We stayed at Micheals property for 7 days. He made allowances for us with short notice changes of the occupancy. It gave us a centeral location for all of our family both in Reno and other locations to meet. Which worked out great. It allowed all of our neices and nephews to meet with other family members that they have never meet. We would diffenatly rebook for another stay and highly recommend his property for others. Was very responsive to anything that needed to be handled.

Spacious sunny two-bedroom home with lively green plants around the house, I simply loved how natural and bright the house is. The flow and space is great; we worked, studied remotely, and enjoyed the steaming service in beds every night for a week. The house is very quiet, with a back yard access from the kitchen. We loved a plenty of coffee shops, hiking trails, parks for basketball, and dog playgrounds in the walking distance. It’s located in the heart of sunny Noe Valley, the premium spot in San Francisco. Hosts Steve and James are super friendly, I was glad to meet and chat with Steve. Special note: the W/D worked quietly and efficiently, big plus for our trip .

Loved the decor. Neighborhood was safe and friendly. Quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sacramento.

This is the second time we stay at Dottie’s cabin and we love it! It’s so spacious and we are able to have all our family in one roof. Dottie is responsive and helpful if any issues arise. We will continue to book Dottie’s cabin for our family trips. Thank you Dottie!

I loved this house! The living room was spacious. The bed was huge and a bit soft along with the pillows but comfortable for me as a side sleeper. I will say the frame is a tad squeaky if you’re sensitive to noise/movement at night. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure and plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything I needed. The washer dryer was so convenient and in its own mudroom with a door. Detergent, dryer balls, and laundry basket are provided. Out front had two chairs and a table to sit at and the backyard area was also great, but wish there was a chair back there too. Pretty walkable and in a good area with plenty of street parking. The code was also easy to remember because it’s personalized. Wood floors so there is some creaking when you walk but not a big deal. I could slightly here next door neighbors since it’s a duplex but not bothersome at all. Instructions/directions for everything were posted and clear. I highly recommend you stay!!!

Marjorie's place was so peaceful and quiet. It's beautifully landscaped and my family enjoyed our stay.

Stacey's place was perfect for our needs in Mill Valley. It was close to the Headlands where we were running a race. It was close to an amazing grocery store and restaurants. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very affordable. Stacey was a great host! She communicated clear instructions for check in and check out and was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again and recommend to others. We had an amazing girls weekend! Thank you!

This studio was beautiful and pristine with a large bathroom! The most well-stocked rental we have stayed at. :) Perfect for me and my dog. We enjoyed the local surroundings and path (Lynch Creek Trail) behind the neighborhood. Plus we were only 30+ min from the coast (a beautiful drive also). Definitely recommend.

Great comfortable place that is very accessible. very accommodating and responsive to needs. only issue was the room smelled like a cat when I first arrived. took a few days to go away but was fine after that. I really liked the accessibility and security of the building.

Good stay for the price, I would stay again. Nice quiet dead end street. Beautiful oak trees. Enjoyed walking in the park. Large dining hall with computer desk. Close to town, but still quiet. There’s 2 park gates across the street, one in each direction. But beware of the many large dogs often off leash inside the park. I appreciated not having an attached kitchen to the room, it made the room extra quiet (mini fridges buzzing in hotel rooms can be loud). I’m autistic and my nervous system could actually rest here. Soft bed. It is community living and sound travels, it was minimal but sometimes temporarily annoying. Some furniture was worn down but adequately covered. For women staying here: there are no deadbolts or security locks aside from the keypad, and the room door to the hallway opens outwards so an extra hotel security lock won’t work here.

We had fun and stayed warm in this stay. Super recommend.

We stayed here for a work conference for 2 nights with 8 women. It worked out great for all of us to have room for all our things. Bathrooms were quite nice. The kitchen and family room was very spacious for us to hang out and team build together as well. This would be an ideal location for any Levi Stadium events/concerts as it's right across the street. Our host, Dien, was great at communication before and during the stay. Thank you!

This was our second stay in this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. It is beautifully designed, very conveniently located, perfectly furnished and equipped, and truly meets all of our family's needs. We love Northstar and this condo and hope to return for a third visit!

good spot to stay close to the lake. few minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurant. the living room is big and kitchen well equipped. it is great that they have a pack and play and a high chair for kid.

The place was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids. We loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and the beach. Even though there was no snow at the time we went, we enjoyed how peaceful it was and we were able to drive to Truckee for some snow play time.

Such an amazing place! Decorations/setup, amenities, location all 10/10. It actually had so much more amenities than we were even expecting. We had a hard time wanting to leave to explore because there was so much to do and be entertained with there. It was a little less than a 20 minute easy walk to the gondola for skiing as well as the village and many casinos so we never needed to uber. Can’t recommend the place enough!

The directions were clear and somehow we lucked out with close by parking. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities needed. Everything was nice and clean. The welcoming Ghirardelli chocolates were yummy. The private back courtyard was nice to enjoy a nice glass of wine and the cool weather. It was surprisingly quiet for being right in the heart of everything-made for restful evenings. The location was walking distance to many amazing restaurants (we loved Izzy’s), grocery, and shops. It was a short 10 min drive to the waterfront, shops, sailing excursions, and Ghirardelli Square. We would stay here again for our return trips to San Fran.

Great stay in general. Location is good, everything is clean. Some mentioned the location is hard to find, but we just navigated using the provided address (with unit number) and we were able to find the unit without issues. The only issue is that one bathroom bathtub sink was a bit clogged but we found out the second night so it didn’t bother us much. We informed Vacasa and hopefully it will get fixed soon

Place was amazing loved waking up to those views
