Our host Andre was fantastic. Great communication and happy to help with any questions we had. Location was convenient to get around by foot or by metro. Was a little noisy at night with people walking down the street.

we had a great time in Madrid and the property was in a great location...couldn't have been better. Ana was very responsive to all my questions. The property was clean and just as described.

Este piso esta muy bien ubicado, la zona es céntrica, tranquila, el autobús pasa por la calle donde esta el piso y tiene un Mercadona a una cuadra. Pablo es muy amable, amistoso y siempre estuvo pendiente de si teníamos alguna duda. El piso como tal estaba muy limpio y teníamos todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. 100% recomendado.

Todo bien, apartamento pequeño pero acogedor. Puede mejorar la limpieza. La zona muy tranquila, hay muchas tiendas y sitios para comer, el acceso es muy fácil y cerca como de centro igual del aeropuerto.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s place! She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The building felt extremely safe and had 24/7 security. Would definitely recommend!

Sin duda ha sido un fin de semana genial. Gran amabilidad de Anita y Hernan siemprependientesde nosotros. Lo recomendamos muchísimo y nosotros volveremos. Vistas espectaculares, el porche ideal y la barbacoa espectacular. Las vistas inigualables y la decoración de la casa está muy cuidada. Es como si estuvieras en xasa

El apartamento es fabuloso. Las ventanas tienen vistas a la muralla y recibe muchísima luz. No faltaba ningún detalle en la cocina. Había incluso cafetera italiana y nos dejaron un paquetito de café que nos vino fenomenal porque fue justo lo que se nos había olvidado. Las camas son comodísimas y la calefacción funcionaba a la perfección. El acceso al garaje está super bien y las plazas de aparcamiento eran amplias. Nosotros decidimos no pagar por una segunda pero si vais un fin de semana os recomiendo pagarla aparte. Es una comodidad y en los alrededores hay que callejear por calles con bastante cuesta. En definitiva, solo puedo decir que la estancia fue de 10. Rocío estuvo disponible para todas las preguntas y su marido, que vino a recibirnos, fue muy amable también. Muchas gracias por todo :)

Casita encantadora y muy acogedora,los anfitriones muy atentos y amables ayudándote en todo lo posible. Estancia insuperable. Tiene todo lo necesario y la decoración es perfecta. Súper recomendable!

Alvaro was an amazing host. Check in was extremely easy. The apartment is hugely comfortable & is in the heart of Madrid. Alvaro gave us local recommendations for our stay which were super helpful. The apartment is very quiet and feels like home as soon as you walk in.. I would highly recommend this apartment.. it’s 5 stars 🌟 all the way.. This is a really great apartment in a prime location. It is very comfortable by European standards -- central AC/heat is rare in Madrid, and we loved the heated floors since it was very chilly and rainy when we were there! The location is great, the building is quiet and you can walk to a million places. Having a view of the royal palace was pretty neat. The abundance of streaming options on TV was great for our young kids after a long day of sightseeing, or if it was too rainy to go out. The only issue we had was that the listing said there would be a crib, and it took three nights for us to finally get one (after opening a case with Airbnb). But the issue was resolved and the host kindly refunded us some of our money, so we have no hard feelings and can highly recommend this apartment to families or anyone else.

Desde el principio todo facilidades y Alicia siempre a disposición en todo momento, para cualquier duda o incidencia. El apartamento excelente y con detalles que facilitan mucho a los que pretendemos por ejemplo, utilizar la cocina. Mínimos como un poco de aceite, sal o azúcar, que no suele ser lo habitual. Quedamos encantadas, tanto con el lugar, que está cerca del acueducto, como por la atención de Alicia, como con el apartamento. Si volvemos a Segovia, repetiremos sin duda el alojamiento de Alicia! De nuevo, muchísimas gracias!

Todo super bien.....el piso esta muy bien ubicado y super comodo, las fotos son iguales y tiene de todo para estar muy bien durante las vacaciones.....nada que decir la verdad....muy buen decision

Espectacular place to stay, close to mercado san Miguel, 7 min walk to puerta de sol and gran estacion, the coffee shop downstairs with churros is delicious, like 20 steps towards puerta del sol on the left i a sushi buffet and is delicious too.. the apartment is super comfortable, clean and with ac and heat system… i will come back and recommend this place ❤️ thank you for everything

Apartamento exatamente igual às fotos. Localização excelente, bem no centro e dá para fazer tudo a pé, inclusive supermercado e restaurantes. Cozinha completa com tudo o que você pode precisar, além de ter maquina de lavar. Boa comunicação com o anfitrião.

If you can book this apartment, you should do it! The beds are really comfortable and in particular the pillow, perfect! You have 2 small, beautiful bathrooms with great showers, everything very clean. The living room is very cozy too and I love the big windows where you can have a look on the streets. We never used the kitchen because of all the coffee shops and restaurants near by. We really had a fantastic stay here!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Madrid, für die Wohnung von Nuria der ideale Ausgangspunkt war. Super zentral - 1 Minute von der Gran Via entfernt - gelegen, alles war in der Wohnung wie angegeben. Wenn wir in der Wohnung waren, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Der Kontakt mit Nuria war immer schnell und äußerst freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen.
