Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

What a nice place to stay! Located in a lovely and quiet village, with many nice hiking routes available ánd many curious kitties :) If you want you can even order (on request vegetarian) food, which they make, ánd timely deliver, themselves. And besides that; the morning breakfast presents made this place a 5 out of 5 for us 😀 The fire place (wood provided) was very cosy in the evenings and towards the end of the morning you have a few hours of sun for a belated breakfast on the terrace outside :) In short; we highly recommend it! ❤️ Also good/fast message contact with the host!

Das AirBnB von Isabella ist wirklich wunderschön, die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Isabella und co. waren zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und bei allen Themen hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Very awesome! Great historic story behind the tower. The stairs outside to get up to the tower were slick when wet. And there are a lot of them. Otherwise wonderful stay!!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Siamo stati divinamente bene. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e cura per i particolari, è dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Ogni sera, guardare il tramonto dal magnifico terrazzino, è stato un sogno impagabile, la vista è di una bellezza struggente. Lola è stata super accogliente, molto empatica e professionale, mi è sembrato di conoscerla da sempre. Un posto del cuore. Siamo grati per tutto. Bea, Gigi w la Milù ❤️

We had an incredible stay at this place near La Spezia. The view is breathtaking, and the location is perfect for unwinding, especially during rainy days when staying in feels just right. The house offers plenty of cozy spots to relax, and the amenities are excellent—everything you need to cook and feel at home is provided. What makes it even more special is the combination of both private and shared kitchen spaces. In the shared kitchen, they leave homemade cakes and bread, which are absolutely delicious and add a warm, welcoming touch. The shared areas also gave us the opportunity to connect with other guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Massimiliano, the host, was extremely responsive, and Silvia was incredibly hospitable. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Emily. Net buiten de muren maar de stad lag op loopafstand en in de buurt van het appartement zaten ook leuke restaurantjes en bakkertjes. Aanraders zijn Osteria al Borgo voor lunch of diner en voor een koffietje met iets lekkers zeker eens bij Pasticceria Sandra Bianchi langsgaan! We zouden deze plek iedereen aanraden. De hottub hebben we niet gebruikt.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out very flexible, which I truly appreciated. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning sunset view, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa casetta in mezzo al bosco ma vicina anche ad altre abitazioni. È davvero una chicca immersa nel verde, con un giardino meraviglioso in cui mangiare e rilassarsi. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima ad ogni servizio utile. Benedetta è stata sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We had a wonderful stay at Irma’s apartment. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions right away. The location of the apartment is very convenient and the train station is only a few minutes walk. Very clean and spacious. Free parking is available about a 7 minutes walk from the apartment. I would note there are stairs up to the apartment, if mobility is an issue. We had a great time and I highly recommend Irma’s apartment.

We had a great week at Gianna's place. Her family and the animals were a delight. The Pistoia Mountains are severely underrated asa a destination and have a lot to offer. San Marcello with it's variety of little shops and cafés is just a short walk away. Thank you and see you soon!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Ho soggiornato in questa villa con degli amici per capodanno. La casa è molto grande, le stanze e gli spazi comuni molto ampi ed accoglienti con un meraviglioso giardino. Ho trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, molto bella e pulita e soprattutto ben rifornita. L’host è stato super disponibile, check in e check out sono stati svolti in autonomia con estrema facilità ma l’host è stato sempre reperibile. Unica pecca era la temperatura, essendo una casa molto grande alcuni spazi più ampi (come corridoio o salone) risultavano più freddi; le stanze e la cucina erano invece più calde. La zona era ideale per i nostri scopi, ovvero festeggiare in casa. Molto vicino alla stazione. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno specialmente per gruppi di amici o grandi famiglie. ☺️

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

Eravamo uno storico gruppo di amici composto di 12 persone. La casa è grandissima e molto attrezzata con diversi spazi comuni dove è possibile ritrovarsi comodamente insieme. Il terrazzo e la vista sono spettacolari. Una casa lussuosa che ci ha permesso un soggiorno splendido in bella compagnia.

Besten Dank. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool war eine Bereicherung für diese Hitze. Achtung, es hat sehr viele Mücken. Gut einsprayen oder was da haben, wo raucht gegen Mücken. Die Badezimmer sind hübsch, sowie die Zimmer. Es hat fast alles was man braucht. Auch die Grillecke ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke und liebe Grüsse

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous. There were so many areas to lounge outside with beautiful views. The double beds were a little bit hard but the single beds were more comfortable. The grocery stores are very close to pick up any things that were not stocked at the accommodation. You must have a car to get to this location as it is on the hill on a very narrow winding road.
