It was our first time staying at an Air BNB so, we were pleased to find this place. We were centrally located in downtown, walkable to restaurants and shops. Our apartment was bright, spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom was clean with all the necessities. Although there was no doorman, the host responded to our questions very quickly. Additionally, the house manual they provided was thorough and covered almost every question that might come up. It was little bit pricey but, it did not take away from our enjoyable experience there.

Was a great place to stay. Not all the tv’s worked and there were only 6 towels for 6 girls for 5 nights so that was hard but overall was wonderful place to stay and will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

We had a great stay at Ramil's. Everything was as described in the listing. We were a group of four friends having a Bay Area getaway and the place was perfect for us. Plenty of space for us all. Ramil was very communicative and was available if we had questions. Check in was easy and the place was easy to find. Parking on the street was easy too. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The shower was a bit quirky, but there are clear directions on how to use it. We thought the home was a very good value for the location and would happily go back.

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

Megan's place is fantastic! It's like a beautiful hotel! The location is perfect with so many things in walking distance. It was very clean and Megan was very helpful and prompt in communication. Yes, you can hear people walking above, but it was never loud enough to be a distraction. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is great but only non-stick cookware. Loved our stay!

Jonathan was a responsive host from the time of booking and throughout our stay. We were visiting San Francisco to see friends and family in the area so we really didn't spend as much time in the house as we had anticipated, but we certainly had everything thing we needed and more that we didn't fully get the chance to use. The garage parking (aka a guaranteed and safe parking spot) was well worth the price and the location is amazingly walkable with a bounty of transit options to take you anywhere in the city. All the rooms were very spacious with lots of space for storing belongings. We only used the beds in the 2 bedrooms. One has a very firm mattress and the other is very soft, so you can choose the ed that works best for you. The kitchen seemed really well stocked, though we didn't use the full capacity during our stay. But we'd definitely stay again at Jonathan's place.

The place was a great homebase, great views, private, very comfy, close to town (restaurants, fast food joints, Walmart). Clearlake, itself, was interesting with an older crowd and the lake was anti-freeze green with algae so we didn't get in or fish like we had planned. Nearby Kelseyville was nice.

We loved our stay at Yosemite west! The place was stunning, and a peaceful, relaxing retreat to come home to after hiking in Yosemite! It was exactly like the pictures and description. The kitchen was fun to cook in and the deck and views were serene. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space!

As first time visitors to Three Rivers and Sequoia National Park, we enjoyed the house and its amenities. The house was immaculate and spacious. The entrance to the national park was close by as well. Janet was responsive and communicative. We look forward to coming back.

I've stayed at a number of places in Mammoth over the years and this was one of the best. Place looked and felt brand new with modern appliances, furniture and comfortable beds, something that is often lacking in Mammoth housing. It's only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Village which makes it incredibly easy to get to the gondola as well as restaurants and bars. They also let us know we could check in early without me asking which was a huge help in coordinating with the crew. Definite 5 out of 5.

We really enjoyed the modern open spaced home. Nidhi returned an immediate response to our request to stay and followed with clear check welcoming in instructions.

A lovely place for our girlfriend’s getaway. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the space, as well as the hot tub under the stars. A great spot for a ladies weekend - where we could easily drive to Half Moon Bay or explore the coastline.

Our little family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The second bedroom was perfect for our two little kids (6 and 5 years old) while giving us plenty of privacy. It was super clean, with lots of thoughtful touches(lots of towels, snacks and drinks in the kitchen, lots of utensils in the kitchen in case we wanted to stay in and cook). Claire was super responsive. Car charger in the garage great peace of mind and super convenient. The beds were also very comfortable! A great stay! We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous home with flowing creek behind it. Loved how each room had its own bathroom. Perfect for a couples retreat! The Kevin is responsive to whatever your needs are.

Condo was just as advertised. Great location, tastefully renovated, lots of amenities...you name it. Probably the best rental I've had in years of going to Mammoth. Just steps from everything in the Village, including the gondola to Canyon, which was perfect with two little kids. There were a few hiccups during the stay, but David was quick to respond and solve any issues. Would definitely grab this place if available.

Absolutely lovely condo for a trip to Napa. The Silverado resort has beautiful grounds and Dave’s place is pristine. Great bathroom, huge closets, king sized bed, roku’s on every TV. Location wise, it is perfect as it’s between the vineyards to the north and the downtown Napa area. Dont hesitate, book with Dave for your trip to Napa!

Overall wonderful stay. We came up for a ski trip and was hands down the best location to be for heavenly. Felt like home for the weekend- highly recommend!

Out of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, I think this was the best equipped for it. The host was thoughtful with all of the amenities. The place was well designed and thought out. The host had provided clear instructions, they had great books and games. We walked about 5-10 minutes to canyon to ski every morning. We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4. Hope to be back!!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.
