Absolutely awesome stay and the photos do not do it justice. From the moment you park the car. We had the two bedroom villa, great outdoor space and true infinity pool. Genuinely cannot fault the place. The staff, Faye and Den from the Philippines are just lovely people. Extremely helpful from breakfast to local spot for laundry. I travel to Phuket 3 to 4 times per year, but assuming it is available, I suspect this is where I will be staying. Fantastic selection of restaurants in the Bang Tao area.. The only thing to note, the villa is up on the hill which affords such awesome views, I drove up and down, zero issues. Can be walked, but suspect not for the faint hearted. Catlin is a great host, super responsive and nothing is a problem.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

Our family stay at Bee's place was perfect. It is a beautiful villa in a wonderful, quiet location. The villa was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Bee and her husband always communicated clearly, responded in good time and were very helpful throughout. Can strongly recommend staying here

We hosted our small wedding there and loved the place. Amy and her team were friendly and provided exceptional service. The villa was beautiful and very clean and all the rooms and bathrooms were really spacious. All our guests enjoyed their stay. Thank you so much Amy and team!

Приватность на высоком уровне - тихо, нет посторонних людей. Есть охрана. Удобные кровати. Завтраки очень вкусные! Шеф-повар прекрасно готовит. В один из дней мы заказали барбекю. Это было очень вкусно! Все было замечательно! Я и мои гости очень довольны! Большое спасибо!!

Beautiful private villa with refreshing pool. More spacious than photos. John very helpful before and during our stay and was very happy to give recommendations and happy to make arrangements for us. The location was ideal for us with easy access bars/restaurants and to the wonderful Zurich bakery! Driver (Khai) was always available for various group sizes and distances. Would highly Recommend and would stay again.

This place is something everyone has to try. Mimi and Jojo are very very helpful and made our stay and trips to places easy. breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed staying at this place and love to visit this place if ever made a trip to Phuket in future. Thank you for everything!!!!!

Simply incredible holiday, from start to finish we felt welcomed and at home. Wendy was always happy to help and guide us with any queries. I don't think I can find a negative to say, we would be back in a heartbeat. Aom and the girls were exceptional hosts, her cooking and hospitality is the best we've experienced, she even taught us how to cook the thai specialities, something we will cherish forever. our washing was collected and freshly ironed daily by the girls,this was an absolute lifesaver when your packing lightly and travelling as a family of 5! I've returned with zero washing ! Thank you again for everything. My only advice to other hopeful gusts - book- don't wait, you will not be disappointed ! we hope to return as soon as possible

We were a family of 6 in total. Olivier was extremely helpful and understood what we would need for two young children in the villa. I highly recommend this villa and everything about Olivier. 10/10.

We are a family of 6 with 1 baby. Villa was big enough for everyone and it was extremely clean and comfortable. Towels/Linen,carpets/Couch were spotless. Villa was well equipped with everything we needed for our one week stay (Baby cot/Bathtub/High Chair/ Pool Towels/ Kitchen Appliances/ Utensils/ Toiletries etc. Location was ideal for us to commute around, in a peaceful/ private area. Big appreciation to Benoit and Julien who have been great hosts. They were always readily available to assist us throughout our stay providing us with recommendations and ensuring we were well taken care of. I definitely recommend this villa and it will certainly be my top option when visiting Phuket/Rawai.

Hvis man kunne give denne bolig og deres vært titlen Super Super host så får de det af os. Vi have en skøn uge ,lækker morgenmad alt var bare perfekt. Vores værter var så imødekommende og hjælpsomme med alt hvad vi kunne ønske os. Deres personale var så søde og sørgede for at vi fik det bedste ophold.

A fantastic family getaway. We are a family of 11 on holiday for Xmas. The villa was great, clean spacious and modern. Very good size pool which we all enjoyed. Communication with Pia was excellent. Very responsive, and always on hand to help out and share recommendations. The villa is at the top of a hill with lovey views, however could cause a challenge for those with mobility issues, although taxis are always on hand using Bolt or Grab. Thanks Pia and Roger!

We stayed in this villa for our family trip to Phuket! All I can say is wow, everything about this villa is amazing, the amenities, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the decor! I would 100% recommend this villa if you are staying in Phuket! The host and Caroline were so hospitable and were there for any questions with quick communication and recommendations about the area. Overall we had the best stay.

Pobyt w tym miejscu był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Dom był przepiękny, zgodny z opisem, a nawet lepszy niż się spodziewaliśmy. Bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony i w świetnej lokalizacji. Gospodarz okazał się niezwykle pomocny – polecił nam piękne plaże i miejsca warte odwiedzenia, szybko odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania i nawet pomógł w wynajmie skuterów. Jego wsparcie sprawiło, że nasz pobyt był bezproblemowy i jeszcze bardziej przyjemny. Gorąco polecam to miejsce.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Es sieht alles genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Super sauber! Die Hauptstraße ist zu Fuß erreichbar und hat echt einiges zu bieten. Falls man abends mal keine Lust hat weg zu gehen, macht man es sich am privaten Pool gemütlich. Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. DANKE 🙏🏽:))

Kata sea villa’s is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a luxury villa with fantastic views this is the place for you. Had the BBQ cooked for us in the 1st day. Highly recommend it and the service was amazing. To go down to kata beach it is a 5-10 minute taxi ride which is fine for us given kata beach is extremely busy and we wanted somewhere to retreat to.

I recently rented a villa from Milos in Phuket and was thoroughly impressed. The villa was immaculate and ideally located, while Milos was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend his service for a memorable vacation experience.

Murad’s listing was absolutely bliss. All the pictures match what you get and the pool was stunning. Murad also was an excellent host. Going above and beyond assisting us in booking various activities in Phuket. If you are in Phuket, there is no better place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The pool was absolutely amazing – clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing days. The entire property was well-maintained, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. The only downside for us was the beds, which were unfortunately too firm to sleep comfortably. However, that might just come down to personal preference. All in all, it’s a fantastic place that we’d still recommend, especially because of the incredible pool and lovely atmosphere!
