Emin’s place was magnificent. View was breathtaking & competes with many places in the city with views. I loved waking up to the gorgeous view & coming back to it every evening. It was part of the visit’s highlight. There are no blackout curtains and the light is strong but I wasn’t bothered. I slept with an eye mask & wanted to see the views the second I wake up. So I didn’t even use the curtains. The building has many services & is easy to locate. The penthouse was neat & organized. The amenities were very good (coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, air fryer). It needs a microwave and definitely mirrors. There’s only 1 in the bathroom with bad lighting. The only downside of the place is that there’s no AC in the bedroom & it was very hot. I had the AC on in the living room & the fan on in the bedroom to try to move the cold air but it was quite uncomfortable. Emin was a wonderful host. He communicated all the time, before the trip and throughout.

Мястото изглеждаше точно като ня снимките. Домакинът беше много отзивчив, отговаряше бързо. Беше ни оставил всичко необходимо. Имаше рек проблем с хладилника, но бързо го отстранихме. Апартамента е в много оживен квартал, но ни е си го знаехме. Шумно е от трафика, джамията и таксиджията отдолу, но е търпимо. Много е близо до градския транспорт. Автобусната спирка буквално е под вас. Апартаментът е в защитена , охраняем сграда, така че няма от какво да се притеснявате. Препоръчваме го!

Wenn man abseits von Hotels und trotzdem schnell an dem Taksim Platz, einen tollen zentralen Stadtteil mit Metro angebunden sein möchte ist man hier richtig. Nicht nur Metro, auch Bus und alte Tram fußläufig erreichbar, unschlagbare Terasse und eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die Geschmack und das Gefühl von zu Hause zugleich bietet! Sonntags findet der Markt genau vor der Tür Stadt :) Ein kleiner Kiosk gegenüber hat alles was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder !

This flat felt a bit like Istanbul itself — big, full of character, and offering some breathtaking views. You’ll find charming historical details mixed with modern elements, and, just like the city, some parts are… let’s say, in need of a little maintenance. The place was clean, but some things were literally hanging on for dear life, and the shower had a personality of its own when it came to temperature control. Nothing that ruined the experience, though. All that said, we fully enjoyed our stay, and at the discounted price, it was a fantastic deal. If you’re looking for a perfectly polished, brand-new apartment, this might not be your match. But if you want a spacious authentic home in the great location —this is the place. Five stars for the experience, with just a little added charm of unpredictability!

Enes war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Ausstattung war kein Luxus aber völlig in Ordnung, top Lage, schöner kleiner Vorgarten und Garten zum Spielen für Kinder, kostenlose Versorgung mit Trinkwasser ( 20l Behälter), im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal

Emre was incredibly kind. We had several things that meant we needed to try to change our booking by a few days. He was very good at navigating this and responded to messages quickly and with a real sense of calm! Nothing was a problem and this was greatly appreciated. Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. It’s been a pleasure to visit Heybeliada and this nice and peaceful house made it even better. It was a great stay even if it was for a short time. I highly recommend this place. Ömer was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

Ich kann das Apartment empfehlen. Sauber und ruhig gelegen, schnell am Metro. Ein kleines Minus sind das wenige Geschirr und nur ein Kaffeebecher. Ich hätte mich auch über Duschgel gefreut. Gerne wieder.

The view was fabulous, and the experience of being on the 49th floor was amazing. The room in general was clean. Also, Mr. Can is a good host. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!
