Fantastic location and home to spend a wonderful family holiday. Spacious house (even better than what pictures show!), where u find all you need for your stay (and if you don't Miss Black will help you with that). So peaceful and quiet compound, the best surprise was the direct access to a totally uncrowded beach. Kath has been a fantastic host and I would reccomend everyone who wants to spend peaceful time as well as some remote work to come visit here.

My wife and I recently spent 10 days at Pascal’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. The bed and furnishings were also very comfortable. The apartment is also located in a very quiet area of town. We recommend Pascal’s apartment highly and look forward to our next visit.

+ very responsive host + a lot of rooms + short way to the beach + good place for one or two nights + good places to buy seafood not far away but you need a car

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

Great place with great amenities and so much to walk to! We only stayed one night and still had the best time.

I loved the stay at this Place ! 15-20 min ride to pattaya downtown, calm, lots of food nearby ! Pool and washing maschine in the building ! Would 100% come back :)!!

This is a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool, deck, and yard. The living spaces were very clean and family-friendly with lots of open spaces. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

A great house to stay in peaceful location. Amazing big rooms and all the facilities. Will love this villa if visiting with family and friends. Great responsive host helped me with late check in. I was ditched by my other accommodation not only did he reply within 10 minutes but gave me ample time to book and let us check in within 30 minutes. My stay at Supasek’s property in Pattaya Central was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Supasek made me feel welcomed with a warm greeting and helpful tips about the area. The apartment was exactly as described—modern, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Pattaya Beach, shopping malls, and vibrant nightlife on Walking Street. I loved the peace and quiet of the building, which provided a restful retreat after a busy day of exploring. Communication was prompt and clear, and the check-in process was seamless. The amenities provided, from toiletries to fresh linens, were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und sehr sehr warm (klimaanlage muss laufen) Die Lage ist mega gut, direkt an einem wunderschönen strand etwas abseits von pattaya. die ecke ist wunderschön. es gibt cafes und thai streetfood direkt daneben. das wlan hat mäßig funktioniert, wenn man arbeitet sollte man sich um eigenes netz kümmern. alles in allem gut. die wohnung war echt sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet.

Great apartment that is a comfortable base for exploring Pattaya. The place was very peaceful with a relaxing sea view, and it was located in a good spot to go see all the different things in the area. It was easy to park in the building, with a very nice pool also in the building. Makes for a great getaway from Bangkok!

This beachfront condo was a dream! Waking up to stunning sunrise views from the balcony and ending the day with a rooftop infinity pool sunset was pure magic. Absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, quiet for relaxation yet steps from the beach and ideal for water sports. Plus, it’s close to great local and international food restaurants, shops, and essentials. The condo is modern, stylish, and well-equipped, exactly as described. felt like home! A huge thanks to Takahiko, an amazing host, very responsive and incredibly helpful, even recommending the best kite surfing spots. Smooth self-check-in and a seamless stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect mix of adventure and tranquility! We’ll definitely be back :)
