It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

İlk kez gittiğimiz için çok endişeliydik ama İbrahim bey o kadar ilgili yardımcı oldu ki çok memnun kaldık kendisine çok teşekkür ederim,kaldığımız yer hem temiz ve güzeldi ki anlatılamaz yaşanır demekle yetiniyorum.Yer çok merkezi bir yerde her istediğinizi rahatlıkla alabiliyorsunuz hatta biz çoğu ihtiyacımızı bisikletle gidip aldık,sapanca gölü yürüme mesafesinde kaldığımız mekana çok yakın, İbrahim bey çocuklar için baya oyuncak yığmış bahçede çok müsaitti,herkesin gidip memnun kalabileceği bir yer, artık Sapanca da gideceğimiz tek mekan olarak kayıtlarımıza geçti.

Son derece güzel bir deneyimdi, evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey var. Harika bir manzarası var. Mehmet bey her konuda yardımcı oldu. Çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gelmeyi planlıyoruz.

Evden önce Emel Hanım ve Ahmet Bey in yaklaşımı ve iletişımı çok samimiydı. Ev açıklamalarda yazılanlardan daha iyiydi. Termal de bundan önce ki konaklamadığım evlerden temiz, büyük, manzarası güzel terası ise harikaydı. Kalabalık aılem ile ramazan bayramını huzurla geçırdik. Kendi evinizin konforlunu arayanlara çok dogru adres diyorum. Emel Hanım ve Ahmet Bey ile tekrar gorüşmek üzere hersey için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

A very charming area, lots to explore right outside the door. Cute cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to other areas of Istanbul, boats and tram are nearby (10 minutes walk). Gorgeous view from the room which was clean and comfortable. Always responsive host. We were multiple times invited for tea and coffee in the kitchen upstairs.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was extremely convenient to all the historic sites (either walkable or via transit) while also being very local. Great artisanal shops and local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Can as a host is very proactive and responsive. He provided us with clear instructions, great recommendations, and answered all our questions. The home was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Of you're in Istanbul, this is the place to stay!

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

Miejsce Kadira jest bardzo dobre a on sam jest bardzo miłym i pomocnym gospodarzem . Bardzo polecam innym a ja sama wracam niebawem . Dziękuję Kadir .

Haluk Bey, çok ilgiliydi, her an ulaşılabilirdi ve her detayı düşünüp önceden hazırlamıştı. Ev içinde eksik bir şey yoktu. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Soba yandıktan sonra ev gayet ısınıyor, kendisi bu konularda tamamen yardımcı oluyor yani üşüme problemi yaşamadık. Etraf çok sessiz, doğa yürüyüşü için de yollar vardı. Bahçede oturup ateş başında vakit geçirebilir veya üst katta manzaraya karşı keyifle oturup muhabbet edebilirsiniz. Yakında market yok arabayla gitmek durumundasınız o yüzden hazırlıklı gelinmesi lazım. Telefon pek çekmiyor fakat dert etmedik zaten bunlardan uzaklaşmak için buralara geliyoruz. Herkese tavsiye ederim, iyi eğlenceler şimdiden. Dipnot: otoparktan geri geri çıkın :)

Feryal is a very kind host. She provided every little thing we asked when we need. Very easy going about check in and check out. And very helpful in general. The place is very clean and everything is as they are shown on the photos. Beautiful, calm, green. Definitely recommended... There is one little thing that i felt the need of clarifying though. When you look at the photos of the listing you have the impression of your place would be at the very edge of the river and you will be having a private garden right next to the river. But actually that place you see in the photo is not a private place, it is a common use area for all the guests. İt is only like 20 meters to your house still and you can enjoy but its not same like having it under your feet. I feel like photos should be updated. Just saying for anyone not to have any dissapointment. Rather than this, it is all great.
