Fiona’s house was so cute and cozy! AND THE BEDS! So comfortable! I didn’t want to get out of them. Definitely a great place to stay during the summer/ spring so you can really use the pool and basketball court but we had a great time not to mention the fruit trees in the backyard! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean house and welcoming host made for a great trip.

This place has everything you need 3, great sized bedrooms, one with 2 double beds , a clean pool and its in a great neighborhood. We had an issue with 1 toilet leaking but as we were there only 2 days we advised the host as we were leaving. we ended up using the second bathroom. We didn't eat in the property nor did we cook , as it is so well located we walked around Weho fand dined out, on the stove a knob fell off when we walked by and it seemed as though someone else had tried to stick it back on. I am sure the host will fix these small items. The furniture is beautiful, the area is super quiet yet super walkable. really had a very pleasant and successful stay. The host send a link with all the check-in check out details wifi etc it was super helpful

Paul’s house was very well labeled and organized. Paul was always checking in and super responsive, and even overnighted a corkscrew when the existing one was missing. Only note is that it’s not very sound proof, so consider that for your group if you have people who are light sleepers

Overall, a great place for our family of 5 for a short stay! It took us less than 10 minutes to get to Universal on each of the days that we went, so I think it was a great location. The pool was pretty to look at, but we didn’t take advantage of it. There have been a lot of upgrades done to the property (kitchen and bathroom remodeling) which are nice. Overall, the house is very cute and quirky, fun for a short stay. They provided just enough blankets and towels. The kitchen has JUST the basics of what you need to get by, but if you’re a chef, I would suggest you pack your own things. The place was very clean and free of clutter. The street is typical suburbs. There is a lot of air traffic from nearby Burbank airport, but they have quiet hours, so it shouldn’t bother you while you’re sleeping.

This house is so cute! Host was so nice and very responsive. It fit a group of 9 perfectly. We had a great time!

This home was comfortable and we enjoyed the peaceful residential neighborhood. The den/game room was a nice bonus area. The amenities were all as advertised (remember to BYO shampoo/conditioner) and the kitchen had all the cooking basics. Kyle and Maribel were responsive hosts and provided very clear info. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfy home, this is it - it was perfect for our family visit.

This house is truly a gem in the city. It's a special space filled with beautiful art pieces, and immaculate interior design and decor. The pool + view are breathtaking.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great stay in DTLA. Would stay again! Place was very clean and has a beautiful view of the City. The description was accurate and the host was very helpful during the our stay.

Christian was very helpful and accommodating, and the place is great. Only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms give on a noisy street, but earplugs were enough for me to have a good sleep.

This place was in an amazing location with many things within walking distance. We were able to easily access the room which was beautiful and had a great view of LA. The street below was pretty loud but this was expected in the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

Loved staying here it’s an oasis in LA! Will absolutely be back again.

This is a hard review to write because I want David and Keith to know how wonderful their home is and they are as hosts, but I don’t want their bungalow getting so booked that we can’t go back! From the beauty of the surroundings to a super responsive host who gave wonderful suggestions for things to do, what’s not to love. The bungalow was peaceful and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was stunning. We used the spa everyday. Thankful we found this slice of paradise that made our trip to Southern California one of our best.

Great property and with the pool and jacuzzi it’s like a resort. The property owner was on point and was available if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s beautiful and charming home! The place was very clean, and everything in the kitchen was easy to find and use. As a family traveling with 3 young children (including a 10-month-old), we were delighted to find all the accommodations we needed, including a high chair and pack ’n play. Our hosts, Josh and Emmie, were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and responsive throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with heating the pool, Josh and Emmie were quick to respond and offer assistance. While it was disappointing that we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool as expected, their attentiveness was much appreciated. The location of the home is fantastic – close to Downtown LA, Koreatown, the Row, and Griffith Park. We also loved exploring the great cafes and restaurants in nearby Silver Lake. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this home to other travelers. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Comfortable home steps away from the Rose Bowl. Well appointed house with plenty of room and well organized host.

A friend and I stayed at Fitzjoy's place for a quick weekend trip and it was perfect. very private, great neighborhood and plenty of space for us. The pool area is great btw even though it was too chilly to swim, we spent time outside relaxing in the sun. I definitely will be back and already recommended this spot to a friend who comes to LA frequently to spend time with his family.

This home is one of the most amazing homes to relax and feel comfortable in. The host Shannon made me feel so very welcome, the pool was heated on request, the sauna was a treat, i had arranged to have and pay for a late check out which was easily accommodated. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated. Perfect to sunbathe outside on a daybed. This is a real retreat Zen Oasis in the middle of LA. if your looking for a perfect private space with an amazing host, who went above and beyond for me, look no further. Shannon is a gem, and i feel privileged to have been able to share her home. I will definitely be back!!!!
