Clean and convenient. Nice little downtown area 2 minutes away. We hiked 2 Knobs trail about 15 min ride to the East and Natural falls just across the border in OK.

Josh was great and allowed some flexible date changes. He always communicated with us. House was great over all!

Perfect place to relax between events at AR Senior State Championship Swim Meet at The Jones Center. House was clean & comfy. Being able to let our dogs run in the big fenced back yard was a huge bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable!!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

At first impression, we were leery of the neighborhood. The house was exactly as described, so we checked in. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. It was close to areas we were visiting and the back patio was very comfortable. Overall we were happy that we booked there. The fenced yard was great for the dogs

Convenient to campus. Fenced yard for pets. Beds were comfortable. Next to a busy road but we didn’t have any issues sleeping. Overall a comfortable and convenient place to stay near campus.

Great newer property with great host. Usable garage, Big TVs and 2 1/2 baths that were very clean were among the many positives. The flexibility to allow a well behaved dog was also a big plus.

We stayed almost 2 months while moving and were very happy with the experience. The house was very clean and well stocked. Hector and his team communicated well. We feel like we got great value here compared to other similar homes in the NWA area. We'd be happy to stay again should the need ever arise.

This house was in the perfect location! We couldn’t have picked a better spot for going downtown and hitting all the trails. The house was great for our bigger family- we loved having the pull out couch and extra cot. Kids loved the hot tub and pool!

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

Bluebird bungalow was a perfect retreat for out outdoor adventures

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Bella Vista, and it exceeded all my expectations. The home is beautifully maintained and situated in a serene, picturesque neighborhood. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. The interior was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and all the charm Bella Vista has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking

Chris did a great job of making this metal barn look like an amazing two bedroom two bath home. I was really impressed by all of the little touches that really made you feel welcome and cozy like the soaker tub, bidet in the upstairs bathroom, an actual mini fridge and coffee bar in the upstairs bedroom for convenience, extra pillows, wonderful bedding, and even a grill , fire pit and hot tub outside. The place also comes with a swimming pool, but it was not open during this time of year while we were there. We ran into an issue with the grill and Chris literally replaced it with a three burner Weber grill the very next day so that we could cook steaks that night. Chris was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole trip. The unit did come with an instruction book that made it very easy to understand what was expected of us and it even gave instructions for the hot tub, the air fryer and listed local restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this rental.

Great place to stay close to anything you would want. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds and baths were very nice . I would recommend highly .

The treehouse was as described. The setting was comfortable. There was a really nice elevated deck and also a covered picnic table. There was a pristine BBQ grill. The description was clear that there was no wifi. As long as you know that ahead of time you will be fine staying here.

I stay at a lot of Airbnb’s, and Christy’s is easily one of the best. Tucked away in the trees, it’s very cozy yet still very conveniently located. The home was nice and spacious, with lots of fun board games. Including the most snacks I’ve ever been offered by a host. 10/10 we recommend!

This place is wonderful!!! Well stocked for families, even has a high chair for little ones in the pantry, and a ton of board games in the hall closet. 3 rooms with a king, queen and twin beds. Big back yard for pets and kids to play, as well. Lots a room, well decorated and comfy furniture. Reasonably priced but I feel I got so much more for my money. If my daughter and her family come for Christmas next year, we will for sure be booking it again! Thank you Robin...you're the BEST!

We really enjoyed our stay! I loved that it was secluded and peaceful. The kids loved getting eggs from the chicken coup. I enjoyed coffee and reading on the screened in porch. We also saved some money buying groceries and staying in for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, the cabin and location exceeded my expectations. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need and was roomy for a family with teenagers. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back and enjoy the lake in the Summer months.

We absolutely LOVED it! This was the perfect weekend getaway. The Chapel was breathtaking and such an amazing experience.

Quaint and quiet cabin for relaxation and rest. Comfortable with everything necessary ready at hand. Road leading up the cabin is a little rough but that ensures privacy and tranquility.

Was way better than expected! Pictures really don’t do it justice.. not far from main streets in Eureka Springs. Very close to the lake. Very friendly neighbors all around. Brand new large back deck. That was a great additional outdoor space. Would definitely rebook this space in the future
