5 Stars! We stayed at Caroline’s place in Siem Reap and it was absolute perfection. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged—transportation, amenities, a stunning pool, soaking tub, and an on-site restaurant with exemplary service. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We were treated to the best massages right in our villa, and while everything in Siem Reap was easily accessible, we happily stayed onsite since we were there for a short time just soaking in the beauty. A true oasis—I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

Lao’s place was a lovely place to stay we really enjoyed the swimming pool in the heat! If ever we had a problem the staff were very quick to help us and also very friendly. Would highly recommend

Nous avons adoré notre séjour d’une semaine au Tanei Resort! Grande chambre, impeccable et parfaite pour notre famille de 4. Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel attentionné et souriant. Les fins de journées à la piscine, très agréables après les visites d’Angkor. Situé en dehors de l’agitation du centre, accessible en 25 min à pied ou 5 min et quelques dollars en tuk-tuk. On recommande chaudement! :)

wow, what a great find this was. A spacious apartment within a small hotel, so all the benefits of the hotel (pool, restaurant, simple check-in and daily cleaning), with the privacy and space of our own apartment. The apartment was great, spacious with all the amenities we needed. location was 8 mins walk to the old market (and therefore pub street), but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Sara organised for us airport transfers and a couple of tour guides for some excursions (temple and food tours) which helped us enormously (both tours were great and we would recommend them) Sara was also very accomodating when our inbound flight was delayed by 12 hours meaning we had 1 night less (had to stay near Phnom Penh airport), but she changed the airport pick-up for us and very graciously refunded that night. an amazing host and we will absolutely look here first if and when we return

I highly recommend Cozy Villa for anyone coming to Siem Reap who wants a relaxing stay in a comfortable, clean and friendly environment. The staff were incredible, the location is convenient to downtown and the swimming pool is a perfect place to idle away the days between sight seeing and pub street. Overall the perfect destination.

We really enjoyed our stay. We cooked many times, and the kitchen was very comfortable. Roya promptly brought us everything we asked for. The internet was stable, and the speed was very good. The front porch is big and very nice; we had our meals there some times. The house is couple of minutes away from the river; I walked by the river every evening from the house to the busy city center and back. I have nothing bad to say about Roya's place. Roya herself was very friendly and helped us with arranging rides and recommended us a truly great tour guide.

We spent two unforgettable weeks in this wonderful apartment! Everything was perfect: comfort, coziness, and beauty. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for daily life, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The pool was a particular highlight — a true oasis for relaxation. We especially want to thank the host, who was incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The service was absolutely excellent! We were also impressed by the high level of security, which added an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. Thank you for this amazing experience! We would happily return here again.

Sok was a perfect host. Je picked us up from the airport and brought us to the original Khmer House in his property, where he also lives. He took care for us and organized a lot for us. Especially the Tuk Tuk driver and Guide for the small Angkor Wat Tour. Thank you so much, Sok. And thank you also for the invitation to your family party and the beer. We had a wounderful time in Siem Reap and Sok‘s Khmer-House.
