Firstly, Giboy was very responsive and very friendly. He already laid out all the house rules, proper directions to the place, and other important details. Secondly, checkin communications with Louise was also helpful. Upon arrival to the place, we are very grateful to kuya Jaime, he was very friendly and hospitable. During our stay, he was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we were able to celebrate my daughter's birthday happily. Highly recommended place. Thank you Giboy, Louise and Kuya Jaime! We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. When my friends arrived, they all said the same thing, it's even better in person! The host was responsive and welcoming, making the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

The whole place was clean, the kitchen had complete utensils and cookware, the ktv is updated with new songs, the furnitures were very pretty, and the helpers were very accommodating!

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

I stayed at Ms Irene's BNB with a friend for Jhope's concert in MOA Arena last weekend. Her BNB was clean and as advertised. Shore 3 Tower 2 Guards were helpful and respectful. The unit was easy to locate and if you dont want to walk to MOA there are tuktuks and jeepneys going to MOA at PEA Road. Very accessible and sulit for concert goers like me whondoesnt want to be stuck in traffic and get rest after an awesome event.. Thanks Ms Irene.

If you’re planning a visit to Tagaytay City and have a car, I highly recommend booking this accommodation. It offers a peaceful and private retreat that truly surpasses standard condominium rooms. Located just a 5- to 10-minute drive from the city center, it’s conveniently situated for exploring the area. However, if you’re relying on public transport, keep in mind that while it’s a viable option, the distance to major tourist attractions can be a bit challenging. Transportation in Tagaytay isn’t available 24/7, which might make getting around a little tricky. Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for those with a vehicle, offering comfort and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy your stay! 🥰

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

The view is very beautiful and the unit is clean. You will feel relaxed in the unit. It is a complete package for you to enjoy. There is a lot of things to do. The only problem is their kitchen sink that over flow. It ruined my whole stay in the unit. There is no mop that I can used to clean the water. I have to used my two towels to drain the overflow sink. I can not used the microwave oven because the glass is already broken. The kitchen lights is already spoiled. The extra slippers is very old. The kitchenware is not complete. It is not really advisable to cook. I already talked to the Host and advise to them to fix everything therefore the next guest will not experience this. Their unit is really great. It so happen their previous guest spoil their unit and even the sink. I still recommend their place

Stayed here overnight and must say we really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean and everything is really close by, shopping restaurants, name it is just around the corner. Definitely, will be staying here again!

The Moonlight Cabin was a beautiful spot for our family to relax, work, and enjoy each others’ company. We had a few children with us and they enjoyed the amenities just as much as us adults. We also loved seeing the chickens and goats! The caretaker was responsive as well as the host and host family.

lPlace: Very relaxing with a wonderful ambiance. The cabin is fully equipped with toiletries and has its own toilet and bath (with a heater!). We have tried other cabins and farm stays, but this one truly stood out. Service: The owner warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the farm. The owner and staff are very accommodating and cheerful! Food: They have an indoor restaurant! Be sure to try their bulalo and special dessert. They also provided generous servings for breakfast. The dining area was very relaxing, making for a slow and enjoyable morning! Note: The cabin was a bit dusty, possibly due to the linens. They provided bath towels, but they shed a little (likely because they’re new) Overall, our experience was very good and relaxing! It’s a great place to escape the city. A definite go-to destination!

We had a lovely stay! I know it was supposed to be CLAYGO, but the caretaker told us to just rest and leave the dishes behind as she will do it herself. The binakol was also superb! ❤️ Ms. Joan also allowed us to extend for a few more hours which was highly appreciated since some of us arrived at the place around 2am. Will definitely go back and experience the cold weather again (we didn’t even turn on the electric fans!) Highly recommended!

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely wonderful! Nestled in a quiet and scenic location, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were serene. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touches, from soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen, made it feel like a home away from home, listening to the sounds of nature. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can truly unwind, this is the perfect place. We’ll definitely be coming back! We ordered food for breakfast and its so good, yeah its the usual “silog” but hindi tinipid.

We had an amazing time at this villa! Beautiful pool and amazing layout! The local delivery from cafe Juana was incredible and the staff at the villa and the owner and her family were so kind and generous. Don’t hesitate to stay here! You are away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to get to tagaytay, plenty to do in the villa though if you opt to stay! My family had such an amazing time, should we ever come back to the area we will definitely stay here!

Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to Ate Nerissa for looking after us! The property had everything we needed and for our special requests, Ate Nerissa was always there to assist. Will surely come back!

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s birthday here! There was so much to do, and everyone had a blast. The kids especially enjoyed the mancave. It was the perfect spot for them to hang out. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and memorable getaway.
