Frane’s place is very conveniently located! It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, ferry port and Split’s boardwalk and marina. The unit is spacious (more than I expected from the pictures), clean and comfortable Also, there are no stairs. Frane was always in touch with us prior to our arrival and was always attentive and responsive, even let us check in before the official time, which was a plus and we appreciated very much. I recommend this place to anyone looking where to stay in Split in a quiet zone, but really close to all city attractions and landmarks. Thank you Frane for your kindness and attentions to us! Darija a été une hôte particulièrement disponible et de très bons conseils pour visiter au mieux la ville avec ses alentours. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et situé à 15min à pieds de la vieille ville, 10 min en voiture des premières plages. Des places de parking disponibles et le quartier très paisible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The location of this wonderful home can’t be beat. You can walk right to old town and to many bakeries. They found parking for us which is very rare in this part of the city. It was comfortable and clean and I’d stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation near Split! The house was impeccably clean, and Davon (the host) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a thoughtful welcome chocolate upon our arrival as well as welcoming in us in person. The location was ideal—just a 10-minute drive to the town center and a short 7-minute walk to the beach. The views were stunning, with the sea visible right from the apartment, adding to the charm of the stay. The apartment also had its own free parking space, which was incredibly convenient and a huge plus for those traveling by car. Everything was nicely maintained, and the property was very accessible. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay near Split.

a very nice apartment, clean well presented, everything you need. only a 10 minute walk to the old town area across the footbridge. shops and bars nearby. parking is a bit tight and scarce but there is a massive free carpark a 2 minute walk away. Even though the area looked a bit grey and cramped we felt comfortable walking around during the day and night.

Dorde est une personne agréable qui nous a très bien reçu. Logement impeccable et bien situé pour un séjour sans véhicule. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The Apartment was very well thought out, with a deck and nice outdoor furniture. The grocery store across the street was a bonus to the right of that was the beach. Would have used the workout room downstairs if I had stayed longer. The other added bonus They own the coffee shop downstairs, which serves breakfast, lunch and snacks, and coffee. It was great to be on the beach and away from the hustle of downtown.

The Airbnb is nice and clean. Old town is 20 min away, supermarket is also around the corner and some restaurants are within walking distance. Bozana is very helpful and friendly! The communication with her via Airbnb was easy and fast.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

This airbnb is worth whatever price you pay for it. We booked for a week, so we got a really good deal, but I would’ve paid double. This place is beautiful. There is several markets close, the lake is just a walk down the stairs with a private dock, and there is a separate area with the gym, hot tub, sauna and whatnot. There’s a paddleboard provided as well. Only bad part is that maps doesn’t route you to the right house, you have to drive a bit further than it says. 10/10.

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es war sehr heiß ehrend unseres Aufenthalts, aber die Klimaanlagen und der Pool sorgten für kühle Nächte und Abkühlung am Tag. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was wir genossen haben, es war unheimlich erholsam!

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

We shared this space with 2 families (9 people in total). We were in town for a wedding. The space was great, big enough for everyone, and also we used it to dress and do hair and makeup for the wedding party. Antonia was very accessible and easy to work with, and accomodating.

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.
