Good host with good Internet. Good location clean. Wish we could’ve checked out a little bit later but overall it was a good stay.

수영장과 헬스 기타 커뮤니티가 좋았고 센트럴 백화점과 연계되어 가벼운 식사 마사지2곳 Tops쇼핑이 있어 편리해 좋았고 호스트의 친절과 체크인 체크아웃에 여유롭게 해주어 더욱 감사..중심가에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 뭘 하려하지 말고 여유롭게 시간을 보내기엔 너무 좋았고 다음에 다시 이용하고 싶습니다^^

Bow and Golf are dedicated and flexible when serving their client. location is good for tourists who are looking for coffee shops, restaurants and mall The streets are full of cars and motorcycles which make a decent amount of noise and the air is poluted.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! We stayed in Apartment #2. It is very meticulously taken care of. Full kitchen with large fridge/freezer combo, microwave. The washer and dryer in the unit was super helpful! Bathrooms were pristine. Central location literally 2 minute walk to East gate (Tha Phae Gate). They had umbrellas which we used since it was 98 degrees while we were here (such a perk to have even for monsoon season)! We plan to come back, and we’ll definitely stay here again once we return. It’s rated 5-Stars and top 10% Airbnb awards for a reason! Central location makes everything walkable!

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

단 2박 3일 묵었던 개 아쉬울 정도로 너무나 포근하고 아기자기한 숙소였습니다. 먼저 체크인 전 짐을 들여놓을 수 있게 도와준 호스트 홍 고맙습니다! 샤워기 필터가 필요없을 정도로 수질이 좋았고 따뜻핰 물도 콸콸 나왔어요. 모기를 제외한 벌레 한 마리 보지 못했고요. 1층 실링 펜은 약간의 소음은 있지만 그만큼 시원했습니다. 넷플릭스, 유튜브도 돼 저녁엔 더할 나위 없이 재밌는 시간도 즐겼네요. 다음에 또 치앙마이에 가게 된다면 예약하고 싶습니다! (근처 솜땀 가게 맞은편에 리어카에서 파는 무삥, 그 옆 리어커에서 파는 닭껍질튀김 치킨 꼭 드세요. 아침 9시부터 맥주 까게 만드는 맛입니다^^)

Lovely home. Very clean and new. Kekie helped with any and every question we had. Pros: So clean and well furnished. The three bedrooms and bath were perfect for us. Hot water and water pressure amazing! Easy to get a Grab. Need to understand: This home is great but not the easiest to find. We walked to the town center which is about a 20 minute walk. As long as you understand the somewhat remote location you are fine. If you have a car, you're set If you like a walk, great Cons: you can hear everything from the units on both sides: everything. Kekie asks that you respect the after 10 PM quiet, but that is not understood by all.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

I booked this about midnight before checkin due to another Airbnb not working out. The host quickly accepted and responded to my questions. I was allowed to check in slightly before the indicated time. The place was clean and looks like the pictures, if not better. I appreciated the place also had necessary things stocked and available to use (soap, toilet paper, detergent, trash bags etc.) The 2 in 1 washer/dryer actually dried my clothes. Nothing the host can control…but the noise from the cicadas is loud and can be faintly heard from inside. It can be overwhelming when you leave if you don’t know what it is. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend this place.

Bob was proactive and helpful. Even with the change of situation he adapted accordingly and found a way. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Night bazaar is walking distance and plenty of good places to eat nearby. Definitely coming back in future ⭐️

Really nice place! The room was clean and the communication super easy and fast! The place has a gym and upstairs pool which are quite relaxing! Thanks for the stay

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Not the end of the world but we had arrived after a really long travel day so would have been nice to get into a cosy bed. Great location with shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The traffic gets really bad in the area, so if you’re wanting to get a taxi anywhere just be mindful that it will take longer than you think. Overall fab stay!

This is a very nice condo to stay in and it's near Nimman where there is loads to do and millions of coffee shops. There is a huge intersection in between so it takes a bit to walk but it was not a big problem. The host is very responsive.

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and well-located. You can walk to a number of restaurants and night markets. It is also a short Grab ride away from tourist locations in the old city. We would certainly stay there again!

It was my second time staying in this apartment and it was really great. Pim & Milan are amazing hosts and communicating with them is very easy and quick. The condo is very nice, everything one needs is there and as it’s located near the Highway, any location in Chiang Mai is very easy to reach. If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend staying in this apartment!
