We absolutely loved our weekend at the beach and plan on returning to this unit in the future. The hot tub is very private even though you are in a larger complex, and the view is incredible.

The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. Plenty of room with a great layout to allow privacy for two couples. Kitchen was clearly stocked by a real cook! Comfy furniture, lots of blankets and beds were SO COMFY.

Everything about our experience was great. The instructions were easy to follow. There was plenty of parking available in the garage. The unit was easy to access and very clean, quiet, and private. It is very close to town and everything is easy to walk to. The beach access is nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely townhouse right on the water. Very well equipped with everything you need. We spend the week putting their jigsaw puzzles together, watching movies at night and sightseeing during the day. We enjoyed the small town of Depoe Bsy (great pub) and Newport and Lincoln City both are close by.

Beautiful, well worth it. A special place for sure.

AMAZING views! The hot tub overlooking the ocean was soooo relaxing and we loved cooking in the large kitchen and enjoying the sounds of the ocean while sitting by the fire.

The Condo was very clean and well furnished with all that you would need. The ocean view is of course amazing! We had a really nice stay. Check in was easy to understand and convenient. Hope to stay again!

I was surprised to find twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. That should be made more obvious in the description. Besides the internet being a bit difficult to log in to, everything else was wonderful. Stellar views. Peaceful environment. The unit had everything we needed. Lots to explore in the area. Host was super responsive. All in all we had a fantastic stay!

What a gem of a place! Watch whales and seals right outside your window. Breathtaking location and well-appointed property. Will be back for sure.

Great location. Pool was a bit cold, but the space, location, a views were phenomenal. Overall a great stay.

Good location in Depoe Bay. Very scenic with the ocean right outside your windows. While there is no beach access on site it’s a short drive to Gleneden with nice flat and walkable beaches. Good location with convenient access to Newport Bay and the Lincoln City outlet stores. It’s a short walk to downtown Depoe Bay with lots to do including whale watching. The unit is a nice three bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and a sizable living room area. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and a third bathroom is in the hallway for the third bedroom. There are two swimming pools with hot tubs, as well as tennis court and a combination basketball/pickleball sports court. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back in the future for more visits.

I am so pleased with how this getaway turned out. We were suppose to stay in Lincoln City but our reservation was cancelled due to a problem in the room and they were unable to accomodate us. I quickly had to find accomodations due to it being spring break. Joni’s place popped up first and this was such a blessing to have it available but more importantly her place was absolutely beautiful and the view was outstanding. All I could say was Wow! Wow! Wow! As we walked through to see what we reserved. It looked exactly like the photos. We were so excited for our stay and felt we had been blessed with an amazing upgrade! Joni contacted us right away and was very responsive and gave us a long, wonderful list of things to do and places to go. We definitely were not ready the leave!! Thank you Joni!

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.

Simply wonderful home literally in the middle of the sand dunes on the beach. Fantastic beach home and super communications with the owners. Don’t miss the halibut fish and chips at Luna in Yachats or Seal Rock, plus outstanding restaurants in Newport and amazing beach hikes at Thor’s Well and Seal Rock. Simply a fabulous week!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Perfect house for a large group right on the Oregon coast. Great ocean views from the upper floors and a quick walk to get to the beach. Well stocked kitchen appliances and ample seating for all. Only surprise was that you can only access the back yard by walking out the front door and around the side of the house. Overall a great place for gathering with family or friends at the coast and would stay again.

Beautiful home, in a beautiful neighborhood!! There was plenty of room for our three families, and we loved having the little park right across the street!! It was a quick walk (again, right across the street) to get to ocean access, and the stairs were not nearly as bad as I thought they'd be, haha! We really enjoyed being in the heart of Lincoln City, but removed from it just enough that our stay was peaceful and quiet with just the sound of the ocean to hear. Craig was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful.

Wow! We will be back. This place was perfect for our girls weekend. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet, it felt safe. The park just down the street is perfect for little ones. The house itself, felt safe for little ones too. Honestly, whoever is in the cleaning crew deserves some applause lol the house was so clean- The bathroom, the showers, the kitchen, the floors and all of the linen! Beds were comfy, water pressure in showers were great. One of the days was rainy, so we stayed in, the fireplace was perfect for this. I also really appreciated that we were able to park in the garage-especially for the cold windy mornings. This definitely offered the most utensils and kitchen supplies of all the airbnbs I’ve stayed at- which was super helpful to have. We’ve already discussed coming back and can’t wait!

The location right up against the dunes and a short walk to the beach was great. The house was bigger than the photos show and well stocked. Just seems a little dated and needs some maintenance but overall, we would stay here again

This place is AMAZING! So perfect for a big group. Lots of space, comfy beds, great view, and the pool table was a huge hit. We had a group of 7 adults and felt like we had plenty of space to spare. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental. Seriously, everything you could possibly need including daily dishes and nice china, table linens... everything. We spent Christmas here and when we arrived there was a fully decorated Christmas tree next to the fireplace and stockings hanging. The only thing to be aware of, as some other reviewers have mentioned, is the bathroom situation. One bedroom with an ensuite is on the main floor and there is also a half bath on the main floor. The other four bedrooms are downstairs and two have full ensuite bathrooms, but the other two don't and there's no shared-access bathroom on that floor, so you have to negotiate access to showering. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but helpful to be aware of.

Nice newer cottage on the park and a 5 minute walk to beach. Well laid out, clean and inviting home with garage access. Was a nice place to stay with kids and dogs while hunting glass floats and enjoying Lincoln city. Very nice coffee maker and they even left us a bag of fresh locally roasted coffee to enjoy! The housekeepers went above and beyond, there were roses folded in to the paper towels and various other touches throughout that made us smile! We will be back next year and this place is top of the list for us. :-)
