Other than some building work to the outside of the property (not the host's fault) this was an excellent place to stay and Max was always very quick to answer any queries.

Very clean apartment and we loved that it was only a 15-20 minute walk to the town, which meant we could leave the car behind and really relax. The weather was brilliant and the offer of garden chairs was very kind, even though we didn’t use them as we were out too busy exploring. Would recommend staying here. Very spacious for our little family of 3. We only saw Chris as we were leaving, but we knew that he was only a phone call away and upstairs if we needed him.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Exactly as listed! This apartment is very central and well appointed. It was clean, comfortable and warm and communication was great. We appreciated the flexibility with check in/out times and liked the laundry facilities. Great base for mooching around Hebbers!

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was lovely and clean, homely, had everything we needed! It was also close by to the station and city centre which was perfect! The host was very reliable, and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️

Amazing apartment located in a nice area in the city centre, it was very easy to walk to most restaurants and shops and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Leeds!

Great place to stay in the centre of Bedale. Flat had everything we needed and was cosy. Parking was free on the car park. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Pauline was a very helpful host and we enjoyed our weekend.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

We had a great stay here. The house is immaculate, just as it looks in the photos and the location is convenient. Everything was straightforward and Ian was a friendly and responsive host. It was perfect for us and I can recommend. Thank you Ian!

The place was very clean and tidy. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and lovely shower with an option for a bath. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Three of us stayed in the house and my partially sighted friend found the steep and narrow stairway to the kitchen too difficult to manage. The fact that the door opened towards the stairs meant it covered the wider part of the steps. We understand this is a mill house and steps are inevitable and most people will manage, as did my other friend and I. This isnt a complaint at all as the stay was very enjoyable and I would love to visit again.

Excellent accommodation. Stylish apartments, beautifully furnished , well equipped and spotlessly clean. Situated in the heart of Clitheroe , within walking distance to the castle and all amenities. Fabulous restaurants and beautiful countryside nearby. Responsive hosts. Would highly recommend .

Lovely place with great amenities and good quality furniture and furnishings. As it’s over 3 floors it’s well laid out. Bathroom s are heat and beds very comfortable. Parking is a bonus too.

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! Thank you for having us & thank you so much for all the tasty treats!

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Well positioned for transport links various places to eat an drink fish an chips shop over the road walk on the leeds Liverpool canal and also a couple of parks to visit one drawback is quite a few steps to negotiate getting in to the apartment

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. We met up with our friends from Newcastle so needed a hub for us to stay for the night. Was a very spacious apartment for four of us to comfortably stay large bedroom and kitchen/ living area. The bathroom was modern and the whole apartment was very clean would definitely come back and recommend.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

Jayne has been a fantastic host and started our trip off with Cookies and Cava!! The apartment was easy to find, modern and clean as a whistle. The fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher was fantastic to cook in and easy some excellent music! The bedroom and bathroom were comfy and clean with enough room to spread out in. The riverside apartment is stunning and prefect setting as described. Patio seating is lovely to relax / chill by river and peaceful. Easy stroll to all amenities and sights. Perfect in every way.

A very good stay at Emily’s. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We used the good parking in the side street because the allocated parking is tight. Very good local amenities and easy access to bus routes into the city. We were visiting friends nearby and also spent a lovely time in the local area, including in Roundhay Park. The apartment was just right for us. Communication throughout was timely, clear and helpful. Thank you Emily.
