Hamada is very decent, one I reserved the apartment he provided me with his contacts and shared the exact location. He contacted me the day before my arrival to notify of the unplanned utilities works in the building and offered an alternative very close apartment, which was a very clean one with amazing view. I requested to delay my check out for a couple of hours and he was very cooperative.

Dina and her assistant Heba are great people and if you need help, you get it very quickly. Communication in English goes very well. Your stay here will be in a room (with good AC-I have a HD TV and currently still staying as I've extended my stay). You do however share a bathroom as you're not alone; but I've seen this being cleaned multiple times a day and I'm very happy about that + my trash has also been collected multiple times a day and to me this shows this place is certainly built on cleanliness. I've also experienced no noise disturbance from inside or outside and feel safe here. There's cheap breakfast on request, 1.5L water bottles for only 6EGP. I'm happy about the price and I'm ending this review with; I can't say one bad thing about this place :)

The location on Airbnb is accurate, if you go there and let Hassan know, that you are there, he will find you easily. It is not a touristy neighbourhood, we only saw locals, which is nice and compared to Cairo, people don't bother you that much and are more laid back, only on the beach during the day time some kids will try to sell you stuff. Apartment was nice and clean, there is a security guy in the lobby. Good value and amazing view!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was kind, attentive, responsible and easy to talk to. The place was clean and well-maintained and just like the pictures. It's close to Alexandria, and about 3 mins walk to the beach and it was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation. I only tried one of the pools and wasn’t satisfied with it, but there were other pools available that I didn’t get a chance to check out. Overall, still a great stay.

We enjoyed a cozy, quiet stay at Seif & Dr. Sherine’s place for my birthday during Ramadan 🩵 we were the only ones in the compound since it’s a holy month, but we still enjoyed our stay nonetheless and took advantage of the empty beach and peaceful surroundings. Dr. Sherine was kind enough to take us to get groceries upon our check in as the usual markets were closed and there is no food delivery in this area, she even offered for us to eat the food she left if we ran out! 😍 She was very kind and checked up on us during our stay. Important to note, this is the kind of Airbnb that is lived in when it’s not rented to guests, it didn’t bother my fiancé and I, but for reference to other travelers that might care and prefer a different experience. There is no wifi (which is in the listing) and cell service isn’t great so prepare for this as well as the mosquitos (there are bug repellents provided but I prefer a natural repellent I brought with me). We enjoyed the view to the sea from the balcony. The apartment itself was comfy. To the sea it's just a short walk. Ahmed communicated friendly, helpful and quick and was really flexible regarding the check-in and check-out. The compound itself was mostly quiet but sometimes there were some noises from construction works. There is a pool we didn't use as we preferred the beach. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will - inshallah - come back another time.

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

We really enjoyed our time at Ahmad’s. The place has beautiful surroundings and is very close to the beach, gym, masjid and supermarket who deliver. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We went off season and virtually had the beach to ourselves. We took our cat with us and she settled quite quickly which is a good sign.

The place is clean, spacious and directly in front of the beach. It's well equipped, e.g. with an umbrella, hair dryer, beach chairs etc. We had a beautiful stay and would definitely book it again :)

I had an incredible time staying at Bass Villa's beautiful home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a perfect trip. The location was ideal, and all the thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Bass was an exceptional host—quick to respond and super helpful with local tips. Thank you so much for making this trip truly wonderful. I would definitely love to come back!

place was good ,clean and well prepared for my stay,i was in a quick business trip and wanted a close place to my work place ,welcoming chocolate and fruites was nice from Marian,view at evening is nice ,clean bed sheets and kitchen ,i highly recommend this appartment for your next stay .

wonderful apartment and host! the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need from appliances to toiletries. the host was super helpful and friendly during check in. we were just 2 people but it would be perfect for 2 couples. the location and view from the balcony are priceless. safety provided by the two gaurds and concierge at the building lobby is great. the building's lobby was being renovated during our stay and already we can tell it will be top notch. will definitely stay again with Dr. Aly

One of the most enjoyable stays we've ever had! The location is fantastic; it is surrounded by restaurants and activities and directly faces Gleem Bay. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable, even better than the photos. It has a balcony with a direct sea view that refreshes your soul. The host's hospitality was beyond amazing from the moment we arrived until we left, with quick responses throughout. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: two bedrooms with three comfy beds, two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, a fridge, stove, and washing machine. Small touches like tissues, fresh sheets, and towels in their packages and a fully stocked kitchen were much appreciated. The smart lock with a password was very convenient, especially since multiple people were coming and going. My family and I had a wonderful time, and from now on, this will remain our top choice for accommodation. Highly recommend to anyone, as I’ve already done with my family and friends.

It’s a gorgeous apartment. Clean with so nice decoration and art works. It’s like a small museum. I’ve never stayed in a place with such beauty everywhere. Inside and outside. An amazing sea view. Full sea view from all rooms. The building is so convenient. There is a big Supermarket in the building, lots of restaurant in the building and around. Parking was available as well. Osama, Noura/Hala were doing everything they can to make it a great stay. I will only go to that place in Alexandria.

Laila's apartment is spacious, located on a good spot regarding access to the city centre. The view of the seafront from the balcony is a bonus. the apartment is clean and spacious for at least two people. Only downside is the traffic noise but after having already experienced Cairo, you get used to it I guess.
