My husband and I traveled to Sarasota for Spring training baseball games and we love the closeness to many things while staying at TheTropical nut! I especially enjoyed reading books in the fun & eclectic court yard area! Jennifer was so friendly and compassionate to us because my husband had health concerns just before our trip! Jennifer's concern during a rough time & not sure if we would be able to travel helped my anxiety level calm and as it worked out we were able to enjoy several days in sunny Florida 🤗

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. We stay at Anna’s place every year and love it. She always makes us feel welcome and has a well stocked house that makes you feel right at home. It’s close to the beach for sunsets or the bay for sunrises. In my opinion it’s the perfect r location and the best of both sides. We will be back next year!!

It was perfect for our family. We loved that sleeping areas were separate from “active” areas. So many options for outdoor seating. Large tables for both indoor and outdoor games and dining.

It is such a very comfortable place, very clean and organized. Instructions were delivered by mail and also in a folder, you can never get lost in or out of the house. The surroundings were also very clean and there are many nearby places to go for your supplies or to enjoy Sarasota. It was a shame we did not have much free time to enjoy the condo or the city. We will surely get back to Sarasota and hopefully with David. I recommend this place.

We were Barb’s first guests after the hurricanes and the townhouse was beautiful! She has provided lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Her place is close to many great restaurants as well as the beach. Barb was very attentive to all of our needs and questions. We would highly recommend her townhouse to others, and we’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Sheila was a great host. She communicated well and provided additional information when I requested it. After deciding not to bring our pet the day before arriving, she readily refunded the pet fee. The accommodations were nice with all the amenities we needed. The home is in a really nice historic area that felt very safe.

This was a lovely place to stay; plenty of room for a family gathering. Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. David is a very responsive and understanding host. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! My family and I had a great time!!! Despite the weather *Tropical storm, we stuck it out and made the best of it. Everything is in walking distance, the private access to the beach was perfect. Publix is a 4 min drive. Restaurants within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back 🥰

We had such a great vacation. Ammey had tons of things for kids, like books and toys for the beach, but maybe best of all… a WAGON! Each day we would pack the cooler, throw some beach toys into the wagon and walk the quick distance to the beach. It was wonderful. The house is ideal for getting to all the restaurants and shops around the island. The set up of the house with all three rooms and washer/dryer on one level was also really nice. Great place!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is so cozy and clean as described. Would have loved to use the bikes but didn’t have access to garage. Would stay again if in area.

This place had it all. A quick walk to great food, drinks, the beach and more. The sun rises right out back over the water and sets over the ocean. We enjoyed our trip very much. Chris was very responsive!

very pleased with our stay. place was well furnished and very comfortable. the only issue was all the stairs! 15 steep stairs up and 15 steep stairs up to the bedrooms. place may not be well suited for older people. we had no issues but I could see where it might be a problem. I would definitely recommend or go back.

We absolutely loved our stay. Sarah was extremely responsive and proactive, which made the whole stay a breeze. The home is just as described! Cozy, quiet, safe and stocked with great amenities to ease the trip (laundry soap, plenty of towels, beach towels, pantry items, linens, dishes, games, etc.). Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children ages 8 and 4) was very comfortable here. The location was easy to find and very easy to get to/from all the spots we visited in St. Petersburg and Tampa. It's also close to groceries, gas, and CVS which we found helpful. The board and book with recommendations for local places was so thoughtful and well used by us! Check in and out was easy and all instructions were super clear. I would recommend this place to anyone and can't thank Sarah enough for their excellent hospitality and thoughtful accommodations.

The apartment was exactly as described—super clean and well-maintained. The best part was definitely the location. It was in a lively area with tons of things to do, making it easy to explore St. Pete. The only downside was the noise from the busy street, which made working remotely a bit tricky during the day. However, if you're looking for a place with great access to local spots, this is definitely the spot! Even with the hustle and bustle, it was totally worth the stay! We loved it overall very much. Christian was also fantastic—very communicative and friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay on AMI. Amy’s place was extremely well stocked and was in a wonderful location. The beach was a quick walk and there were tons of beach supplies (toys, chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, tube, etc). We enjoyed coming back to the heated pool after spending a couple hours at the beach each day. Amy was very responsive and the directions and description of the place was easy to follow. We hope to be back next year!

Everything was clean and just as described. Short drive to the beach. Very convenient location for Everything!

Our 2 pm flight from Detroit had been cancelled and we were rebooked on the 9:30 pm flight. After landing in Tampa we had another hour drive to get to the condo. We didn't have a chance to stop at a store to pick of some supplies. What a surprise when we arrived, there were cold water bottles in the fridge and a bag of unopened coffee! We were so thankful for this surprise at 2:30 am. This condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had an abundance of any kind of item you might need, i.e. shampoo, soap, bath salts to soak in the tub, various spices, oils, etc. The beds were comfortable. Bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in, the main bedroom gets full morning sun. We would stay here again when in the area.

Immaculate, spacious and well- equipped home with everything we needed...and more! Imad was a very responsive and considerate host. We highly recommend!

Excellent location. It is walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to the restaurants. We had a great time. The house was nice and clean. It was equipped with what we needed and more. We hope to comeback soon if possible to this same house.

Had a great stay at Javier’s place! Easy to get in/out and in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Was there for work and not at the place too much, but comfortable to come home to. Only negative was there was not much water pressure in either shower…lots of hot water though! Overall a great stay and would def stay again!

My family loved our stay. The place was well furnished and clean. Check in was a breeze. The views are amazing, and the location is great! Betsy was very quick to respond if a question arose. All in all, we were very happy with our stay, and we would stay again. Highly recommend this place.
