Me and my staff were very pleased with the accommodations. I was in close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do. Security was excellent and security personnel were friendly. Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

Can’t say enough about this amazing property! Beds and furniture were very comfortable, lots of towels and linens, and great utensils, pots and pans for cooking. Close enough to drive to both Ocho Rios and Montego Bay for activities like Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove or The Rose Hall Great House, Beaches and more!

Home away from home!!! This was my second stay at Tranquility Love Bay and what can I say, the atmosphere was so peaceful, very clean and very relaxing. I was on business this time around and was able to have access to a work station and good WiFi connection. Host is very responsive, professional and friendly. This is without a doubt my place of choice to stay whenever I am in Jamaica. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Trevor was a responsive host from Inquiry to Checkout. He accommodated an early check in, to give us time to rest before attending the wedding. He touched base occasionally throughout our 2 night stay to make sure we were comfortable. The listing is exactly as described. We weren’t able to get the AC to stay on longer than 2-3 minutes at a time but Trevor explained in detail what to do….just didn’t work for us. If the AC is important to you that’s a consideration. In our case it wasn’t a big deal. The view from the balcony is nice and having access to the private beach is a great convenience.

I spent the holidays at Delisha's place and I most say my family and I really enjoyed our time there, It was a very short notice after our previous host canceled a few hours before our stay and I must say Delisha had save our holiday. Her response is a 10/10 her home is definitely a home away from home and it was our first time staying in that location and I must say I will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Ok I'm gonna share Bcuz whom ever is reading and accept. we are all family as Andrew announces. It's more than pictures can describe. Andrew is so Humble. It's like having a big brother right with u. we wanted him to stay with us. Yes the HOST.... OK NOW THE PLACE ITSELF. ITS A HUMBLE PLEASURE. ITS BEYOND BEAUTIFUL. I was right at Home. Enough space. Everything is Accommodated. Kitchen fully stocked. Rooms and Bathrooms, Games , seasoning, Ice, Ac, Beautiful water pressure, Everything was on point. Now let's get to the Security and serenity. My 1st time to Jamica. I slept outside with no worries for 2 days straight... Immaculate Views on top of Falmouth. Made me feel Exactly the Queen I am. I don't wanna overdue this review by telling you to much. I didn't expect me to feel this comfortable and I was overwhelmed with Hospitality. I'm forever Greatful I met Andrew. He can assist with your Local adventures, food, hangouts, You name it... Thank me later by taking me with you... Enjoy!!

The house was very large. Each family member had their own bedroom, bathroom and balcony. We had Michelle cook for us and really enjoyed that. Michael was very responsive if we needed something. He even helped when we got a flat tire on our rental car. We had a really good unique experience that you don’t get at the resorts. All and all it was a great trip and stay.

Had a great time at Marjorie’s place. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful sea view from balcony and windows. Private sun deck with washing machine and washing line, sunloungers and beach towels provided. Lovely and clean. Perfect family vacation. Thanks Marjorie, looking forward to our next stay

Perfect area. On the 5th floor so you can see down over the restaurant & beach area. I would not advise if you do not like Loud noise or music. Every night around 8pm they have music shows. Noise can be heard from the unit even if the doors and windows are shut. The property is beautiful. The amenities are free. There was kayaking and a boat ride on the beach thats free. If you don't get the wrist band which is about 150 per person per day, You can pay per meal. Buffet style breakfast is only $25 per person. There's mimosas & a fair selection of food. You can also take food togo they will wrap it. But no In and out. The pool doesn't say open late, so if you're thinking about a late night swim, think again. The beach had plenty of seating with shade & no shade. Plenty of activities throughout the day to keep you occupied. The pictures of the unit are exactly how it looks. Beautiful views at sunrise and sunset. Would book again if the price was a little lower.

I want to start by saying how awesome Andrew, our host, was in answering all my questions prior to booking Chatham. We spent a wonderful week here with 4 adults and 4 kids, and this place was exactly what we needed. As a seasoned Jamaica traveler, I was looking for an alternative to all-inclusive resorts, and Chatham delivered. It felt like home, but with all the amenities of a resort. We loved the saltwater pool, the short walk to the beautiful beach, and the convenient ride to Ocho Rios for grocery shopping and craft markets. The chefs were incredible, preparing delicious Jamaican cuisine and helping us plan menus. One tip for future guests: consider purchasing groceries yourself and having the chefs prepare meals, as this can help manage costs. Unfortunately, we lost the beach access FOB key during a family game, resulting in a $150 USD replacement fee. Despite this minor setback, we'll definitely be returning to Chatham. It's a true gem!

Deborah’s place was fantastic. Had all the amenities you would need to cook . We used the resorts additional fee for the all - inclusive . Loved it bring on the ground floor easy access to the beach , pool & restaurants. The place was nicely clean & nicely decorated. I love FDR as well. Roots villa is a magical spot. and we had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, spacious with an excellent view of the carribean sea. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and are very comfortable. The master bedroom even has a large window with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff that are included are very friendly and make excellent, authentic jamaican food. It's well situated, especially if you choose to do some of the most popular excursions, for example it's right by the glistening waters and dunns river falls is only a 30min drive. The beach near- by is crystal clear with great snorkeling and never crowded. Lastly, the Villa is in a gated community and feels very safe. Overall our family had a marvelous stay at Roots Villa. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed here and it was great. You are close to Ocho Rios in a quiet and safe condo area with the beach a quick walk down the street. Maureen the housekeeper cooked our meals which were awesome and she arranged for a driver Donald, that took us anywhere we needed to go. Visited Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole, Dunn's Rivers Falls and Mystic Mountain which were minutes away. All in all a very relaxing trip!

The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with all the amenities you could want. The location was ideal for both relaxation and adventure. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, but close enough to local attractions

The hosts were very responsive, an amazing couple. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The water was hot and the A/C cold. I had an extended stay of 11 days and would definitely recommend this location if you’re staying in the area. It is gated with security and the location is ideal and close to many local attractions.

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

Great house with a beautiful view, staff is amazing and Prem made the whole process smooth and easy! Highly recommend!
