We enjoyed the location for its access to the city and found it to be very walkable. Good amenities nice bathroom nice bed. Great for a quick trip to Granada.

Appartement propre et très bien placé pour accéder à pied à toutes les attractions touristiques de la ville de Grenade (même l’alhambra). Pleins de petits commerces à moins de 5 minutes à pieds (fruits, légumes, pain…) et des restaurants et bars. L’appartement est bien équipé et confortable, la place de parking est très pratique et permet d’oublier sa voiture le temps du séjour. Bref: parfait pour un séjour à Grenade!

Zona calma, um pouco afastada do centro de Granada mas fácil de apanhar transportes até lá. Escolhemos este alojamento porque viajámos de carro e queríamos uma zona com estacionamento. Não foi assim muito fácil de encontrar estacionamento, mas com alguma persistência conseguimos. Talvez por ser fim de semana tenha sido um pouco mais difícil. No entanto a nossa estadia foi ótima, o apartamento é adequado para duas pessoas, com o essencial para passar uns dias. Tem ainda o bónus de ter informações acerca de transportes públicos e recomendações. O Manuel foi um ótimo anfitrião, disponível e deu instruções muito claras.

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

Asun is a great host and her apartment matches with what is described in the listing. She was flexible with check-in, and helped us with everything we need for a great stay in Granada. Apartment was clear and very well equipped. I love the fact to stay in a walkable distance to downtown, but away from noise and touristic prices. Parking space was a great plus. Highly recommended.

This apartment is in a perfect location in easy walking distance to the Plaza Nueva, Cathedral area, and Albaicin. The apartment is very quiet, spacious and comfortable, with good amenities and a view of the Alhambra.

Magnifique endroit, Marylynne et Gillian sont adorables et attachantes, elles ont une belle énergie et nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Elles nous ont proposé de prendre une autre casita pour simplifier le séjour comme on voyageait en famille. Tout est prévu, la cuisine est complète et s’il vous manque de quoi elles le prêtent, il y a plein de jeux et d’installations et d’équipement pour un séjour confortable et agréable, elles ont même pensé à la glacière pour le retour de l’épicerie ou la journée à la plage. Le seul bummer était les guêpes qui étaient trop présentes pour qu’on puisse profiter des espaces extérieurs, même du patio. Gillian et Marylynne ont tout essayé pour les éloigner de nous mais le moindre rayon de soleil et la moindre miette de nourriture les attirait à nous et ce n’était pas viable avec notre enfant de rester dehors, on a donc passé le séjour entier à faire des daytrips. Regardless, des hôtes incomparables et plus que recommandables.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the alahambric style house. Location was 10/10. Super close to Alhambra (7 -10 min walk) and 7 min walk to the center! - We were a group of 6 people and we slept very comfortably in the space. It was great to have two full bathrooms to accommodate everybody getting ready in the morning. - Jose Luis was a great and fast communicator. - The parking spot was a BIG plus, and Jose Luis brought us to the spot and then drove us back. - The kitchen had everything we needed and more. - The beds were comfortable. - There was a pellet stove that was super easy to use during the cool afternoons and evenings. - Multiple options to heat the rooms (Granda was unseasonably cold and rainy when we visited). - Thank you for such a great stay!

Zona muy tranquila , facil acceso y aparcamiento.Cerca de Sierra nevada y de la alhambra. La casa es tal cual se describe no le falta un detalle,todo super limpio, las camas son super comodas que para mí es primordial para un buen descanso.Hemos pasado 4 dias con todas las comodidades de una casa propia. Miguel su anfitrión super atento y amable para todo. si deseas pasar unos dias por la zona y visitar Granada .Te lo recomiendo 100%

Był to mój drugi pobyt w tym mieszkaniu i zdecydowanie polecam. Wszystkie potrzebne sklepy blisko, dobry dojazd do centrum oraz dworca autobusowego. Jak będę musiał przyjechać do Granady kolejny raz, to zdecydowałbym się znowu na pobyt u Pedro :)

La casa es perfecta para disfrutar de unos días por la zona. Todo está muy nuevo y la casa tiene todos los detalles. El aire acondicionado ha sido vital para estos días de calor. La urbanización es muy tranquila, la piscina abre hasta las 12:00h de la noche y tiene un supermercado Mercadona a unos 200 m de distancia. Seguro que volvemos en nuestra próxima visita a Vera Playa.

Het huis was uitstekend en goed gelegen ten opzichte van voorzieningen en bezienswaardigheden in Cazorla. Het bood een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen vanuit het dorp en in de Sierras.

This place is a complete WOW!! We will be dreaming about the terrace views of the Alhambra for years. Breathtaking!! This special home is both elegant & extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice that each bedroom has a bathroom & there’s a bonus half bath on the ground floor near the dining room! The location is absolutely perfect for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. There are dozens of restaurants & shops within a few minutes! The hosts were responsive & helpful, with a very clear check in process. You do have to go up 1-2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms (2 on the second floor & primary bedroom on the 3rd floor). That could be an issue for some, but we enjoyed the steps & spaciousness! Light sleepers may prefer the second floor room that faces the back of the house, as some street noise could be heard in the bedrooms that faced the front of the house. We all agreed this place is a gem - we’d love to come back!!

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

La estancia ha estado genial. El piso es céntrico y permite ir a todos los sitios andando. Los interlocutores muy amables y siempre pendientes .

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

It's an awesome apartment, super clean and very well equipped. The location is great, and I was amazed at how quiet the building was. The wifi worked great my whole stay, and the host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

De los mejores sitios para quedarse en Vera. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor y la urbanización super tranquila y sin apenas ruidos, además de estar prácticamente al lado de Vera Playa. Con Rosa y su marido la comunicación inmejorable, para cualquier cosa te responden muy rápidamente e incluso nos facilitaron un pdf con información de interés de la casa, sitios de la zona, números de taxi y demás. Repetiría sin duda.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

Estancia muy agradable, con una anfitriona excepcional, el apartamento muy bien situado. Decorado con gusto. y está en una calle tranquila pero cerca del centro històrico a pocos minutos andandao.
