Sigüenza : locations de vacances avec terrasse

My experience at Cristina's is the same as all past guests. A spacious apartment, well equipped and in a quiet neighbourhood which is well supplied for public transport. The Madrid Marathon did disrupt bus services for one morning but even then we were able to walk to the art museums. Cristina is a perfect host, flexible and always responsive. Everything that a guest might need has been supplied. This was not a box ticking exercise but a real consideration of what a guest might need and/ or appreciate. The park and the peacocks were also great highlights!

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda, la casa está decorada con muy buen gusto y perfectamente limpia. Cerca del centro y de supermercado para hacer la compra. Inmaculada muy agradable y atenta de que estuviéramos agusto, qué más se le puede pedir a un alojamiento verdad? si volvemos a Miraflores y está libre repetimos.

Maria Jose y su esposo fieron muy agradables, nos ayudaron con paraguas y a encontrar un estacionamiento al momento de llegar. El lugar esta agradable, la cocina muy completa. Por ser invierno no pudimos estar mucho afuera pero el patio esta grande y se ve agradable.

Todo estuvo tal cual las descripciones no nos encontramos con ninguna sorpresa y Carlos siempre nos respondió rápido a todas nuestras preguntas

Silvia e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili nell'assistenza quando abbiamo avuto bisogno durante il soggiorno. Appartamento pulito e tutto come da descrizione ed era posto in una posizione strategica..accanto si trova anche un locale che cucina e vende prodotti italiani.

Indicaciones claras para llegar al apartamento, es tal cual a las imágenes. Se nota que se permite fumar dentro. Se echa en falta algún gancho para las toallas o algo por el estilo, pero en general muy bien. Tiene cerca supermercados y también la estación sur donde puedes coger tanto autobús, metro o tren. La cama es muy cómoda. Muchas gracias, Jesús!

Sergio muy atento y pendiente de que pasáramos una buena estancia. Amable, cercano, disponible para cualquier necesidad. Respuesta rápida ante cualquier consulta. La casa tal cual como se describe. Acogedora, menaje abundante, espacio confortable para todos los huéspedes.... todo genial!

Rosario’s place was beautiful and even better in real life than the pictures. It was so comfortable, had everything you could ever need and felt like a home away from home. What was even more beautiful was Rosario herself who went above and beyond in helping me find my way, giving advice and itineraries, and generally being a warm and kind host. Her communication was excellent throughout. I can’t recommend her place enough. Thank you Rosario for your superb hospitality.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo, tres parejas de amigos con niños pequeños. La casa estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario, exactamente como estaba descrita. Una habitación en el piso de abajo y tres habitaciones más arriba, dos bañeras que vienen genial con niños. Aunque no pudimos usar la piscina porque no era temporada, estaba vallada y es un extra de tranquilidad con los niños. Sí usaron mucho la cama elástica y el amplio patio, Beatriz dejó incluso un pequeño columpio y tobogán aunque ya estaba un poco viejo. Lo único es que alrededor de la casa no hay mucho que hacer y falta algún parque grande en el pueblo, pero hay muchos restaurantes y algunas rutas a pocos minutos en coche. Nos ha gustado mucho.

La casa es muy cómoda, amplia y acogedora, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, con muchos detalles muy cuidados. La calefacción funciona de maravilla. Está céntrica, muy cerca de la plaza de Pedraza. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos de cubrir nuestras necesidades. Se ve todo muy nuevo, las camas cómodas y con diferentes almohadas para elegir. Nos dejaron, como detalle de bienvenida, agua, pan de pueblo y bombones.

Five stars for this place. It's in a genuine Madrid neighborhood with authentic local flavor. Easy walk to the URGEL metro station, and then it's pretty easy to figure out how to go anywhere. The place is cozy and comfortable and EXCELLENT lighting so you can READ BOOKS not phone stare. When the weather cooperates the outside secluded patio and small pool are divine. And the best part was the assistance of Kevin and Jubia, with excellent English, infinite local knowledge, and abundant enthusiasm. Go!

Second time I’ve stayed at Laura’s place, perfect location to go visit my customers, very spacious and super clean apartment, can park for free on the street outside (important if you hire a car) and the neighbourhood is peaceful, with the park a few minutes away for a run.

Wonderful apartment and very friendly host, Maria, that gave us some nice tips in the neighborhood. The bus stops in front of the door to go to the city centre whilst the neighborhood itself is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a big park and cultural centre that we enjoyed as we were with the dog. The apartment has a lovely terrace. The only small downside to this apartment is that the nights on the street are rather loud with the bars around and quite some traffic, so ear plugs can be needed. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely recommend.

We loved the space, extremely clean, organized, comfortable and cozy! Another wonderful point is the privilege of the location. Excellent host very responsive! We highly recommend!! 🥰🙌

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Loved the surrounding area, easy to walk to the metro, gran vía, Salamanca neighborhood. Lots to do nearby, the Airbnb street had one of our favorite spots- La Huevería and El corral. Supermarket was really close too. Would stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Communication was smooth, the apartment was clean and near the station. Everything went as planned we were satisfied !

Apartamento igual que las fotos ,con un patio trasero compartido bonito y tranquilo,al ser un bajo si no tenias los stores bajados no habia mucha intimidad pero al ser una calle muy tranquila tampoco habia mucho trafico de gente,el apartamento muy bonito la cama y almohadas muy comoda,la unica pega es el azulejo del suelo de la cocina que tiene una baldosa rota y si vas descalzo tienes que tener cuidado porque te puedes cortar,pero por lo demas todo perfecto
