Sigüenza : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Adorámos a estadia. Éramos 4 adultos e 2 crianças e o espaço é mais do que suficiente para nos acomodar com conforto, tendo disponível tudo o que é necessário para uma excelente estadia. O André foi sempre muito simpático e disponível, inclusive na flexibilidade para guardar as nossas bagagens no primeiro dia e na facilidade do check-out. A casa é muito bem localizada, sendo extremamente fácil de caminhar para qualquer lugar central de Madrid ou apanhar o metro (a poucos minutos da casa). Voltaríamos a ficar na casa do André, sem qualquer dúvida.

The apartment looked same as on pictures. Everything I needed for my stay was there. Santiago is an excellent host, communicative, responsive and easy to deal with.

Todo bien, apartamento pequeño pero acogedor. Puede mejorar la limpieza. La zona muy tranquila, hay muchas tiendas y sitios para comer, el acceso es muy fácil y cerca como de centro igual del aeropuerto.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

The space was absolutely stunning! Modern, spacious and full of thoughtful amenities, exactly as pictured in the listing. The hosts are amazingly responsive and so helpful. From the balcony/terrace, to the full washer and dryer, our stay was homey and very comfortable. The hosts even left us a water carafe in the refrigerator. Would absolutely stay here again and again! My only gripe would be that the building lacks an elevator, but once you’re inside the apartment, you don’t even remember. Just don’t forget anything downstairs lol Thank you to our gracious hosts!

Was een aangenaam verblijf, de conciërge was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en konden alles vragen. De service taxi was tevens perfect , van de airport naar ons verblijf en weer terug. De communicatie met de host ging via de app met alle nodige informatie. Met vriendelijke groet.

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del metro y con supermercado al frente. Evelyn en todo momento fue muy atenta y agradable. Recomendado 100%, el airbnb era para mis padres y quedaron encantados de volver a Madrid repetirán estancia.

El apto de Daniel es perfecto. En primer lugar, Daniel es increíblemente amable, me ayudó con sus consejos y estuvo en contacto antes y durante el viaje. Su apartamento está perfectamente ubicado en Chueca: todo está a la vuelta de la esquina, pero dentro es tranquilo y silencioso. Es genial tener acceso a la lavadora para estancias más largas, y el balcón es ideal para tener un poco de luz. No duden en alojarse aquí!

Aurora un encanto, siempre comunicativa, y proponiendo facilidades. Nos faltaba la cafetera nespresso porque llevábamos cápsulas, y al día siguiente a primera nos la tenía disponible. La casa es acogedora , limpia y genial para pasar unos días con amigos y familia. Un placer tener gente que te abra la puertas de sus casa con tanto cariño y hospitabillidad, sin lugar a dudas es de esos rincones que envuelve, todo bien decorado, su patio muy bonito Iara hacer BBQ o Paella, y la cueva donde tienen las tinajas de vino para remontarte a otra época, un lujazo!!!

Estancia estupenda, es un pueblo muy bonito y la casita es preciosa y muy bien cuidada!

La verdad que inmejorable. El apartamento era de muy buen tamaño y tenía todo lo que se necesitaba. Además la ubicación era buena, teniendo tiendas, locales y transporte público al lado.

Cette maison est un enchantement. Située dans un quartier calme et apaisant, elle est en même temps très proche en métro ou en bus de tous les sites à visiter ( Prado, musée Reina Sofia, Palais Royal, parc Retiro...). Tout y est pensé pour le bien-être et la douceur de vivre. Dans un style industriel magique, Gustavo a réussi un petit miracle de beauté et d'originalité. Le confort est total: lits, serviettes de bain , cuisiné... Nos trois petits enfants ont été émerveillés par la salle de sport et le jardin. Et que dire de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Gustavo et Thanh? Jamais, dans aucun airbnb, nous n'avions été reçus ainsi... Gentillesse, cordialité, efficacité, ainsi qu'un superbe bouquet de fleurs pour notre anniversaire de mariage ! Cette maison restera gravée dans notre mémoire, c'est le plus bel airbnb où nous ayons séjourné...

Es una casa fantástica equipada como pocas. Rodri es un anfitrión estupendo se preocupa de que tu estancia en la casa sea lo mas agradable posible. Siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites lo dicho estupenda casa y estupendo anfitrión. Creo que repetiremos.

This apartment is fantastic! It is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. Looks exactly like in the photos. The decor is gorgeous, making it feel right at home after a day of exploring. It is in the heart of Chueca, which is fun for queer folks. We definitely will stay here again on another Madrid trip.

This was a lovely stay, the place had many amenities available to us. The host was nice enough to provide us with some breakfast materials for the next day and had excellent communication whenever we had questions. The only thing I would mention is to be cautious when walking around the neighborhood with luggage/valuables at night as we were told it can be dangerous by family that live in the area/police. Overall it was a great stay and we did not encounter any issues at all.

This apartment was great. I would definitely recommend this place. It had a beautiful view of the place and was pretty easy to get to. We took the metro and then walked to the apartment. (I would not recommend that if yoy have larger luggage as it was mostly up hill). The beds were really comfortable. Shower pressure was great. The apartment is not to far from the Malasaña neighborhood, which had some really great restaurants. John gave really clear instructions, which was so nice for check in and check out.

Apartamento exatamente igual às fotos. Localização excelente, bem no centro e dá para fazer tudo a pé, inclusive supermercado e restaurantes. Cozinha completa com tudo o que você pode precisar, além de ter maquina de lavar. Boa comunicação com o anfitrião.

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Jea, for making my stay so pleasant and easy. I would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to others!

Everything worked, every outlet, the w/d, the lift, and the finishes were great, like brand new. Perfect place to recover from our explorations of the amazing Madrid!

The location was perfect and although it is very close to the Royal Palace, it was nice it was off a side street so there was little to no street noise. Given that there were 4 of us traveling, it was nice to have essentially 2 units, each with their own kitchen, bathroom, and dining space. Everything was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again!

Appartement très confortable pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. il est très bien situé, dans une rue piétonne avec des centaines de bars à tapas et de restaurants. Tout se fait à pied depuis l'appartement: palais royal, puerta del sol, gran via, plazza mayor, parc du retiro. Nous avons pris Le métro seulement pour aller au stade Santiago bernabeu.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Martin et Zoltan très agréable car ce logement est situé dans un quartier calme mais très proche de la vieille ville et de ses monuments. L appartement est propre et bien équipé. Zoltan nous a très bien accueilli et les conditions d arrivée et de départ se sont très bien déroulées grâce à une très bonne réactivité et une compréhension bienveillante de tous nos besoins.
