place was clean and tidy. Caretaker was responsive at any time and polite. Host herself took follow up of the guest and asked was everything well at place or any changes required? overall great place and homely feel.

Location is just 100mts from the beach. Rooms, kitchen and washroom were near and clean, near to restaurant and food joints. The caretaker was very helpful and responsive. Nice place to stay.

Well maintained property. Good for family and very close proximity to beach, tough cannot see the beach from the property. Please do note that no toiletries, towel. TV or Wi-Fi is provided here, which we can expect in future.

Stayed at Rohan's place over the weekend with my family - the view of the sea from the balcony was amazing - hustle free check in and check out - wifi connection really helped since there was no mobile network - overall a great experience

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The balcony offered an amazing view, and the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Host Swati was very responsive, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for nearby places and restaurants. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience overall. Highly recommend!

It's a good place to visit, Clean and good place to check-in. Suhail is friendly and attend to your queries and request . Worthy to visit and recommend others. Rooms does not have Ac which might be tedious when in coastal places. But if we are ok on it, it's a best place.

Mr suhail is an amazing person , he is polite and helpful. His place is newly built and is clean and located rite 100mts away from the beach Mr suhail had arranged for home made dinner for us at the property and the food was beyond expectations. Would love to see him again Thanks Suhail

The villa in itself is beautiful and the location is just perfect with the quiet one expects in a place like this. For some though, the pool hygiene could be improved. Also the floor remains wet all along. We need more foot mats around the pool and into the rooms and washrooms. The mats don't do justice. Sometimes the floor was slippery. And the electricity is a huge issue there. Although the property has enough backup with inverter that even supports multiple A/Cs. The caretakers on the premise were super helpful and took good care of us. Food options are fairly limited. What we loved was the quiet and peace and the location. We'd most certainly go back. Do keep the above points before/while planning a weekend at Harman House.

Well …. Looks can be deceptive…. The house on the outside did really seem old and out of place ….. But as we stepped in it was exactly the same as shown in the pics and described….if you want to spend some ME time absolute peace….Jacuzzi was definitely a lovely addition…Food was simple and excellent in taste…. Would recommend to place the food order before you go….. It’s a 150 plus year old property with a kaali Mata mandir inside the premises…. Check out the attic…. Laze in the verandah…. A big shout out to Sourabh who checked us in and to Kaaki who bought in our tasty food…. All the furnishings are from Ikea…. for the social media freaks it’s a property wherein there are lot of photo ops….. One thing wherein they can improve : the washrooms are one level down …Senior citizens needs to be extremely cautious while accessing the same….can think of providing hand rails…. All the best and keep up the good work in maintaining this Heritage property

I must say a big thank you to Faizal and team as this was a last minute booking for us as the property we had booked cancelled on us. they were so responsive and available at that point of time in the evening, where we had to go in next day and they took our request. The caretaker called me and we discussed the menu at like 10pm...he went to the market the very first thing in the morning and just welcomed us with open arms. when we reached there the view changed the entire mood. everyone loved it and the cancellation was a blessing in disguise. A well maintained property on the outskirts of a village, beautiful place to spend time with family, friends. uninterrupted view of the ocean, great location, u can just stare at the ocean for hours. Clean pool and villa. down to earth caretakers. yummy homemade food. a must visit for big groups looking for exclusivity.

Amazing host!! Loved the serenity of the place. Although it's located at the centre/roadside, the lace was clean, quiet and private. The indoor pool was clean, the beds and the bedsheets were clean. The local homely food that cook made for us was amazing. The caretaker was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Would love to recommend to my friends and family ✌️

The villa is stunning with well lit swimming pool, and peaceful surrounding. Right now there're less number of reviews on this listing but believe me you'll enjoy this stay more than Alibaug beaches in this monsoon. The caretaker 'Dalvi' is extremely helpful, non-intrusive, well spoken, and kind. You can also Zomato from nearby restaurants at this odd location. All rooms have ACs and power backup for a good night sleep. The pool is private, so you can dip at any time of day or night. I hope you enjoy at this well maintained villa, I'm definitely booking it again.

starting from the location, mr tejas the care taker, the cleanliness, the food prepared by the care taker and the sea view was really mesmerizing, had a great time staying there..

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. We spent two days here, enjoying the nearby beach view and Palande Beach, along with other attractions. A big thanks to Shekhar for all his help!
