Sicile : locations de vacances avec piscine

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

Der Aufenthalt bei Giuseppe und Gloria war wundervoll. Wir sind erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen und wurden von den beiden herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünscht - Küchenutensilien, Strandtücher, Grill und Zubehör, Pool, Außendusche, Liegen und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Nicht zu vergessen ist der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, der durch ein großes Tor geschützt ist. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat ist die Altstadt gut in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso wie Strand und Supermärkte. Ein Highlight war für uns der Weg hoch auf den Berg zur Unterkunft mit der Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager, haben den Aufenthalt in Robertos Haus in vollen Zügen genossen. Haus, Pool und Gartenanlage liegen auf verschiedenen Ebenen und geben dem gesamten Komplex einen ganz besonderen Charme. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist grandios, der Abstieg ins Meer über eine Leiter ebenfalls. Wir wurden von verschiedenen Fischschwärmen begrüßt. Schnorcheln vor der "Haustür" lohnt sich! We spent a beautiful time in this family home and wished we had booked longer. It is a place that naturally makes you feel calm, grounded and at home. Even during nights with heavy thunder and rain, the sunlight woke us up gently through the windows in the morning, accompanied by the sounds of birds and far cowbells. We hope to come back sometime!

We had a great stay in Sicily. Octavia and Mickael are excellent hosts, meeting us at the villa and being very proactive in responding to any questions throughout our stay. The villa had everything we needed and the pool is lovely. The seating around the pool hash great views. There is also a more private area to the rear for eating or sitting out, surrounded by olive and lime trees (plus visits from lizards and the occasional cat!). A car is necessary to visit the wonderful historic towns (Noto, Modica, Ragusu, Syracuse) and the quiet beach is only a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed a couple of meals in Marzamemi too.

Belle villa retirée sur les hauteurs, dans un environnement exceptionnellement calme et reposant, avec une belle vue sur la montagne et la mer. Andrew est un hôte très très réactif donnant tous les renseignements nécessaires et répondant à toutes nos questions. Merci et bonne continuation

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

This was a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city. The unit was set back from the road and was so picturesque. There was so much space for our two families. We could not have asked for a better place!

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

Fantastic spot, incredible view over the north side of the coast line. The apartment itself is wonderful and accommodating, and the balcony cannot be beat. Silvia was a wonderful and accommodating host. The location: This apartment is on the north side of the ridge that Taormina sits on. The good part is that this means you can drive right up to the apartment complex and park your car for free in the garage. That's very valuable in Taormina since there's no car access in the city. The downside is that there's 8 half-staircases and a large hill going up into the main town. My 75 year old mother managed it, but it's a little bit of a hike. Still, it's a worthwhile tradeoff for such a wondeful, private spot with an incredible view, free parking, plenty of space, and easy access to the city. You may also be able to find a ride up to the top of the hill but we just walked. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you Silvia!

Gepflegte Anlage mit schönen Pool und tollem Ausblick. Man sieht von der Terrasse aus quasi immer das Meer. Nur ein paar (steile) Meter zum Strand, wo auch einige Restaurants und Bars sind (im Oktober allerdings nur teilweise geöffnet), ein kleiner Conad-Supermarkt ist in weniger als 200m erreichbar. In die Stadt ist es etwas zu weit zu laufen, aber gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, hier sehr viele Restaurants und andere Möglichkeiten sich (abends) zu beschäftigen Auch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten z.B. nach Erice oder Favignana. Sehr guter und freundlicher Check-In und Service von Eliana, die gut zu erreichen war. Kleines Manko waren die vielen rumstreunenden und bettelnden Katzen (nichts für Allergiker) und dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, das Bad von den Nachbarn grenzt jeweils an eins der Schlafzimmer. Und eine Spülmaschine wäre schön, aber das steht ja in der Beschreibung.

A truly stunning apartment, and after lots of walking around Palermo visiting all the sights we we’re always happy to return to the tranquility and comfort of the apartment. A beautiful home and would be our first choice for our next visit.

Nette Gastgeberin Schönes Haus Nette Gegend

Guilia's place is spectacular! It's better than the photos with gorgeous views of the sea, mountains, city and even Calabria in the distance. The grounds are immaculate with a huge private terrace for meals and drinks and a massive pool that feels like your own private resort. Giulia's family lives in the other units and were always friendly and helpful but not intrusive in the least. Even Papaya the dog knew when to leave us to ourselves lol! The interior is pristine and spacious. As many have pointed out the town center is about a 10-15 minute walk away. So you are very close to all the restaurants and shops but away from the tourist hordes. Taormina is hilly but most of the walk is relatively flat. Traffic is not a worry, we did not encounter much of it on our walks. Also, Italian drivers, although speedy, are careful and well aware of pedestrians. Giulia is a fantastic host, always quick to provide recommendations and respond to our questions. Wish we could have stayed forever!

A great location, in a modern apartment suitable for families. Only criticism would be that there was no dishwashing tablets, and only 1/4 roll of toilet paper - so we had to stock up on some of the basic essentials as soon as we arrived.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Margaret sehr genossen. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und flexibel und durch Margarets herzliche Art haben wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Wer nach ein wenig Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Supermärkte und Strand sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

A beautiful villa with old-world charm yet modern feeling. Amazing views of both the ocean and Etna. Well maintained gardens and grounds, with a lovely pool and sitting area. Pino and Viviana were always quick to respond and helpful. Truly a special place

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house is absolutely beautiful, and the outside area was incredible. Spotlessly clean throughout, stylish and comfortable. Had everything we could have needed. Floriana was the perfect host - so helpful and responsive. Would love to stay here and again, and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for having us!

This place is such a gem. There really are no words to describe the views and the apartment, on the grounds of a 17th century monastery. The air was filled with the scent of orange blossoms from the citrus grove and it must be the off season because we seemed to be the only guests on site for the three nights we stayed. We spent hours in the armchairs in the dining room in front of the double doors leading out to the terrace overlooking the ocean, and spent every minute it wasn’t raining out on the terrace enjoying the views of Cefalù, only a 10 minute drive away. Even the rain is beautiful in Sicily. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you may need. Francesco was super helpful and kind and quick to respond to every question. We hope this will be the first Airbnb we return to, when the weather is warmer in the summer.

Martina was amazing. She listened to feedback and addressed it straight away. She assisted us communicating with locals and helped us overcome some problems and she gave us great local tips. You couldn’t find a more generous and caring host!

Schon im Vorfeld hat Agostino auf Rückfragen in Rekordzeit geantwortet und auch eine kleine Terminänderung war kein Problem. Vor Ort haben sich Rita und Pino unserer angenommen. Den frischen Salat aus dem Garten werden wir in bester Erinnerung behalten. Das Apartment selbst ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, auch die herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse, auf der wir die Morgensonne genießen konnten. Im November nicht unwichtig, wenn die Nächte auch auf Sizilien schon etwas kühler werden: Die Wohnung war gut geheizt. Und als Pino mir zeigte, dass die Heizung mit geschroteten Olivenkernen und Mandelschalen betrieben wird, war ich begeistert von dieser CO2-neutralen Heizung. Kurzum: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Settefrati.

Me and 6 other friends had a beatiful time at Casa Grande. The home is great for a laid back vacation with lots of relaxation. There's plenty of seating available inside and outside, and because of plentyful lighting you can enjoy it even during the night. The beatiful scenery (sea view, mountain views) and plants really give you the 'Authentic Vibrations' the name describes. We all felt right at home and would describe this as the perfect vacation home. The staff is very friendly and flexible. We had late arrival and a long drive to the home and were greeted with two huge pizza's, which instantly relieved us of all worries, this really shows the hospitality of the host. The location of the house is good, there's plenty of shops and restaurants within 20-30 minutes of driving, however for some of the more 'touristy' locations you have to drive further. This is however always a joy because of the great scenery everywhere. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
