Some of the best hiking trails are just 10 minutes away. The apartment is a garden level unit in a single family home, with a private entrance, completely renovated and fully furnished. This gorgeous Mapleton house was originally built in 1925 and has been carefully remodeled by the owners to keep its historical character while using the latest technologies for comfort and durability. The apartment has 1000 square feet and two bedrooms, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom and a beautiful private patio. It is equipped with a luxurious queen sized bed, a full bed and a large living room sofa. Hydronic floor heating is used for quiet and efficient heating. The only 2br/2ba condo in the entire complex located on S main street a 600 yrd walk to Peak 9 Base. PET FRIENDLY $95 additional Cleaning fee BEST location for all the activities. Ground floor unit facing views of the slopes, coin washer/dryer in basement, King bed, queen bed, and sofa bed. Parking is difficult in town so being able to leave your car at your condo and walk to everything is a huge benefit. We provide 1 parking pass. No tax for 30 day rentals Breckenridge license 29122.
