My husband and I throughly enjoyed the two weeks we spent at Monika’s home. The house was absolutely beautiful! If you like to cook, the kitchen hosted everything you could want. The house is set up perfect with the master bedroom away from the other rooms which hosts wonderful privacy with a large open kitchen and family room for conversation. The lanai has a wonderful table for six, a table for four, along with four lounge chairs and tables. The heated pool was nice with an outdoor shower also. The attention to detail of furniture, essentials, plus extras made our stay wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet which we appreciated. The location is perfect to head to the beach (15 minutes) or shopping. (10 minutes). If we had any questions, Monika was very quick in response and offered help. We’ve already booked to come back in 2026 and stay for a month. I highly recommend Monika’s home if what I mentioned is what you expect when traveling to this part of Florida.

Great stay and host! Ina was more than accommodating when asked if we could check in early. Very quick to response to all messages. The house was clean, nicely decorated and came with everything you would need and more! Would definitely stay there again!

We came down from Maine with another couple to get some sunshine and see the Bruins and Red Sox. 😁 Great location and and roomy enough for the 4 of us. Julia was very responsive with any questions. We would stay again.

This home looked just as advertised. We had plenty of space between the three bedrooms and it was nice to have 2 full bathroom. The patio area with the grills was great for the weather and cookouts at home. The pool table was great and super fun. The beds were super comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was THE BEST TIME!! The amount of appliances provided made it so easy to relax and have a good time. The house was spotless and had enough room to host 10 girls for an entire week! Additionally, the airbnb was close to downtown and the beach that we felt like nothing was more than a 15 minute drive away. Paula and Roberto are the best hosts and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Sarasota with a big group!

We loved our stay here. The place is clean and so cute. We had difficulty with the code at check in, but Verushka was quick to respond and find a solution. It is important to know, it is located on a busy street and a duplex. We could clearly hear the people and the music in the unit next to ours. It didn’t bother us too much, but if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue.

Extremely nice home and neighborhood. Garage parking, heated pool, lots to see in the neighborhood. Lake was full of life and weather was very agreeable. Traveled with family who really appreciated the single floor layout, walk in shower and spacious living area. Jennifer was awesome and accessible anytime we had questions and she helped make the check in and stay in their home hassle free. We didn’t want to leave and thank our host for helping our family create real memories.

Wonderful place to stay. Everything is nice and new and clean. Great value. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet as well. This is the place to book.

This was a sisters vacation….and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend it. The home was beautiful and right near the beach. The pool was private and clean. We loved the feeling every time we walked in the door. We walked to dinner and shops and coffee. And any questions were answered right away. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful views of the water and a great location! The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the privacy and the quiet neighborhood. There were so many amenities and the guest book was full of suggestions for things to do. Our host was friendly and helpful and we highly recommended this apartment.

The place was great with lots of space and a nice backyard with space to hangout by the pool, grill out and have plenty of space available for fun. The stay was awesome for our group of 16! They were very responsive with any and all questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little tiny house on the beach! While there were visible signs of hurricane damage from the nearby villas and condos, this place truly impressed us. It was sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable. The spacious bathroom was immaculate, and the high-quality bath towels added a nice touch. The decor was elegant and gave the space a high-end feel. The beach is just under 25 feet away, making it so convenient. However, due to ongoing construction from the hurricane recovery and a trailer obstructing our view, there were some drawbacks. Despite this, it’s an excellent family getaway, and I highly recommend it!

Céline's home was perfect for our family of 7. Celine was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. She went the extra mile with details around the house for us to have a such an enjoyable stay. The house is walkable to a grocery store and the public beach. Sometimes you can hear traffic but she does an amazing job with the pool and waterfall to drown out the traffic and it makes you feel like you are in your own backyard oasis! We definitely recommend staying here. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to be back. Thank you for everything Céline!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Alex was very professional and promptly addressed any issues we had. By issues I mean, getting us more towels and fixing the pool where it was losing water. Would definitely recommend this place!

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Awesome home in a quiet, convenient location. Very comfortable and nice beach decor. Comfy beds, everything imaginable for use in kitchen, very nice pool and pool area! Exceptionally clean! We will definitely schedule another vacation at Yev and Luba's "Happy Place"!

Given the circumstances, the house and its amenities were more than adequate. Very clean and well-stocked (especially the kitchen items and towels). This was not a vacation. We were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that damaged our family home and the sudden death of our mother. This also affected our stay Rotunda West due to the damage repair to the neighborhood and the lack of street signs because they were blown over. A GPS is very helpful in this neighborhood. Aside from being almost 30 minutes from town, we were very comfortable at the location. The owner sent us emails to alert us when people were coming to spray for bugs or look at the roof damage. The people that were the contact folks were responsive.

This place was a fantastic find! The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Colleen’s accommodations included all the comforts of home. We truly enjoyed our 8 day stay. Colleen is a great host and we highly recommend doing business with her.
