George did a great job with instructions both on the app and listed in the home. Beautiful area, and we had a great time.

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

We stayed at Shannon's three times last year and once this year, so that speaks for itself. There are other places in Burbank to stay, but we have no reason to test those waters. I'm sure there will be at least one more stay this year. We highly recommend this location.

We had five people stay for two nights. The kitchen was stocked with cooking pots and pans, so I was able to make a nice dinner on the first night and we were able to make breakfast both mornings. I really enjoyed having the large electric skillet to make breakfast, the place is awesome and worked for us while we were in the Los Angeles area

Clean, quiet and spacious. Has all the amenities one can need + well stocked with cutlery, linens, trash bags, etc..

Bryant and Margaret were the great host. Always very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly the same as posted - spacious for one (in my case), quiet environment, clean, had everything I needed. Would love to come back again one day! Thank you for having me stay!

My family stayed to attend the Concacaf soccer tournament at SoFi Stadium. In between games we found Randy's place to be very comfortable and a nice place to call home for a few days/nights. The location is great with many restaurants, shopping, and access to bike paths/beach nearby. The parking in back was helpful and check-in was easy.

We stayed at Brett’s place for 2 weeks to visit our son. We felt right at home and walked the neighborhood every day. The washing machine handle broke and Brett had a new one overnighted! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen table size could expand for office space as well as dining space. We would stay again!

This is just a wonderful little oasis! Pablo and Jenna are incredibly responsive and kind hosts, and the place itself is exactly what we needed for a staycation. Highly recommend.

This accommodation was magical! So beautiful and clean, surrounded by nature and still close to everything! Alina was so helpful and friendly, we can't wait to come back 🥰 We experienced pure bliss just by sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

We had a great time at Robert. The appartement was exactly as presented on Airbnb. Easy to find, very very good location near melrose avenue. Easy to come and go everywhere. Robert is a great host, respond very quickly and we loved his 2 dogs. Only adjustment to do : the bathroom is quite small and not very new. It would require some renovation.

Great location in Simi Valley, California. Private free-standing home (new build last 10 years) in back yard of another house on large lot with manicured landscaping and lighting. Host Jayes is very engaging and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Words cannot describe how fantastic this man is. We have been to plenty of Airbnb’s and none of them even come close to this one for the PERFECT VACATION EXPERIENCE. Phillip is a fantastic host, helped us with our luggage, constantly made sure we were good to go. Free rein over the hot tub and pool, letting us meet Maddox his awesome sweet English bulldog and I could go on and on. We cannot wait to go back. Phillip, thank you doesn’t even come close to how you made us feel. You my friend are a ROCK STAR!

I really enjoyed having a quiet, safe, comfortable place to rest after busy days at a workshop nearby. The bonus was Kelli being so nice!! She let me borrow a phone charge cable and checked with me a few times both through messages and in person. I highly recommend the Hideaway!

We had a pleasant stay here while visiting our daughter. The place had everything we needed, comfortable night's sleep, easy walk to breakfast and lunch spots. Proof Bakery nearby for great pastries, and on Sunday the Atwater Village Farmers Market was fun to stroll through. Friendly and helpful communication from our host Camille. We'd love to stay again, thanks so much!

Franco's and Iris's place is amazing! Great location, very comfy backyard with world-class hot tub. Franco and Iris are super friendly and helpful and got out of their way to make our stay the best possible. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time staying in Alycia’s guest/pool house. I drove from Bay Area and arrived hours earlier than intended and she was more than accommodating and let us get settled in early. Jacuzzi was a god send and the lounge area was really nice to relax in in the sun

Merci à Peter pour son accueil et amabilité. Le logement était parfait, emplacement proche d’Hollywood Boulevard, mais pourtant la maison est paisible. L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements dont vous avez besoin dans la salle de bain, dans la cuisine, et même d’un adapteur de prise si vous avez oublié le vôtre. La décoration a été élaborée avec beaucoup de goût. Je ne peux que recommander ! À très vite je l’espère

My stay was was exactly what I needed, it was conveniently located close to the airport and near a work event I had scheduled. The place was clean, peaceful, and restful. I also enjoyed downtown Burbank and eating at the Smokehouse during my visit! Such a great location! Thanks for being a great communicator, the whole stay was easy start to finish.

Quirky open-floor plan loft of a guest house. Kitchen nicely appointed, super spacious master bath with three shower heads, and a large monitor and HDMI cord is a magnificent touch for the workspace. Very close to 405 and 10, not too far from Century City. Plenty of street parking, if several yards away from the entrance. Near a train station, so you’ll see the occasional hobo wandering the neighborhood. I’m noise sensitive and a light sleeper, but I didn’t have a problem with the train noise. Hosts were very accommodating, even offering to have DoorDash delivered to them and to leave it on our porch (I just met the driver on the corner the one time we ordered in).

The stay was awesome! It honestly looked just like the photos. Not one time did I think that the views or house was underwhelming or not portrayed well in the photos.

I had a great stay at Todd’s apartment! Everything was spotless, and I felt safe from the moment I arrived until I left. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking, and the bathroom had all the hygiene products I needed. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, and even a roll of paper towels were provided, which was a nice touch. We stayed from March 14-17, and it was pretty cold in LA at first, but the two mini heaters worked perfectly. Once it warmed up, the fan in the closet was just as helpful. The lighting setup throughout the apartment was great, though we had a minor issue with the bedroom outlets and lamps—nothing major. Todd was very attentive and kind, making check-in smooth and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The shower and bathtub were great with plenty of hot water, and the WiFi worked perfectly, with apps like Peacock and Netflix available. The location was exactly as described, with everything nearby. I’d definitely recommend it!

This Airbnb was truly like a little slice of heaven. The views are incredible.. you can see the sunrise from the living room and the bedroom with the door open and the sunset from the window in the bedroom!! It was just the oasis I needed. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!
