We had a fantastic stay at this home with our family of 11, including 3 young kids. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The living room was large enough for all of us to gather comfortably, and the well-labeled amenities made it easy to find everything. The balcony was a favorite spot, offering beautiful views and a perfect place to relax. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants and downtown attractions. Communication with the hosts was seamless and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this home for a stress-free and memorable getaway!

Four of us (and a dog) stayed at this location for a ski trip and it was great. It was relatively close to the lodges, everything inside was clean and as expected, and the pathways to the parking behind the unit was well maintained (although this year the snow isn't crazy like it was in the past two years). We did hear a lot of footsteps from the unit upstairs but that wasn't an issue for us. The Internet was stable, and most of the lights were dimmable and it was so pleasant to be able to adjust the brightness as needed.

Demijan's place was great. It had everything I needed and was close to the ski resort ~20 minutes away

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful Lake Tahoe chalet. The house was roomy, immaculate, very well furnished and decorated, with spectacular Lake Tahoe views. It is in a convenient location to Incline Village, and a very reasonable drive to the north shore on the California side of the lake, and South Lake Tahoe / state line on the south shore. Kitchen has state of the art appliances, huge modern fridge, and an excellent supply of cookware and utensils. Bedrooms and baths are first rate. Great room is spacious but cozy. I would absolutely stay here again.

This Airbnb is perfect for a ski trip getaway. The location is ideal, with nearby access to the Stagecoach Lift that gives you first-mountain access to the Nevada side of Heavenly Ski Resort. This place is perfect for getting cozy after a long day on the mountain. I would stay in the Airbnb again if I ever returned to Heavenly. Rob and Donna were also flexible and laid-back hosts.

A beautiful home! Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, would stay again! We skied Kirkwood, which was 35-40 mins drive away. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/plans/utensils and some basic pantry items too. Super easy to access the front door and the heating system worked well. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful and well equipped house, as well as the fabulous hosts. Our 2 families with young children had an absolutely fantastic time and were required by our son to promise that we will come back here soon! Arnold is such a hidden gem and this was the perfect base for us to go explore some of the nearby towns and nature walks. Nolan and Kate were excellent communicators and really cared about the quality of our stay. 10/10 recommendation!

Amanda was very responsive providing directions during a snow storm. The house was an amazing setting for my group of friends - the bottom floor with the pool table and air hockey was a big hit. House was spacious and the multi-flooring layout made it easy to sleep. Great house - would definitely rent again

We went with a friend's family and there were 4 kids aged 1,3,4 and 5. The jungle gym was an instant hit. The backyard was gorgeous and plenty of snow to play with for the kids without having to drive or go anywhere. Warm home , warm host , basic common sense rules and simple instructions. Good location just a 4-5 mins drive to King's beach. Had a great time - couldn't ask for more.

8 of us (+2 dogs) stayed here for a weekend ski trip and had the absolute best time! The house is spacious, beautiful and well-equipped, not to mention the amazing hot tub! There was plenty of parking and every cooking utensil we could think of. It really felt like we found a home for the weekend. Steve was super responsive and so kind to every one of us during our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

Beyond our expectations where they even have provisions of things you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and all. The game room was a room packed with fun and love the hot tub. We also loved the wrap Around porch both levels. Looking forward to coming again… and on an annual basis!

Molly’s place was the perfect long weekend getaway for our family of 8. Location was perfect, close to Heavenly and the downtown area. The place was spacious, has great communal areas for relaxing, and large kitchen area with updated appliances. Only thing missing was a hot tub after a long day of skiing! Molly is an excellent host and was responsive to all of our requests/questions. We greatly enjoyed her house and would stay here again!

Our stay was so nice! We drove in and were in the mountain for the day before checking in late afternoon. The drive to and from the mountain we were on was a pleasant 20 minutes! Beautiful drive right through Tahoe City with great restaurant options and beautiful site seeing. Lise’s place was impeccable with the cabin feels and views, can’t wait to come back!

Natalie’s place is amazing. With beautiful views, it served as our home base to relax while visiting Yosemite. We found it clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to maximize quality time with our family. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to visit the park.

2nd stay this year and another amazing experience. It had snowed pretty heavy earlier in the week and the driveway had been plowed and clear for arrival. There is nothing that hasn’t been thought of with this cabin! Just show up, bring some food and enjoy. A whole family favorite for sure.

The hosts were helpful and communicative! The location was great and relaxing. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway or just time to relax, this is a great place to do so.

This is a spacious cabin in a beautiful spot. We loved being surrounded by snow. It did take 24 hours to warm up though the loft was always very warm. The beds were super comfy - they even had flannels sheets. Lots of room for everyone.

we loved our stay at Dominique's place. It was very conveniently located. A few mins to restaurants , rec center and the lake. The place itself was so fun!! We enjoyed the game room quite a lot. Would recommend to anyone visiting Arnold!
