New, immaculately appointed home! Elim’s home is located in a private area yet all within 10 minutes driving distance to restaurants, shopping etc. Host was responsive and made sure all the necessities and even niceties were included in the home. A lot of care was put into this home and it was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

We fled the cold of Minnesota and stayed here as a getaway for Spring Break. Before you even enter the house, Peter made you feel welcome and gave you everything you need. We were wow'd the moment we walked into the house: impressive, clean, beautifully decorated, and incredible amenities. We spent a large portion of our time in the backyard and it was a great little oasis. The kids LIVED in the pool, and we all loved how it was so nicely heated. Peter was incredibly accommodating to a couple guest requests, and his top-notch hospitality really shone through. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I'd highly recommend this house.

This home was great!!! The pool area the dock the losing everything was simply amazing!!! You will feel right at home here…. Don’t question it just book the home, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay. We had to book quickly due to a family health emergency, but Elena was very accommodating and the home was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located.

We had a great spring break trip. The house had plenty of room for 6 of us. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub. Tvs inside and on the back porch were great to watch March Madness on. The host was very responsive and when we asked about getting the pool cleaned, she was on it. The day we landed, there were heavy winds that blew some debris from the trees into the pool. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

The apartment fit the bill perfectly for us. It was clean, well appointed, had easy parking off the street and was in a fantastic location, close to downtown, Tampa Bay, pharmacies, gas stations etc.

This place had all the amenities needed for my trip! Clean and taken care of

Charming, spacious, loft-style apartment in multi-use building. Private entrance via staircase from parking lot, with outdoor table and chairs at the top. Building and parking lot are somewhat active during the day but very quiet in the evenings. Enjoyed my stay, expectations were exceeded, and I recommend this place to others.

House was a last minute book for a family emergency and it worked out perfect. Modern, clean, visually appealing, close to family (and the beach). The kitchen was fully stocked which was appreciated as we cooked there a few times.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! The place was exactly as pictured—very clean and well-maintained. It’s in a quiet and private area while still being close to everything. The pool was a great bonus, and my friends and I had an amazing time. Yosdel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was THE BEST TIME!! The amount of appliances provided made it so easy to relax and have a good time. The house was spotless and had enough room to host 10 girls for an entire week! Additionally, the airbnb was close to downtown and the beach that we felt like nothing was more than a 15 minute drive away. Paula and Roberto are the best hosts and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Sarasota with a big group!

This place exceeded expectations! Pool and hot tub, absolutely awesome. Bathrooms are amazing. Living room, bedrooms and kitchen all very modern. The fridge plays music. Martin was very helpful with anything we asked for. Location worked perfectly. We attended a Braves Spring training game (about 25 minutes away) and Venice Beach (about 10-15 minutes away). Still can’t say enough about the home though. The house itself was just as pleasurable as anything we did on our visit!!! Thank you Martin
