this is the place. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location in Kelvin Heights. Mature garden setting with lots of birds and a beautiful view of mountains. Phillipa and Bill were gracious hosts and we felt privileged to stay in part of their home. After hiking for hours at a time, or enjoying the many things to do in Queenstown, it was great to come back to a quiet retreat and relax. We enjoyed our stay and their company…thank you both!!

David was extremely responsive and very helpful for the few times I had to reach out. This is an unbelievable place. The view was extraordinary with access to the walking path into town. Location and view are exceptional. We absolutely loved this place. Maybe the best Airbnb ever.

We had a fantastic short stay at Adam and Katherine's place. We had to book at very short notice due to an issue with our pre-booked accomodation, and Adam and Katherine were incredibly responsive and helpful right from the start. The views are incredible, the place was very comfortable and well appointed, and it even had parking (if you've never been to QT, finding parking can be a nightmare). The location was great - close to town but not near any of the noise or hustle and bustle, and close to a main road, so easy to get to other locations. Would definitely stay here again given the chance to :)

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Louise’s beautiful house. The view over the lake was spectacular and the location quiet with an easy walk to the centre of Queenstown. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. It was a real treat to stay there.

Craigs house was really nice, modern and clean. The outside area (veranda/ porch) is great with kids to have a huge area with shadow during midday sun. Craig himself was really friendly and communicative. We would love to stay again there!

A stunning place to stay. Private and peaceful with beautiful gardens. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. Just a short stroll to everything you would want to do and see in Clyde. Definitely would stay again.

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. Brigit, Paul and Pipi were there to welcome us when we arrived and Brigit gave us great recommendations for our short stay.
