My second long stay by Sarmite. All was perfect again. Very welcoming, friendly and discret couple. The studio was nicely warm during winter. Extremely calm environment, perfect for working remotely (very good wifi). Will definitely come back again

The apartment is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Cesis, on the second floor without an elevator. It is an open space type which is suitable for a single person, a couple or small families that don't need a quiet room for a child. The bed is very comfortable as is a large shower. There are two balconies for a morning coffee or an evening drink. The place has a great home-like feeling. I would definitely recommend to stay in this apartment, especially if you have a car or don't mind the walking (it takes about 20-25 minutes to the center).

We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a small kitchenette with a kettle and fridge. The room was clean and tidy, which made the stay even more comfortable. It was also convenient to park the car right in front of the room. Taking the dog outside was easy as well, with plenty of space nearby for walks. The only unusual aspect of the stay was when, on the second day, a man arrived at the door to collect a dog fee, which hadn't been mentioned in advance. I had notified the host about bringing pets when I made the reservation, so this was a bit of a surprise. Otherwise, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Väga mõnus peatumispaik, ruumi oli palju rohkem, kui oodata oskasime. Majutaja oli super viisakas ja vastas kiirelt. Soovitan seda kõigile!

We spent little over a month at Rihard place for a work assignment in Ogre. My colleagues were very happy with the conditions offered , therefore we made a new reservation with the same host. Great communication with the host and a very clean and tidy place influenced our decision. We certainly reccommend this place to future guests. Many thanks to the host!

Erittäin mukava asunto. Siisti ja hyvällä paikalla. Saapuessamme kohteeseen auton lataaminen ei ollut mahdollista, joka aiheutti pientä ohjelmaa, sillä myös kadulla ollut latauspiste ei ollut toiminnassa. Majapaikan emäntä kuitenkin järjesti ystävällisesti seuraavaksi aamuksi autolatausmahdollisuuden asunnolle.

We had an amazing time at Juris and Una beautiful guest house, and we would love to visit again in the future. It is a Stunning home that has everything you will need, plus a lot of privacy. Everything is close by if you know how to get there. I would highly recommend it for a family with children. It has three sleeping areas and a great little kitchen to bust, it would also be perfect for a couple. Thank you for everything!

Jauka un mājīga atmosfēra, arī īpašniece ļoti atsaucīga un pretimnākoša. Brīvdienas izdevušās labāk, kā plānots. Noteikti brauksim vel!☺️

Beautiful modern house with large windows to bring in the light, with a lsrge fenced garden. A large forest beside the house for walks. We felt like at home with our dogs. Thank you for having us.

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

Wow! What an incredible place! We had such a wonderful time here. So peaceful and immersed in the wonderful Latvian countryside. The farmhouse is beautiful and feels like going back in time, whilst also having all the things you need in 2024 including wifi and bluetooth speakers and cinema (useful for the kids on the rainy days!) We all spent lots of time on or by the lake and the surrounding fields and forests. Another highlight was of course Bono the dog, such a lovely character. We enjoyed our stay so much and Rihards was always very helpful and responsive. We hope to return again in future.

What a beautiful place In the beautiful countryside of Latvia. I was beyond amazed by my stay. The house was just like the photos. Very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and will be looking to visit again in August.

A great place if you're looking for a secluded, spacious location on a seaside. We barely saw any neighbors. The property itself is huge, with direct access to a beautiful beach. The house is rather spacious and beautifully renovated, looks just like the photos. We were looking for a pristine place in the wilderness and it was exactly that. We had a great friends and family reunion. Couple of things to note: - there's only one bathroom inside, so with more than 6-7 people it may start being an issue. There's an outhouse available - the 10km or so to the house is an unpaved road that gets rather rutted over last 3km. You'd be challenged if taking a low sedan there (although that's what we did, just have to drive very carefully). SUV is recommended. - there were a lot of mosquitoes and horse flies in early July. Bring a bug spray if it's the season.

Ļoti jauks un mājīgs dzīvoklītis. Kolosāls skats pa logu no rīta un vakarā. Piedzīvojām solīto saulrietu.

Lovely stay in a small village. Although we did not meet the host Tija personally, instead we were met by Tija's mother - a wonderful lady! We very much enjoyed the stay. There are great amenities - room is cozy and spacious, with the kitchen corner. But just outside of the room is WC and bathroom with bath.

absolute gem in a small town. apartment had everything we needed and even more. definetly will be returning in future.

The place was very comfortable perfect for a couple stay. The surrounding nature gives a great opportunity for evening and morning walks. It also has a nearby store for regular groceries, but it is comparatively expensive. The public stores like Lidl, Rimi, Maxima are unfortunately little far from the place. The only thing we had to compromise was that It’s a at distance from city centre and you have to take Nordeka, a private company bus, to go to Riga and it only works till 11 PM. So if you plan to go to city and see old town night life then you have to have your own transport or taxi.

Long séjour génial ! On s'est senti comme chez nous. Le logement est très confortable, lumineux, équipé et moderne. On remarque les petits gestes de la part du propriétaire qui font toute la différence 👍 Un grand merci !
