Nos agradó mucho el lugar, alejado del centro y muy cerca del mirador. Erika siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, lo que hizo nuestra estancia más agradable.

El loft muy limpio,muy cómodo y para una persona o pareja está perfecto! Una zona muy tranquila y aunque está sobre la avenida está alejado del ruido! La atención excelente y personalizada! Mikaelle siempre al pendiente en todo momento! Sus perros Osa y Tofu muy sociables 🥰🐶!!! El taller de cerámica Sirocco de su hija Oriane está increíble,todo lo que hacen👌🏼!!! Disfrute mucho mi estancia ahí y claro que volvería!!! Muchas gracias !!!

Beautiful spacious accommodations, very safe. Suggest downloading What*App (communication messaging app) and Google translate if you want to maximize smooth communication with the concierge team and with utilizing the written instructions left within the desk drawer. Regarding previous reviews regarding apartment amenities provided, conscientious corrective attention has been given to them and there was ample hot water, toilet paper, extra blankets and towels, and individually sized bottles of water left for our use. If you are sensitive to ambient light during the night, bring an eye mask, because the enhanced safety of the walkways outside of this apartment include street lights. We stayed over a week and will plan our future stays around being able to access this fantastic studio again!

Juan Andres fue muy amable. Se reunió con nosotros en el check-in y nos dio algunas recomendaciones excelentes para comer y ir de compras. El apartamento estaba limpio y tenía todas las comodidades necesarias. También fue agradable tener aire acondicionado en el clima cálido. Cuando regresemos a León, definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí nuevamente si es posible!

I looked at a lot of reviews and I must say, they were extremely accurate. Alex thought of everything. The place was even better than I expected and from the reviews, I expected a lot! The location was in Centro but toward the eastern end which is much more of a bustling Mexican part of town rather than a tourist section. Yet, it was an easy walk to the heart of Centro, where the Zocalo and Theatre is. I loved the hammocks on the big covered terrace overlooking the city. We were so happy to have the pool as well.

está muy bien, un poco difícil llegar con equipaje pero realmente no es gran cosa si no te molesta caminar un poco, la cuestión de estacionamiento cercano es perfecto ! Mariela estuvo al pendiente con indicaciones todo el tiempo. muy lindo acogedor , lo único fue el internet que no servía realmente 🙃 pero todo lo demás fue excelente

Muy buena estancia, el acceso esta muy cerca de vías principales, centro comercial, restaurantes y el centro de León Gto. Nuestra anfitriona siempre muy atenta y con gran disposición de ayudarnos.

Bonito loft Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Me gusto mucho la privacidad del lugar, las instalaciones, limpieza. Por la noche desde el balcon se observa una gran vista de la ciudad, sin duda lo recomiento mucho.

Buena ubicación para ir de paseo a Irapuato

This is an amazing place. Vanessa was so helpful and responsive. What I loved most was that it was residential, but in walking of the main parts of the city. Being in the residential area made it quieter at night. Kids and dogs were running around, and it was just delightful. It’s about a 4 minute walk to the first plaza. Here you’ll find amazing food (more after 7p). I highly recommend the street food over restaurants. It’s cheaper and fresher. It’s about 10 minutes to the Mercado. Everything is walkable (museums, food, theater, shopping). The house is spotless and has a great Terrance for your morning coffee. Beware that it’s uphill from down, so be prepared to wear good shoes. We averaged 8 miles a day for the entire week. I would absolutely come back. Guanajuato is an amazing city rich with culture and warm/kind people.

Easy access to the hospital. Great for visiting family there.

This accommodation is among our favorites, and we have been to many Airbnbs in Mexico. It was better than we expected. The host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The unit is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. There was always hot water. Having a dishwasher was nice. The washer/dryer unit worked well cleaning our cloths. I most enjoyed the mountain views, watching sunrises through the glass wall, and the resort-like heated pool with terraces for lounging. We used the propane BBQ many times (a treat to have). Walking down to the historic center (and the baseball diamond for a game) was enjoyable, and we rode Uber back up. There are only 18 stairs to take from the street to get into the room. It was a peaceful place to be, in a more country setting, with a little bit of the usual México sounds. But it was still in the city, near an Oxxo and other stores.

Pasamos una noche muy agradable en el lugar. Lo único que no fue de nuestro total agrado fueron las almohadas. Estaban muy duras y amanecí con migraña y dolor de cuello 😮‍💨 Pero el lugar muy lindo y la atención del anfitrión excelente. Lo recomiendo totalmente!

Buen lugar para descansar, excelente para una persona, tiene todo lo que se requiere para una estadía confortable. Muy recomendable para personas que viajan a León por trabajo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente sobre mi estancia, los servicios nunca fallaron y tiene buen internet

Buen lugar para una estancia corta, es un lugar tranquilo pero con un poco de ruido, la anfitriona fue muy amable, si volvería a hospedarme.

Lugar agradable y tranquilo, con todo lo básico para una estancia agradable. Aunque la calle donde se encuentra no está pavimentada, está en buenas condiciones y de fácil acceso para llegar. El lugar tenía todo lo necesario y me encantó el detalle de dejar algunos snacks y café como atención, bien por eso! Limpio y ordenado, tranquilo y seguro. Muy cerca de una farmacia y una tienda Oxxo por si se ofrece algo de rápido. Volvería sin duda

Muy buena ubicación con respecto a los hospitales, universidad y comercios. El anfitrión responde rápidamente y busca soluciones cuando es necesario. La habitación es cómoda y cumple con su función
