Looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The view onto the Teatro Massimo from all 3 huge windows that look onto it can be opened and enjoyed from the big balcony, it’s so amazing, you will want to come back early from all your sightseeing to enjoy it every evening. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked, WiFi is strong. Many local tours start right here in the Piazza and that is a big plus, there is also a taxi rank right here. The weekends can be a little noisy on the Piazza until late but I think Palermo is just a big city so it’s not unusual and it shouldn’t detract you from choosing this apartment. I was traveling solo this time (female) and I felt incredibly safe in the apartment, going in and out of it, and in the local area which is a superb location to stay and visit Palermo.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Ericas Wohnung. Sie entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse war sensationell und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt. Der Check in ist sehr freundlich verlaufen und es gab noch gute Tipps für die Stadt. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kann es besonders am Wochenende schon mal lauter werden, die Fenster sind ganz gut isoliert, - einfach zumachen dann passt es. Die Küche hätte für mich ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein können- aber wer will schon selber kochen bei der Auswahl an Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Erica war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder hier wohnen! Absolute Empfehlung 👍

We loved our stay at Oxana end Pierluca's place! I was very thankful for the coffee pods and the espresso machine. Location is great, walking distance to the main old town attractions.

A really unique place to stay! Very pretty, equiped with anything needed. Giuliana was really nice and helpful for our communication. The location is perfect to explore Ortigia and everything is walkable. Felt really good! The place should be the perfect gem for the summer as it looks that it will keep cold for the hot days. However the minus for the rainy season is that there is a smell of mold, so would definitely be not a good choice for allergic and sensitive people. Of course it is understandable given the old building and ground floor. And the hosts were thoughtful that they left all windows open before our check in, but it gets cold if they stay open the whole time for this time of the year. The interior is also really spacious with a nice dinning table, kitchen and sofa. Mind that there is a city tax that has to be paid on the spot, so you can prepare some cash in advance for that.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anna Maria. Trotz unserem verspäteten Flugs war der Check in kein Problem, im Gegenteil, Anna Maria hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns gleich die wichtigsten Informationen für die Gegend und geplante Aktivitäten zukommen lassen. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und liegt sehr zentral, Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor Ort zwar nicht, aber auch da hat uns Anna Maria super geholfen, dass wir in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt parken konnten. Auch was die Sicherheit im Zentrum und den Gassen betrifft können wir nur von super netten Einheimischen berichten, wir haben uns zu keiner Zeit unsicher oder unwohl gefühlt. Unser Fazit: Wir hätten uns keine bessere Gastgeberin in Catania vorstellen können und können einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen.

Tiziano was an excellent host and has a beautiful apartment. The location is ideal because you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes, but have so much privacy and peace. Only challenge, was parking bc the city does not allow you to park in that area. IT's about a 10 minute walk to a garage and Tiziano provided many options on where we could safely park w/out any issues.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Casa Scina was in a great location, was spacious and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to all of our needs. The upstairs loft was a little challenging for my husband who is 6 foot 1 , because the ceiling is a little low. Besides that, we loved this place. Highly recommend! Just note the ceiling if you are tall.

L'appartamento è stato meglio di quanto ci fossimo immaginati. A meno di dieci minuti dalla stazione centrale e nel cuore di Ballarò dove la vita e l'essenza del mercato ti immergono completamente in un'atmosfera unica e variopinta. La mattina tenevamo appositamente le finestre socchiuse per ascoltare le prime voci dei commercianti che si apprestavano a sistemare le loro merci. Gli scorci che il balconcino regala si tingono di colori diversi ad ogni ora del giorno. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita, confortevole, molto accessoriata. Per me che ho i capelli lunghi, ottimo il phon formato non da viaggio, ma normale. Per chi volesse cucinare (noi mangiavamo fuori), c'è una cucina completa con anche il microonde. Per come siamo noi e per quello che cercavamo, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Non da ultimo, Daniele è stato sempre immediato nelle risposte, disponibile e gentile.

SPLENDIDO! Voglio essere schietto e sincero. Utilizzo Airbnb da 15 anni forse.. alla vista di questo Loft, bellissimo, ad un'ottimo prezzo, libero a pochi giorni dalla mia prenotazione.. non volevo crederci. Sincero ero titubante che potesse esserci qualche fregatura (anche perche ho trovato pochissime recensioni), ho cmq voluto crederci e vi assicuro che ho fatto benissimo! L'appartamento è meraviglioso come da foto, se non addirittura di più. Curato in tutto e per tutto, fornito di tutto quello che può venirvi in mente.. tutto nuovo e di ottima qualità.. oltre a tutto quello descritto, ho addirittura trovato due tv, macchine del caffè con cialde, zucchero olio, pepe sale biscottini vari etc etc.. Asciugamani vari e prodotti per il bagno e per le pulizie della casa.. tutto, proprio tutto! Un servizio pari ad una stanza di hotel ma in un bellissimo appartamento! Cristina e suo marito persone meravigliose! Di decine di appartamenti affittati sicuramente uno tra i migliori! Cri grazie!!

We could live in Romeo apartment. Stylish, comfortable, modern, fully equipped kitchen (even a drip coffee maker for North American coffee drinkers), very good WiFi, safe and secure. The entry and place to keep our bicycles safe was perfect. This is a terrific place to stay in Modica. The Julietta apartment is equally nice; slightly smaller yet with a small balcony. Lorenzo’s welcome, gracious hospitality and excellent communication were added bonuses to a nice stay.

Great location at the east end of the main tourist street. Fantastic restaurants are within one block of the home as well. Very comfortable location and well decorated as well.

Piccolo appartamento con tutto il necessario e tutti i comfort per soggiornare bene. Rosanna è stata sempre disponibile e attiva. Preciso anche che non ha perso tempo nel momento in cui pochi giorni prima del mio arrivo, dopo il guasto dell'aria condizionata, ha subito provveduto ad comprare un nuovo condizionatore, aggiornandomi sempre sugli sviluppi. Si è sempre accertata che tutto potesse andare al meglio. Mi sono trovato benissimo e in futuro tornerò sicuramente.

Nous avons vécu une aventure avec Valerio. Il devait nous recevoir un soir où son logement à subit un dégât des eaux, et à très vite pris les choses en main en téléphonant à des hôtels pour nous trouver une chambre. Il était tard et pourtant il a su nous venir en aide. En plus dans un endroit très bien et propre. Vraiment très satisfait de cet hôte. Merci beaucoup

Es war alles perfekt! Kommunikation hat super geklappt und wir haben tolle Restaurant-Tipps erhalten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und die Lage ist noch besser als erwartet. Eine Minute Fußweg von der Wohnung befindet sich ein schöner Zugang zum Meer zum Schwimmen.

Posizione strategica per tutti gli spostamenti sia a piedi che con bus, alloggio pulito e confortevole. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili rispondendo prontamente ad ogni mio dubbio o necessità. Consiglio sicuramente!!
