We rented as a family of 3. The landlords are wonderful people. Mariam is very flexible and very helpful in every way. She is a complete professional. The apartment is just like in the photos, there is nothing more, nothing less. In terms of location, everything is nearby, we did not have any problems. I recommend it for accommodation.

Its has been a wonderful experience! The mix of modern living and peaceful views makes it a great place to live. The balcony is my favorite part for enjoying morning coffee, fresh air, or relaxing in the evening with the beautiful view. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-designed. Big windows bring in lots of natural light, making it feel bright and cozy. The location is very convenient. Shops and restaurants, are close by, but the area still feels quiet and calm. It’s a perfect mix of convenience and peace. One last point, Alaa was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. He made the whole renting process simple and stress-free; he pays attention to every detail and makes sure everything is in a good condition. If I ever have a question or need help, he always responds quickly and does his best to solve any issue. If you’re looking for a comfortable, modern apartment with lovely views, I highly recommend

My stay at Villa Arabesuqe was great, the studio is clean and well equipped for a short or long stay, the hotel is located in a very quiet and secured neighborhood with atm/markets/restaurants all within walking distance, the host and the hotel staff are very accommodating and responsive,I recommend this place to all.

One of the best Airbnbs I stayed in, feels like a home. Abundance of natural light and plants. we loved it At check in, we found food, fruits and snacks which was such a sweet gesture, specially when you arrive tired after a day of traveling. Samia was so sweet and attentive to our needs. Communication is just smooth and easy. We would have stayed longer than 9 days if we could

Very professional service and a great location with a wonderful view of the Nile River, the best place to live in Cairo. Great place in downtown and easy access to tourist places.

Great Host and a good and cozy place to live in.

It was smooth and nice stay. the place is very near to Ahmed oraby street and the area is vibrant. Raheem also is a great host. very flexible, caring and great communicator.

A great place to stay for exploring Cairo and a boat ride on the river Nile. We used taxis to get about for sightseeing and the apartment is in a walkable area for restaurants. A clean, quiet apartment with very comfortable bedrooms.
