Sierra de Albarracín Comarca : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Aurora un encanto, siempre comunicativa, y proponiendo facilidades. Nos faltaba la cafetera nespresso porque llevábamos cápsulas, y al día siguiente a primera nos la tenía disponible. La casa es acogedora , limpia y genial para pasar unos días con amigos y familia. Un placer tener gente que te abra la puertas de sus casa con tanto cariño y hospitabillidad, sin lugar a dudas es de esos rincones que envuelve, todo bien decorado, su patio muy bonito Iara hacer BBQ o Paella, y la cueva donde tienen las tinajas de vino para remontarte a otra época, un lujazo!!!

Una estancia espectacular en familia, 4 personas y 3 perritos. Hemos estado un fin de semana y se nos ha hecho corto. Ha sido incluso mejor de lo que pensábamos. El terreno enorme, una casa muy espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y una piscina espectacular. Salva no nos puso ningun impedimento en la llegada ni en la salida, muy flexible e incluso nos ayudó a llegar. Muy receptivo y amable. La casa ofrece una tranquilidad impresionante, se esta fenomenal, tiene mucho jardín y nuestros 3 perritos lo han pasado en grande correteando por todo. Además está todo bien vallado y super seguro para ellos. Tiene una zona de BBQ y todas las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. Ha sido espectacular estar en casa de Salva, y su atención aún mejor. Seguro que repetiremos. Estamos encantados, no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Sin duda ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

El apartamento es tal y como se describe. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Llegamos de noche y la estufa estaba encendida y se estaba genial. Ambiente acogedor y perfecto para pasar unos días con familia y/o amigos. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

L’appartement a été rénové avec goût, et bien équipé. Il y a bien assez d’armoires pour ranger les habits. Nous avons également apprécié le chauffage car le temps était anormalement froid et pluvieux. Eugenia a pensé à beaucoup de petits détails pratiques qui facilitent la vie, ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas dans les locations de vacances. Eugenia est très réactive en cas de problème. Par exemple, il y avait une panne d’électricité le jour de notre arrivée et elle a tout de suite organisé une réparation d’urgence, qui s’est faite le soir même! L’appartement est situé à quelques minutes de la plage et tout près des arrêts de bus et de métro pour aller directement au centre-ville. Il y a un grand supermarché à 10 minutes à pied et des épiceries et bazars à proximité. Le seul inconvénient qui nous a un peu dérangé c’est le manque de vue sur l’extérieur. Sinon, ayant loué beaucoup d’appartements dans ce quartier, je peux dire qu’il s’agit d’un logement de qualité.

Carmen è un host eccellente, comunicazioni chiare e precise ed amichevoli. Appartamento molto accogliente, luminoso e provvisto di tutto. A livello logistico si trova in una posizione strategica, in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro oppure al Museo della Scienza. Se non si ha voglia di camminare, a 5 minuti c'è la fermata della metro che si allaccia a tutta la linea metropolita. Consigliatissimo

Nous avons passé un bon sejour appartement à 1 minute à pieds de la plage et 10 min en voiture du centre almenara Lieu desertique , il n y a pas d animation. Tres calme , reposant Hote reactif et qui n hésite pas à se deplacer si besoin

Great functional apartment at a good price. Location is on a quiet street yet very close to supermarkets and easily walkable to Ruzaffa and the nice bars and eateries there. Bus stop to main square and railway station is round the corner - or you could walk it in about 20 minutes. I travelled with my teenage daughter and the location felt very safe for two women even at night. Being on the top floor with the terrace also meant it was very quiet because there are no neighbours above. The terrace is an amazing bonus and we would have used it more had it been warmer. The beds were clean and comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. The sofa in the kitchen/diner isn't the most comfortable and it wouldn't seat four but for the two of us it was fine. All round a good place to stay if you want to see Valencia but want a quiet place to retreat to.

This apartment was so beautiful and perfect for my large group (8 guests). The hosts were continuously available and quick at responding. As well as able to help out with our check in after a delayed flight!

Lovely rooftop apartment. Cozy, clean and great sun terrace. Quiet location but also close to restaurants, bars and the city centre. Easy check in and we were able to drop off our bags early and leave them after which was perfect. Great communication and they ensured we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if back in Valencia.

We zijn in Valencia geweest om de Fallas mee te maken. Het was geweldig, ondanks het slechte weer. Het centrum is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Met de Fallas heb je wel afwijkende reistijden maar de taxi’s zijn niet duur en goed. Mocht je van het strand houden (zijn wij niet geweest in maart), dat ligt allemaal op loopafstand. Er is een conciërge bij de ingang en het complex maakt een opgeruimde indruk. Het appartement bevindt zich op de 5e etage en is goed bereikbaar met een lift. Appartementen zijn altijd wel wat gehorig, maar daar hebben we nauwelijks last van gehad. Ook heb je een parkeerplek in de ondergrondse garage, heel handig. Al met al hebben we, ondanks het mindere weer, genoten in Valencia

We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.

Muy buena experiencia, Eva fue siempre muy atenta y todo fue muy fácil. El apartamento es muy acogedor, todo el mobiliario está nuevo y en muy buen estado, además está muy bien equipado, con microondas, horno, sartenes... así como tollas y sábanas. Sin duda todo genial.

Encantada con el alojamiento, impecable y ordenado. Todo tal cual las fotografías. 100% recomendado. Lo guardaré para otro próximo viaje a Valencia.!!!

Comfortable, quaint & would stay again.

wat een fijne plek om te verblijven. alleen al het uitzicht! De twee terrassen zijn echt een plus! Verder is alles is huis aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om een fijn verblijf te hebben. de locatie is geweldig! vlakbij het strand, maar je bent ook zo in de stad. wij maakten gebruik van het openbaar vervoer, ideaal: bushalte zo ongeveer voor de deur. Wij vonden het echt een heerlijke plek om een week te verblijven!

Great place, great host, great stay. Erick went above and beyond to help me navigate around by giving me lifts, sending me bus and tram timetables, and links where to eat and drink close by. Just half hour into the main city of Valencia from the apartment. Stayed 3 nights the place on very clean. Lovely little balcony and coffee shop below. Very close to the beach around a 3 min walk if that. I would recommend if you are a light sleeper to bring ear plugs as the apartment block your staying in can be pretty noisy at times.
