April's place was perfect as we were only 5 min from the friend we were visiting. Clean, nice 2 bedrooms, just like the pictures. Has everything you need. Outside fireplace, hammock. Fantastic sunsets. There was an interruption of Internet, not her fault, was just in the area but she felt bad and gave us a credit. We would definitely stay again.

We felt so lucky to have found Art's place. It is a true gem! A great location, wonderful backyard, loved the soaking tubs. A clean and cared for home. Art was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this stay. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome place, super quiet. And seeing deer in the backyard is amazingly peaceful to watch.

My wife and I stayed here 5 nights in Feb 2025 with her brother and his wife. A primary purpose of our trip was to celebrate her brother’s 80th birthday. A secondary purpose was birdwatching and hiking in the surrounding park. This was an ideal place to do all of that. We enjoyed watching spectacular sunrises from the dining room and deck every morning. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for two couples to spread out. We prepared almost all of our meals in the kitchen, which is very well equipped. We often enjoyed a sunrise walk down to the beach. In total, we saw 52 bird species in the nearby Elephant Butte State Park. The second bed is a bunk bed. Being in our 70s, we did not feel safe using the upper bunk. The lower bunk is a double bed which is adequate but not ideal for two adults. Thank you Michele, for being responsive to all our questions and for making this beautiful home available for a reasonable price!

Absolutely magical! Perfect beach house!! Immediately I fell in love with the space and the location. Teri made it so welcoming, like a stay in the family cottage - nice thoughtful touches like milk, butter and eggs along with baking mixes for those so inclined. So peaceful, mornings on the deck, with beautiful sunrise views over the lake and mountains. Loved the fully enclosed porch so my dog could enjoy being outside without his collar was awesome. My dog and I enjoyed long walks on the beach and down the dirt road into the park. I also walked my backpack kayak the short trek down to the shoreline for daily paddles. I brought groceries and the full kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals. The huge bed and huge shower with two showerheads was a treat. It was too windy to have a fire, but the setup is great for that too (next time!). I booked four nights and ended up paying for a fifth because it was so awesome. Totally the getaway I needed. Linda’s place was in a great location and convenient to restaurants and the hot springs. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We and our dogs loved our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, making it a perfect home away from home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. It was the perfect spot for our family trip, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We look forward to returning in the future! Also - Trish is such a wonderful host. We had some boat troubles the day we checked out, and Trish let us work out our boat troubles.
