Weekend getaway with my spouse. Absolutely beautiful location, and view was stunning!!! Ocean and beach were just a few steps away across the street. The hot tub was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed! Perfect sized place for us to spend a quiet, romantic weekend. Connie was instantaneous with responses to any questions. Very much appreciated the high-speed wifi. The bed and pillows are very dated and could use an upgrade, as well as some cleaning of the walls and door frames, but overall, was clean, quiet and gorgeous!! We fully intend on stopping in over the summer as we travel down Pacific Coast Highway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Came to the coast for a long weekend. This was a perfect little resting spot for my daughter and I. The unit had all that we needed, a small kitchen with the necessities, a bathroom, and most importantly, a beautiful view.

The whale Inn was a cute cozy room with a very comfortable bed. We loved our stay and recommend 🐳😊

Beautiful location! It had a great view of the beach. Comfortable kind bed with a nice little kitchen. It was sunny most of the time I was there so I spent a lot of the time on the balcony. The hosts were quick to respond with questions. Would definitely consider coming back.

We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

This little cottage was great! it was clean, surprisingly well stocked (we didn't need the fan or shower supplies we brought), and quite homey. The bed was very comfortable (clearly a new mattress), the TV was well equipped for a rainy day, and we were a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a small issue with a light, that the hosts responded and fixed immediately! My only caution is to guests who are sensitive to smells. The couch/rug in one room smells faintly of urine. it is only noticeable when you sit on the couch. The bedroom has zero odor! For the price, and our ability to bring our pup. this was THE best value we have found in Newport.

Very clean and spacious! Much bigger than I expected. The view is amazing and we loved the hot tub! You do have neighbors above you and you can definitely hear them waking around but besides that it was very peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Loved that this was right on the ocean. Check in and check out was super simple. The hosts were great communicators and left a card and some treats for my birthday! The apartment looks and smells a bit like grandmas house, which wasn’t my personal favorite. I don’t think you can beat this location in Lincoln city though.

The room that we got its not too big and has no ocean view, read the descriptions really well, keep that in mind, but for us(a couple) it was perfect, it’s located in a really nice area, where we could go down to the beach access that is basically next to it, its a really beautiful room, the decoration was amazing, and for the price totally worth it, and something i really appreciate the most was how easy and quick the host answered for anything, they were really nice and super helpful so if you are thinking about booking with them go for it totally worth it

I recently stayed for the second time at Keystone Rentals and had an incredible experience. The booking process was seamless and straightforward, making it super easy to check in. Upon arrival, the place was absolutely spotless—clean and well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the view; it was breathtaking and offered a stunning, unobstructed look at the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient, just a short walk away. Plus, the location couldn't have been better, with restaurants and outlet shops nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I had such a great time and would definitely stay at this rental again. Highly recommend!

This cottage had everything I needed for my brief stay. I really enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness of the location. The best part is that it was just a few blocks away from the ocean, would highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here, and it was even better than the first! The location is fantastic, very quiet while being walkable to everything (beach, cute shops, arts center, restaurants, etc.). This place is extremely dog friendly, the couches were already covered, and dog towels and extra dog toys, bowls, and clean up bags were also in a bin handy for us if we needed them. Parking is easy and clearly marked for each unit, the place was spotless, with lots of cooking tools provided so we could easily make anything we wanted to in our own kitchen. We will be happy to come again!

Great place for a weekend getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check in instructions were communicated well and getting into the unit was smooth and easy. The place was clean, welcoming, well organized with everything we needed and the view of the ocean was gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This place was great. A note to mention- bring your own coffee. K cups or ground coffee. Everywhere else I’ve been (which has been at least 20-25 Airbnb’s or VRBO over the years) provided when a coffee maker was present, this one didn’t. Totally OK with that, but something to note so you don’t have to make an early morning grocery run :-) I’d suggest brining a towel for the hot tub as well. This place was quiet and clean and very relaxing. The view was nice and the outdoor area is fantastic!!!

Kitchen could use some work. Short of several things, also the first VRBO that I’ve rented that didn’t provide dishwasher soap We rented the house and outside rooms do 4 bbqs but zero bbq tools We were able to work around that We would definitely rent this place again’

the place was spotless, we loved it. spacious, everyrhing in order. we had a great time. had to ask for assistance with lock first time and called about tv. Needed batteries. beautiful view, quiet. enjoyed the jacuzzi. will stay again. thanks Warreb

What a great, fun, beach front, cottage type, get away! You can tell hosts care about their property. Property is shared & yet we felt we had our own space. Had nice lawn area. We enjoyed sitting outside, watching tides & walking beach. Kitchen had what we needed to make our own breakfasts & enjoy views while sipping coffee. Great location!

This stay was very nice! Great view, short walk to shops, and nice little balcony that you can hear the seals from while watching the sunset. Will definitely consider this room next time I am in Newport.

We’ve stayed at this place before and I will say it gets better and better every time! The place has so much character and is super comfy. The bed in the bedroom is really comfortable and I love the living room sectional. The kitchen appliances are super cool and you don’t have to worry about bringing much because everything is already there. Brian was super friendly, even had a fresh load of bread for us when we got there. This is everything you want out of the AirBnB experience and we will definitely be back!! ❤️❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was as noted and very clean. The bed was comfortable and beach access was close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the very private back yard and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!
