I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, with many establishments nearby, making it super convenient. The host was fantastic very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Great Value for this Airbnb. It had all the amenities I needed, full kitchen, washer, gym, swimming pool, and sauna with security guards around the complex. A lot of stores near by which is very convenient. Nan was an awesome super host. He is very responsive on all my questions and gave clear instructions for check-in/out. Thank you so much Nan!

This was a great stay that’s very peaceful from the bustling beach road and walking street. You would pay 2thai baht max to get to most places. The manager at the resort is very helpful. I would recommend

From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The private pool was impeccably maintained and provided a serene space to relax. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host Nick was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. One thing to note is that the villa is located in a more secluded area, and having a car or private transportation is highly recommended, as public transport options are not readily available. However, this also adds to the peaceful and private atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

The house is little faraway from hotspot (around 25-30 mins walk to beach) but worked well for us, grab was easily available so no issue with the location. it's beautifully decorated and loved the bed/pillows and amenuties such as fridge, TV etc. the house is small but big enough for 4 people and was cozy. The only point was the size of the pool - it's smaller than how it looked in the photo (perhaps 2m length). it's more for taking a dip or hangout with friends with a drink but not for swim and chill. Plus finding the house number was little confusing at first as the number is not visible though it's right next to entrance. however the host was very responsive so wasn't a big deal.

Clearly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve lived in. The location is very peaceful. The house looked exactly like it was in the pictures. Our host was super nice and helpful, communicated well, provided anything we needed. We felt right at home. I recommend this place for a group of friends or a family too. A great deal!

Мы были вынуждены уехать из Бангкока из-за землетрясения и забронировали жилье всего за пару часов до нашего прибытия, несмотря на такой ранний заезд Стефан подготовил жильё очень быстро, он сам занимается обслуживанием дома и внимателен ко всем деталям. Мы очень много и интересно побеседовали с ним о его двадцатилетнем опыте жизни в Тайланде, он дал нам много советов и рассказал интересную историю своей любви к Тайланду. Сама вилла находится достаточно удалено от города, тут не мешает городская суета (но достаточно близко, чтобы это не было проблемой добраться на такси/байке и заказать любую доставку - 10-15 минут). Дом на территории закрытого посёлка, очень тихо и спокойно, тихие соседи, безопасно. Ежедневный вынос мусора, 2 раза в неделю очистка бассейна. Дом без излишеств, очень просторный, хотя и не очень новый, но в хорошем состоянии, большая редкость для Паттайи! Нет неприятного запаха, вся техника в доме хорошо работает. Много полезных мелочей, хорошее белье. Отличный выбор! 🇹

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful staycation at Kyle’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I could need. It truly felt like a home away from home, with the added bonus of top-notch security that made me feel completely at ease. The location is excellent — everything you might need is within easy reach, and the beach is just a short walk away. But the real highlight for me was the breathtaking view from the room; I could have spent the whole day just admiring it. This place made my stay truly memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway spot. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

위치도 다운타운과 가깝고 워킹스트리트도 가깝고 위치 상당히 좋다. 그리고 중요한 건 호스트가 너무 친절하고 너무 빠른 응답을 해주고 정말 좋은 호스트였다. 내가 지갑을 분실해서 집카드를 잃어버렸는데 그는 새벽시간에 나를 위해서 새벽에 카드를 가져다 주었다. 너무너무 고마웠다. 그는 정말 좋은 호스트다. 나는 이 호스트가 꼭 잘 됐으면 좋겠다. 여기는 정말 좋은 곳이다 추천합니다.

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Bilder sind auf dem aktuellen Stand und man kann überall gut zu Fuß hin. Der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl lassen einen auch gut produktiv sein.
