This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

Austin was quick to respond about any questions and overall a great host! I recommend 10/10 experience. A beach right across the street, safe area, and had everything we needed. Will be back again :)

This was the second time that I’ve stayed at Paul and Favian’s place and both times I had a great experience! The room is clean, well-equipped and neatly decorated in a vintage flair that fits perfectly to the laid back beach town. The location is in walking distance to the beach and small local restaurants, and not a long drive away from Vons, Downtown Oxnard , Ventura Harbor and other attractions. Perfect for a relaxed getaway, close to the beach, in a safe neighborhood. Paul is a great, heartfelt person and it was a pleasure to meet him. I’d stay anytime again! :)

We LOVED having our Thanksgiving weekend at The Shoals Corner! The unit is charming, very comfortable, with a pull-out couch/bed conversion in the living room that gives a great view of the ocean (and sunsets!). From there, we could see a pod of dolphins feeding for quite a while one morning! We brought a crockpot and fixings from home, and made our turkey breast in the cozy kitchen for our holiday meal. The kitchen is really well stocked for up to four people. There's lots to do in central Ventura, so we worked out at a gym a couple of times, shopped for food and beverage extras next door to the gym, and drove around to look at neighborhoods. We also played miniature golf another day and thought about going to a movie...but the beach vibe, fresh air, and sunshine were so satisfying that we avoided indoor activities. We're already talking about going back next year. THANK YOU, MARY, for your hospitality and the opportunity for us to have a wonderful vacation!!

I stayed here for a recent marathon and it was the perfect place to stay. It was close to the finish line and easy to get to the beach.

The clean home, location, and the host’s communication were all perfect. Our time spent there was very peaceful. We enjoyed listening to the relaxing sounds of the ocean while sitting by the outdoor fire at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great location in a safe neighborhood! There was plenty of space for the six of us to spread out. The only things missing were Kleenex and paper towels. Tao was very responsive and understanding. We needed an early check-in and a late check-out due to the marathon, and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend his place!

Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

Our family absolutely loved this house as a way to spend a week for Spring Break. The beach is basically private and the house as beautiful, not to mention absolutely loaded with Beach chairs and games/toys to use for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Kids room was fun for the kids to all be in their own space.

This home is a treasure in a really lovely place. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation or the immediate area more. Glenn was very helpful when I was booking. There is a large grocery store within a short drive. The house is furnished and decorated well, the kitchen equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances all work well. I think the house has been renovated so that three were made one- so the layout is a tad bit unusual but we appreciated having spaces for all.

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

This is a great one bedroom unit on a beautiful private beach! It is safe and walkable. Marc is a great host and is thoughtful, considerate and helpful in many ways. The deck is large and the ocean puts on a beautiful show everyday! So relaxing!! The bed is very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is great! The shower is modern and comfortable. A push of a button and your perfect temperature is experienced again and again. I loved it! Thank you Marc for a lovely, relaxing stay at your place! I look forward to visiting again at one of your properties.

Marc’s house is nice. The floors weren’t clean but the rest of The house was clean. Marc is a nice host. Allowed us to his home at last minute due to The Palisades fire. The house is nice. The sofa bed very comfy. Highly recommend. We would have extended our visit except The power went out, not Marc’s fault or control, and the stairs to the house were difficult due to our puppy that has a fractured spine and has to be lifted up and down stairs. Had the internet and power stayed on we would have loved to stay longer. Marc is super awesome to have let us bring our 3 Vizsla dogs to his house. A kind host.

Me and my family loved this place, from the inside and out. This place has a beautiful view of the beach sunset and in general a really relaxing experience. The building itself is close to the beach and ocean, so it shows some weathering. However, as soon as you step inside, it's Magical. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to be completely at home. The beds were super comfortable. We did not use the clubhouse so I can not comment on that. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come here again. Roza was so amazing and responsive. She is truly a Super host! Thank you Roza 😊 💓
