Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Villa poggetto was a beautiful and quiet retreat. Our family used it as a base for seeing other parts of Tuscany and hired a car so it was perfect. It has basic amenities and the pool is in great condition. Only critique is the doors don’t lock well (not really a concern as the area is quiet) and as it is rural there are animals around such as mice and cute local cats. Gastone was a great host who allowed us to check in at 11pm when we were running late. He is very responsive and kind.

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Casanova. La maison était très propre et nous nous y sommes sentis bien tout de suite. Environnement paisible et agréable bien situé pour des départs vers les villes majeures de la région. Les 2 semaines où nous y étions étaient très chaudes et de ce fait la température dans la maison également, surtout dans les chambres. Les terrasses des 3 logements sont situées en face de la maison et malgré qu’elles soient privatives sont en enfilade les unes par rapport aux autres séparées seulement par des canisses. La proximité et le bruit du voisinage est notre seul bémol. L’espace piscine est agréable et chacun dispose de sa zone de transats.

la casa è stupenda in un bel contesto,mancherebbe solo la recinzione(x il mio caso,avendo un cane reattivo con altri animali)ma anche così,attrezzati di guinzaglio lungo è bellissimo il giardino,molto curato.gianluca è molto cordiale e presente x qualsiasi cosa.insomma 5 giorni molto rilassanti

Heel fijn om te verblijven in dit prachtig huis, smaakvol ingericht. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, en kregen tips voor bezoeken in de buurt. We hebben ons geamuseerd op de tafeltennis. Een aanrader.

Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ich empfehle unbedingt etwas gegen die Stechmücken mitzunehmen. einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Stühle auf der Terrasse, da haben 2 stark gewackelt, es sollte hier Ersatz besorgt werden.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Als wir in das schöne Zuhause von Andreas und Natchana angekommen sind waren wir begeistert von den Charme und der Einrichtung. Hier ist der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Lage war perfekt, es sind zwei liebe Orte in der Nähe wenn man nicht weit fahren möchte. Aber auch schöne Ausflugsziele wie Florenz & Siena sind in ca. 1 - 1/2 Stunden erreichbar sowie viele andere liebe Orte. Können das Casa Sul Mezo sehr empfehlen. Haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Una bella casetta tutta per noi in mezzo a un prato verde pieno di margherite. La camera è un piccolo bagno con vasca sono al piano superiore, il pavimento in vetro è molto particolare e si armonizza bene con il resto della casa. Cucina con piano a induzione, completa di tutti gli accessori necessari. Bagno accogliente. Salotto ampio. All'esterno un tavolino dove poter fare colazione e alcune poltrone per rilassarsi la sera. Niente da dire, ci siamo trovati benissimo, Enrico ci ha accolti con calore, come vecchi amici, e ci ha anche regalato alcune uova delle sue splendide gallinelle che venivano a trovarci alla finestra! Superconsigliato, ritorneremo.

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

What a fabulous property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (family of 3 with a baby and 2 grandparents). The house is beautiful and very roomy. The outside area is dreamy - loads of shade in the day and the pool is great. The pizza oven was amazing and BBQ was great too. So many helpful recommendations for us when visiting Florence and San Giminiano, we also went to San Miniato which is lovely. Very remote, just what we wanted for a peaceful holiday. Montespertoli has everything you need to stock up and then chill out! Thanks so much - fantastic, helpful and thoughtful host and Anna Maria is lovely too!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick über den Olivenhain ins Tal. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder! 👍😊

Green and surrounded by countryside. Road nearby is busy at time and when it is it can be noisy (as it is otherwise peaceful). Also we found loads of flies and insects the bothered us even in the pool - we might have been unlucky. Great host, took us into town and introduced us to the local wine shop, and helped us when we had a big hornet in the house. Central location with easy access to motorway and key destination all within a hours drive

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Posto molto carino, pulito, ben organizzato e con tutti i comfort di una casa vacanze. Alessandra è sempre stata molto disponibile e disposta ad aiutare. Altamente raccomandato.

Me and seven of my friends stayed at La Rocchetta for a week during August. The house is fantastic, is large and the amenities are perfect. Also the view from the house is fantastic and the patio is perfect to enjoy a fresh breeze on the hottest days. The location is also good, just a minute from the principal road, and just 15/20minutes from the sea by car. The hosts have been incredibly friendly and helpful and both the check in and out have been without any problems as a last note, the house has solar panel so, in practice if you don't use too many devices together, you pay only the electricity at night

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

Výborná lokace pro návštěvu slavných italských měst (Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Florencie...), navíc v dosahu moře (cca 15 km). Velice příjemní majitelé, ubytování poskytuje skvělé prostředí k odpočinku s možností pobytu venku. V parných dnech jsme ocenili také venkovní sprchu. Vřele doporučujeme.
