We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house in Siavonga! The host, Sarah, was absolutely wonderful, she was extremely communicative, friendly, and went out of her way to make our family trip enjoyable. The house itself was peaceful and offered stunning views of Lake Kariba, which made every moment feel magical. From the serene surroundings to the well-kept property, everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we can’t wait to return.

First time staying on the Takamaka and it was worth every penny! The boat is really well kitted out and captain Kelly and the crew were incredible. Everyone from start to finish was super helpful and made it a great experience. Would 100% recommend and go again!

We had a fantastic time on Galloping Waters--excellent service, good food, lovely environment. The staff was very responsive and helpful, and great with the kids (4 kids, ages 10,9, and 6(x2)). The on-deck pool provided for hours of small person entertainment.

We really loved our stay with Lubuto. She was really nice and welcoming and the place was lovely. Close to hotels where you could go for some swimming, and it was possible to walk to the market. We could borrow the braai to do a barbecue, thanks for the lovely stay!

John and Edith are experienced hosts who know exactly what their customers need for safety. Note that if you don't have your own transport you may struggle to reach Siavonga from Lusaka. For the 150km journey, it took us 7 hours 30 minutes to reach our booked accommodation, quite a rough journey. When we booked the same taxi driver for the journey back, he never arrived to pick us up in the morning so John kindly gave us a lift all the way into Siavonga to find another taxi back to Lusaka. Other than that, we had a fabulous visit. Highly recommended. Beautiful scenery.
