Fantastic rental home with some of the best ocean views we’ve ever seen! The home is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Our kids loved the game tables and amazing theatre room. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

This house is old and quirky but so well kept and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Private beach access was great. And the view!! The view is absolutely incredible, from the living room and the bedroom. That was the best part of our whole trip! We loved staying here and would definitely come again. Oh and an added bonus - the restaurant right next door has great food, beer, and coffee!

Definitely a cozy little rustic cabin vibe. The internet was a tiny spotty and Carol was on top of it offering to send someone out asap. I used it to my advantage to keep my kids off their screens. The hot tub was great considering our bad luck with the weather.

I felt right at home at Heather's place! Very cute and cozy spot and great location. Loved walking to the ocean and coffee every morning. The hot tub and fire table were my favorite and I appreciated all the extra amenities as well. I will plan to stay there next time I visit! Thank you! Antoinette

Anissa’s beach house was magical and just what my husband and I needed for a Springtime recharge! We brought our two small dogs and they had a great time as well. Such a comfortable and welcoming space with so many thoughtful touches throughout. We spent most of our stay watching the waves from the main living room with the fireplace going- it was the most relaxing time! We even spotted sea lions!

This is a really cool house in a really beautiful neighborhood, and just a short walk to the beach. We immediately felt very welcome by Matthew’s correspondence and proactive communication. Then, once in the house, it was comfortably furnished, tall ceilings. And just very cozy. Our kids enjoyed playing in the park across the street, and of course the nearby beach. There were 7 of us total, and the house was just right. The drive down to Newport really isn’t that far, and is beautiful in itself. We appreciated the quality of the home, place and Matthew’s responsiveness. We would happily rebook, and recommend.

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

My wife and I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb places all over the world but this one stands out as really being top notch. Everything was perfect and it made it all the more enjoyable for us. We are already talking about coming here again next year. Definitely recommend it.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

Cute and comfortable!! Walking distance to the beach. Tim is very responsive. Stayed for a girls weekend, perfect place for the 6 of us. Will definitely keep this one on our list for future visits.

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Loved the neighborhood, there were so many good places in walking distance or within a short drive. It was a very comfortable place, set up well. They even had little snacks for us! Also, the soundproofing on the windows is great, you couldn't hear any outdoor sound at all. Also super nice to not have a long to-do list at the end of our stay.

Great place to stay and beautiful view of the beach, everything was clean and as listed. Easy walk down to beach. Only “complaint” which has nothing to do with the place itself is there where some kids being very loud and noisy at times stomping above us but other than that it was an amazing stay and highly recommended!

Great house and great stay. Clare was very responsive when booking and with any questions we had. Home was in a great location and exactly as described in the listing. Was perfect for my family’s last minute getaway to the coast.

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here. The location was amazing and the house was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen had the essentials. The bed was comfortable. I will note that the pictures make the space look bigger than it is, and I don’t think we’d stay here with more than just my husband and I because it felt a bit tight, especially discovering that the only entrance went through the bedroom where the bed takes up most of the room. That said, it was perfectly comfortable for a couple and we would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Mel’s, and it was another spectacular experience!! Our whole group had a wonderful time!! Beautiful home, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful ocean view! We love how we walk out the back door, and we’re on the beach!!

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

What a great beach house! 4 bedroom, 2 story house allowed for the kids to play and the adults to socialize and relax. with With direct access to the beach anyone could go out whenever they felt like it. and the hot tub and pool table was SO wonderful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

I had a fabulous experience at Daniel’s home, the location is unbeatable. Completely immersed in the beauty of the Oregon coast, it was so relaxing. You can hear the ocean while you sleep. The home was cozy, and exactly what we needed for a quick stay. Daniel was easy and clear to communicate with. Highly recommend!
