Sicile : location de maisons de vacances

We were two Canadian couples staying for 5 nights (after visiting Milano/Genova), with a car that we rented at Catania airport. We arrivred at 9PM but our host Nando was communicating us and received us in person. Upon arrival, fridge had some complimentary sandwiches, juice drinks and snacks, and a delicious homemade cake. Lovely place, peaceful, spacious, additional to detail, comes as advertised. Beautiful 180 degree view, when sitting outside by the pool, and even from main salon/kitchen. Loved the bedrooms and in particular the high quality mattresses and sheets. Made good use of the washing machine as we had a lot of laundry from our first week in Italy. Nando was very thoughful and proactive in checking in on us and suggesting places to visit and eat at. Good location, about a 10-15 minute drive to Taormina parking and a short drive to get on highway to visit Mount Etna or Syracuse/Ortigia. We had a wonderful stay in Sicily, thank you Nando!

Très bon séjour et belle expérience pour découvrir la Sicile. Climatisation dans les chambres, une obligation en Sicile au mois juillet. La chambre parentale est immense. TV dans les chambres avec wifi, indispensable si vous avez des enfants. Grande cuisine qui fait pièce à vivre et grand balcon qui fait le tour de l’appartement, permet d’avoir quasiment 360 degrés de vision, avec évidemment l’Etna, vu sur piscine du balcon et au loin la mer. Piscine, indispensable avec la chaleur, et surtout 24/24 avec lumière tamisée, que j’ai vraiment apprécié avec de l’eau salée, transat et parasol. Parking privé avec télécommande. Accueil au top, bons renseignements et surtout toujours disponible. Merci Antonio et Salvatore pour ce beau séjour 😍

Abbiamo trascorso sei notti a CasaRosetta e siamo stati davvero molto bene. Luisa ci ha accolto con il marito Gioacchino facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Per la casa fidatevi delle foto, è proprio cosí: luminosa, pulita e attrezzata con tutto ció che serve. L’incantevole terrazza sará probabilmente il luogo dove trascorrerete gran parte del vostro tempo. La posizione é ideale per raggiungere in auto tutti i luoghi ”da vedere” di questa parte della Sicilia. Grazie ancora Luisa!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here - the location is just beautiful!! The hot tub is perfect to sit and relax in peaceful surroundings and the views are just incredible. Margherita and Agostino were both so friendly, welcoming and helpful including making recommendations for local beaches. Thank you so much ☺️

Antonella is an extremely good host. She recommended to us places worth visiting, local cafes and bars. The place looks great, is very peaceful and private without any noise from restaurants or bars. She even helped us lending some of her tools to fix our car. Location is a bit remote so you need a car, but when visiting Sicily you better get a car anyway to visit all the beautiful places. Inside was clean, everything needed was provided and we felt like at home. Highly recommend place if you visiting Sicily!

Great apartment close to the old town of avola and the Beach. there Are 2 bycicles which we were allowed to use and we loved them. Also at Check in we got really Great Information about Whats possible to do/visit around Avola. On top of that we got homemade sicilian Dessert which tasted Amazing! We loved to Stay there. Parking in Front of the Apartment was easily possible.

We stayed at the accommodation for 6 nights and would have liked to stay longer. The accommodation is beautiful and we felt right at home. It is super equipped and Francesco and his family are very helpful. highly recommended we would love to come back!

La Struttura di Mariateresa e Andrea e bellissima e in una posizione fantastica.Secondo noi la casa piu bella come e situata di fontane bianche. La Vista sulla baia dalla terrazza super spaziosa sia di mattina,di giorno e la sera e spettacolare. La casa ha tutto il necessario ed e arredata con molto gusto. Anche la pulizia della casa era impeccabile e i spazi al esterno ( giardino, posto auto, doccia esterna) arrotondono il tutto. La comunicazio e stata al top,gentilezza,informazioni utilissimi e velocita nel rispondere e stato davvero da copiare da altri Host. Se volete passare una vacanze in assoluta spensieratezza ,in un posto magico in uno degli angoli piu belli della sicilia scegliete questa casa.Grazie di tutto a Mariateresa e Andrea,ci vedremo sicuramente.Maurizio e Gessica

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist toll, es gibt dort sehr schöne Strände und viel zu entdecken. Man ist allerdings auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen, da es im Ort selber keine Möglichkeit gibt Lebensmittel etc. einzukaufen. Auch der Pool hat uns super gefallen, vor allem abends um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Die Unterkunft an sich sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Host waren sehr gut. Einziger Mangel war für mich, dass regelmäßig das WLAN ausgefallen ist, was für mich problematisch war, da ich einige Tage mobil gearbeitet habe und auf eine stabile Internetverbindung angewiesen war. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt bei Marcello war durchweg positiv. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl, es war sauber und gemütlich. Marcello ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

La casa tiene una vista mucho más hermosa de lo que me había imaginado, con una vista al mar y a la montaña. Los amaneceres son preciosos. La terraza es perfecta para desayunar con los primeros rayos del sol y el canto de los pájaros, o para disfrutar un vino bajo la luz de la luna. Los jardines son muy bonitos y están bien cuidados. Salvo es muy amable, estuvo muy pendiente de nuestro check in y dispuesto a ayudarnos cuando tuvimos problemas con el alquiler del carro. The house has a much more beautiful view than I had imagined, with a view of the sea and the mountains. The sunrises are stunning. The terrace is perfect for having breakfast with the first rays of the sun and the sound of birdsong, or for enjoying a glass of wine under the moonlight. The gardens are very lovely and well-maintained. Salvo is very kind; he was very attentive during our check-in and willing to help us when we had problems with the car rental.

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful of a stay we’ve had at Angela’s. She and her family (hello Ovidio, Rosa, Lina, Tigro, Ruga, Kiki, Etna, and Ciccio!) are some of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve come across. The house is absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and peaceful place. But there was more to this stay than just the house and views. We truly felt apart of their family, so open and loving. If you plan to stay here, please get to know Angela and her family. We have made long lasting friendships and memories, from boat rides to family dinners. Angela, you will forever be apart of our hearts (and Ossi’s 😉). We will surely keep in touch, and be back for a stay with Angela at the soonest possible time. WE LOVE YOU ALL! ❤️

Die Woche in der tollen Wohnung - Casita - hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben hilfreiche Tips bekommen. Auch vorab hat Ignazio mit Infos geschickt. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet und der Garten sowie die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Von der Terrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat es leider geregnet und war auch noch etwas kalt. Die Schlafzimmer konnten durch die Klimaanlage beheizt werden, leider das tolle Wohnzimmer nicht. Dort ist auch eine Klimaanlage / Heizung, aber das war nicht ausreichend. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. In den letzten Tagen konnten wir draußen sitzen. Das war fantastisch. Die Lage ist auch toll. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen. Sizilien hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Donatellas place was lovely and big with stunning views out to the port and ocean from the multiple terraces. It was truly amazing. My mother in law (who was travelling with us) was born in nearby Valchiesa and we were back to visit relations. We visited the house where she was born and lots of relations who fed us very well. Some of us hiked to the top of nearby Monte del Fossa Felci which is the higher of the two volcanic peaks on Salina. An elevation of 960 metres above sea level from where the views were gobsmacking. The house was great and well featured and fitted the 6 of us very nicely. Unfortunately we had to leave two days early due to a storm and bad weather coming in which meant that the ferries to and from the islands would not be running for about 5 days. We would love to return again in summertime. We would highly recommend this property and hosts. :-) Chris, Karen and family

Miriam is such a great host we loved to stay in her beautiful apartment and hope to be able to come back when it’s a bit warmer. She was very nice to us, she gave me some lemons from her tree. We loved the bathroom and the coffee thank you so much again and see you!

Camillo’s place was perfect! He met us for check in which would have been a little difficult to navigate finding his place at nice. The property is amazing and the views of the sunrise were stunning. We enjoyed our stay and wish we had more time to enjoy all that his property has to offer. Thanks Camillo!

Nous avons passé 15 jours chez Betty et Angelo et nous avons sincèrement passé un séjour tout confort. L'appartement est exactement comme décrit et fidèle aux photos. Très spacieux, confortable, bien agencé, décoré avec goût et super bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien! Accueil très chaleureux et rempli de cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nos hôtes vivent à côté de l'appartement et sont très discrets. Ils ont toujours répondu positivement à toutes nos demandes malgré leur emploi du temps très chargé !!! Et pour ne rien gâcher , ils sont d'une extrême gentillesse et notre confort a été leur priorité. Le quartier est très calme, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour nous garer à proximité. La ville de Partanna n'a rien à envier aux grandes villes, nous y trouvons tous les commerces et des gens adorables et disponibles. Rapport Qualité-prix +++, bref vous pouvez louer "Casa Betty" les yeux fermés !!!

Nataliya was truly super caring and attentive. The apartment is perfectly located, very close to the beach. It is charming and has everything you need for cooking and relaxing, providing a calm environment ideal for rest. Additionally, Nataliya is truly kind and really helped with all our needs. We couldn't have found a better place nad host. Many thanks, dear Nataliya, you're the best.

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber, schön, gut eingerichtet und an einer tollen Lage. Die Kommunikation hat auch super funktioniert. Es gibt wirklich nichts Negatives zu sagen.

Très agréable et très propre, les monuments et la mer sont accessibles à pied, Roberto a même fait en sorte que le Air BNB soit prêt avant 16h, a l'écoute et très réactif a la moindre question Si je retourne a Palerme je n'hésiterai pas à reprendre ce logement 🙂

We had a great stay at Francesco's place. The apartment itself was excellent. He has thought of everything that you could possibly need and it was spotless too. The views of Etna from the lounge make the place even more special. The outside pool area was lovely with a relaxation space right next to it. The parking spaces were great to have too. Francesco was an excellent host - he provided some great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. He went above and beyond what was necessary. In terms of location, you can walk out of the front door to shops, restaurants etc. From here, it is easy to access Taormina, Catania, Etna and beyond. If you are thinking about staying here, do it!

L'appartamento è super funzionale, con una vista incredibile da ogni stanza sulla Marina La Cala. I servizi dell'appartamento sono stati perfetti per goderci Palermo con 2 bambini, e trascorrere anche bei momenti di riposo in appartamento (a cena). La location è incredibile anche per la vicinanza a bar, minimarkets e alla vicinissima Vucciria (il mercato a 300 metri dall'appartamento) per trovare cibi tipici. I taxi trovano facilmente l'appartamento e rendono comodi gli spostamenti (aeroporto, gite in zona). Consigliatissimo per chi vuole godere del mix città e attrazioni varie, senza rinunciare alla vista mare.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement ! Les hôtes étaient tout simplement adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très accueillants. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Un bel endroit paisible et agréable. Merci Giuseppe et à sa famille !!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und ideal gelegen um Palermo zu erkunden. Die Lage ist 1A und man kann fußläufig alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Märkte, Geschäfte, Cafes etc. sind sehr nahe gelegen, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Straße direkt hinter der Kathedrale von Palermo. Wir haben es genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Rosario war stets erreichbar und hat sich proaktiv immer wieder gemeldet und seine Hilfe angeboten. Danke dafür!
