Thank you for the stay - we had a lovely time. Only thing to mention is the heating was a bit tricky (wouldn’t come on at all the second day). Otherwise, stay was lovely and the caravan was spotless and came with everything we needed. No WiFi (as far as I know) and limited phone signal but this is what we were looking for so no issues.

The air bnb is an absolute dream. The host, place and location is perfect and I couldn’t of felt more at home or comfy and cosy Will 100000% be coming back

Would highly recommend this stay. Check in was easy and the home is beautiful. For a 1 bedroom villa the space you have is vast with a homely living area and fantastic kitchen space and amenities. The bedroom is wonderful combining a country house with a highly modern bath and shower. Hot tub with a TV is fantastic. Walking into Bowness-on-Windermere is only 10 minutes too. Staff were around on a couple of occasions and were always chatty, welcoming and accommodating. We will be staying again. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely long weekend staying at Seaview cottage. We arrived to a spotlessly clean & warm cottage & the welcome tea, coffee, biscuits & fresh milk was just what we needed after a long journey. The cottage is very cosy & has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen & comfy beds. Although directly on a road it was calm & peaceful as there was very little traffic & we slept really well. We enjoyed some great local walks and really enjoyed our stay. Ruth provided lots of helpful info & was a friendly host.

What a lovely place to stay, the house was beautifully decorated and really clean. Also in an amazing location, it’s an easy walk to the front. The house was stocked with lots of essentials, including kitchen appliances, cutlery, and toilet paper. There was even some food left for us, like milk, bread and cereal. I thought it was really nice that there was the thoughtful addition of items like hair ties, deodorant, and nail files - little things you might forget. There were lots of games to play, and the hot tub was warm for when we got there, which was also really clean. There’s not a proper cover over the hot tub though, so that would be a nice addition if possible so people can use it in poorer weather. Thank you for a lovely stay! :)

Excellent quality accommodation in a great location. Walking distance to kendal good local lakeside taxis reasonably priced & accommodating Great hosts next door. lovely people. very helpful.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible AirBnB, and we can honestly say it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home— warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The space was not only stylish and beautifully decorated, but also so thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, which is amazing when travelling with a baby! Luan was super responsive, accommodating, and went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect; the treats left for us were such a nice touch! The location offered peace and tranquility yet still being close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Luan also offered suggestions to explore with a baby which was so handy! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful additions to the trip, the views made it truly exceptional. We will definitely be returning and recommending this gem to everyone we know.
